[OOC] Naruto - Legend of the Bijuu's - Part I - OOC

120 years after the Fourth Great Shinobi War, the villages of the world came together in order to keep the peace and prevent another war from emerging, known as the Shinobi Republic. Though most villages had agree'd, few were stubborn and retaliated, determined to keep their independence. One such clan is Konohagakure, a very unlikely candidate to pull away from such an alliance. With little unknown about Konoha's drawback from the Republic, spies were sent in to investigate. However, the ninja were caught, executed, and their bodies sent back to their villages. These actions sparked the Republic into hostile actions against Konoha, fueling a burning hatred towards Konohagakure and the Republic. With little information to run on about Konoha's rogue actions, the Republic is determined yet again to send in spies to find out this mystery. The only way, was with an Elite group of Ninja. With no other choice, a council of Jinchuuruki was formed, in order to sneak into the Land of Fire and find out the meaning of it all.

1. I understand there is a lot of OP things in Naruto, but try not to powerhit/godmode.
2. Romance is allowed, just don't go 18+.
3. I'd like to start everyone at Genin or Academy Student rank, but if you can provide a good enough CS, I'll allow you to go Jonin, Chunin, Kage, and even a Jinchuuriki.
4. No, none of the original Naruto characters are alive in this present time.
5. I understand that the power of a Tailed Beast is usually determined by how many tails they have, but I want it to be a little fair. Instead, each Bijuu's power is determined by the connection of it's Jinchuuriki

Biography: Born in Konohagakure to the now growing clan of the Uchiha, Kota was born under the influence of military training and Konoha propaganda, stating how the Republic was "twisted" and "corrupt." At the young age of five, Kota had been kidnapped by Republic Jonin in an attempt to turn him over due to his heritage and the Two Tailed Bijuu sealed within him. During the long period of time in which he had been gone, he experienced many things outside of the Land of Fire. One such experience was that the Republic was not as bad as Konoha had convinced him. However, when things were looking smoothly for the Republic Jonin, they were ambushed and Kota was taken back to Konohagakure, his views on the world changed as he has seen how the Republic truly acts ; far from what Konaha propaganda states. Now a Genin, Kota continues his training to strive in becoming a true Shinobi.

Biography: Born on a rather cold February morning, Ekirei was born into the Hyuuga family by two high-ranking Konohagakure nobles, and members of the Main Hyuuga. A healthy baby, Ekirei was the third child to be birthed, after two sisters. With a large household, a manor filled with his family and numerous servants, Ekirei was exposed to a large variety of people and their backgrounds. Paired to a man-servant/surrogate father, Ekirei spent years with a man that would become a father-figure to him. As his parents were important figures in Konoha politics, he was left in the care of Hitoi, a former shinobi and member of the Branch Hyuuga. A scarred and burned man, Hitoi was considered one of the ugliest men in the village. Assigned as caretaker of Ekirei, the man took to the baby as if they were father and son. From birth, Hitoi would take Ekirei on long treks around the village, carrying him in a sling as he walked the village. Growing up with an ugly father-figure, Ekirei gained the ability to look over appearance and value people on their actions. As he often traveled and met many people with Hitoi, Ekirei came to love the sight of people and became very social.

As he grew up, Ekirei began to see less and less of his family, and more of Hitoi. At age three, Ekirei now couldn't be seen anywhere without Hitoi beside him. As his parents worked to secure even more prestige in politics and his sisters old enough to attend civilian school, Ekire hardly knew of the Hyota besides the name. As Hitoi was a shinobi, he disciplined and nurtured Ekirei in a way a Jounin would with his Genin. While living with Hitoi, Ekirei began to become interested in the life of a ninja, listening as Hitoi would tell fantastic, often exaggerated stories of princesses he saved and evil warlords he slayed. Wanting to live this life for himself, Ekirei began to plead with Hitoi to teach him how to throw kunai and block punches as soon as he could speak in complete sentences.

At age five, Ekirei began to formally train as a shinobi under the tutelage of Hitoi and a set of Hitoi's close comrades. Under Hitoi, Ekirei learned the basics of ninja arts, such as throwing shuriken and kunai, and other techniques others would learn at the academy.

