Shiō is intelligent, but often blames herself for things outside of her control. She does not accept failure well and will obsess over the failure until she reaches the conclusion that it was outside of her control - she still reviews two of her cases on a regular basis in order to figure out what she did wrong. She keeps meticulous records, having patient files far more expansive than many of her colleagues. She enjoys learning and wants to expand her knowledge into other realms of medicine.

【History】
Shiō, a peacetime child, began her training as a medical shinobi at the age of ten having had an interest in medicine all her life. Training directly under Ayameko for most of her life, Shiō has created a name for herself within Kyokujitsgakure. Shiō's skills were picked up exceptionally early - being one of Kyokujitsugakure's true prodigies. Coupling that with her unwavering attitude towards her goals, Shiō became the youngest academy graduate at the age of 13 and quickly pulled into specialized training specifically for her talents.

Because of Shiō's fervent pursuit of her goals, she became isolated from her peers. For 5 years, Shiō was separated and at 18 she became Kyokujitsugakure's youngest Jounin, skipping the Chuunin rank entirely. Like Ayameko, Shiō spent a lot of time in the Research Division - spending about 5 years there as well. She has since become the most published medical shinobi to date, solely within those five years. In particular, Shiō took a special interest in neurology, developing a series of related techniques that make her exceptionally useful to her nation.

From 23 on, she worked directly under Ayameko, eventually taking over both the Senkensha and the Medical Corps at 26. She completed her first surgery by herself a week into her joining the Corps, which resulted in the death of the young man she was trying to save. She would go on to lose four other patients in the next 3 years. Frustrated with her failure, she spent much of her time out of surgeries to study what information that she had available. It was around this time that she began experimenting with usages of her Hiden in surgery, leading her to develop her ability to preform surgery in pitch black, using her Hiden for extra 'hands' during her procedure. This allowed her to move quick enough during surgeries to save patients she might not have been able to save before.

She currently serves as a surgeon, in addition to her other duties, for the village of Kyokujitsugakure, having been given the nickname "Kage Gekai" by her colleagues, given her preference to preform surgeries in pitch black.

Personality:
Homura is a quiet girl who rarely talks unless needed, she portrays a cold composure, keeping her thoughts to herself rather than expressing it. She struggles to express herself in order to build trust yet it does not go the way she wanted, instead she shows hints based on what she feel and think through subtle idioms,one-liners,unfinished sentences, and body language, when alone she talks to herself through the usage of diaries. Despite of her silent mode, Homura converses and bonds fine with her parents and siblings but it does not necessarily means that she is fully open to them, this also applies to certain people she is close to. While she displays a stoic demeanor, she just smiles on a simple manner which shows that she is glad,Homura is willing to help others in need, what stops her frequently is her own self doubt.

When entrusted tasks and given a job to do, Homura either humbly declines it or accepts it by answering in her usual one-liner, if one is able to persuade her, she will just have to accept it. This, however is one of the factors that can get Homura upset, do not take advantage of her. Apparently, she does not show any sign of romantic feelings to the opposite sex and this sometimes lead others to believe that she is a monk,asexual, and whatever people may want to call her. In battles, Homura isn't someone to drag on, she doesn't wanna do it but when she has to, she will do and will do so fast, keep in mind that by doing things fast she means it. Last but not least, she struggles to find her sense of direction in other words, ambition and even though she is keen to be an opportunist, she does not know what she desires and that is for her to find out.

Combat Style:
Homura's fighting style is taijutsu and kenjutsu oriented, particularly on stealth and feints.However it is more on the latter that she prefers speed blitzing her opponents, she is adeptly agile and built for speed in the aspect of taijutsu, it also blends well with her personality of "I don't have to do it. But when I have to do it. I will do it fast.". The most prominent style that she does most of the time is feinting, she loves to fake her attacks in order to get a better angle of her targets which allows her to follow up another attack or feint it, she does this on an intellectual approach with her kenjutsu skills, primarily Nitoryu/Dual Blades. Lastly, Genjutsu is her last resort of confirming an analysis, she is not afraid to get herself hurt.

During her hiatus days, three years ago after getting promoted to Chuunin, Homura trained with her siblings most of the times and kenjutsu training is provided by her Father. Aside from her constant training in taijutsu and kenjutsu, she also learns chakra control and disrupting genjutsu with or without the aide of the sharingan. In the end, it all goes down to stealth which made her an opportunist in battle, strike when the time is right. Her training in taijutsu contributed to her overall fighting style with or without the usage of sharingan, more or less Sharingan or not, Homura is thought on how to not rely on her eyes too much unless the opponent is a "threat"/"bigger and stronger than her." She follows the way of a code, "Only unsheathe your sword and bear your fangs on the wicked but sheathe thy sword on the sinner."Which is translated to, "Glare like a tiger on the unforgivable and shut your eyes on the unworthy."

That being said, her skill at mono-wielding and dual wielding is above average but she's no match for stronger people/specialists. As a Kunoichi, she was a medical ninja in her team(prior to learning kenjutsu) thus showing balance of her skills. Keep in mind that she studied Kenjutsu for three years, it means that she has a lot to go, concerning her medical ninjutsu, it is at best average.

Genjutsu: Sharingan.

-A last resort for Homura, she may not