Ekirei's parents, satisfied with their progress on gaining a respected position in the village, began to take an interest in Ekirei's abilities Hitoi had taught him. Ekirei was on a level of fitness and skill most senior Academy students were at, and Ekirei was not even 10 years old. Not noticing, or not caring, they had missed most of Ekirei's childhood, enrolled Ekirei in the Sunagakure Academy to enhance his abilities, while providing him with scrolls and books that detailed the many techniques created by previous Shinobi. They reasoned that if they could have a child that became an important figure in the workings of Konohagakure, they can become even of greater importance not just in the village, but also in the entire Hyuuga clan.

As his career as a ninja began formally, Ekirei couldn't help but think he had made a huge mistake. The stories he had learned from Hitoi, the man now only a fleeting memory to the young man, were soon found to be false except for minor cases. Instead of rescuing nobles and ridding the world of evil ninja, he was now tasked with menial jobs, such as walking dogs and painting walls. Angry at what he thought had been blatant lying, Ekirei came to hate his life choices. With parents that only seemed to care of his power, Ekirei began to lose motivation to further his career. He began to slack off, leaving jobs unfinished or not showing up for them at all.

Shortly before his 13th birthday, Ekirei was promoted to Chuunin after passing an exam set by the village. Now able to do harder B-rank missions, Ekirei began to lead small teams of Genin for the first time in his life. Always switching subordinates, Ekirei retained a rather solitary life, while his family welcomed another son into the world. Jealous of the attention the new baby was getting, Ekirei threw himself into his work even harder, willing to take more dangerous missions with a very low survivability rate.

On a mission to the border of Kiri, Ekirei was attacked by a Missing-nin, one very proficient in the use of Katon. Overpowered by the ninja's ability to glass his sand, Ekirei began to slowly lose the battle. Taking kicks and burns around his body, Ekirei was nearly unable to defend himself. However, after the ninja launched a fireball from his mouth, Ekirei retaliated with a gust of Nagare, a jutsu he was competent with. Being in very close range of the enemy, the stream collided with the fireball very quickly. When the two met, the fireball grew in great size, stopped by the manuever and blanketing the area. The Missing-nin was incinerated instantly, while Ekirei was thrown hundreds of feet by the shockwave. Unconcious, he breathed in large amounts of smoke, damaging his throat and lungs.

Rescued by a passing patrol of Kiri-nin, Ekirei's burns were able to be treated very easily. The Missing-nin, who Ekirei had inadvertently killed, was a very important person in the bingo book, responsible for the destruction of miles of crops in an attempt to get Kiri to rely on Konoha further for food. Returned safely to Konoha, Ekirei received a meritorious promotion for his willingness to sacrifice himself and the killing of the ninja, which warranted him a large amount of money.

As a Special Jounin, Ekirei now had cut himself off completely from his family, including his newborn brother. Deciding he would become his own man, rather than another faceless Hyuuga, he began to continue his studies. Settling down from high-rank missions, Ekirei chose instead to serve inside the Village, teaching in the Academy as well as acting as a gate guard.

Biography: Biography: There is little to say about Aiko's past. She lived with both her parents, who expected her to know how to cook a meal and be able to clean up afterwards by the time she was only ten years old. Her father was a Tokujo, an interrogator to be specific, and her mother simply a housewife, as was their parents. Despite the ancestors of the Uzumaki and their will, Aiko's branch of family did not believe in female ninja for some period of time, believing that a woman's true duty was to stay at home and tend to the children and husband. Luckily, in Aiko's case, her uncle managed to convince her parents that there was a long line of strong kunoichi that balanced being a housewife upon retirement so they let Aiko out into the world with... extraordinary cooking skills.

Aiko follows Naruto in his brashness and stubbornness, yet she is far more polite when need be and is not yet aware of the ability that lies within her.

You may choose it now if you like, but most of the Jinchuuriki are going to be part of the Republics Jinchuuriki Council. Maybe one or two will not be. Like Kota, he doesn't know he contains Matatabi(Two Tails). You can reserve it for later on if you like.

I like the character so far. But is it possible to know Wind Release: Rasengan without knowing the regular, non-elemental Rasengan?

Well, technically you would have to know the Rasengan first before you knew how to use Wind Release with it. I'm actually planning on using the Rasengan with a certain other move...but because both releases are HIGHLY unstable due to one of them being negated by the other, it would be extremely difficult for Kota to pull it off.
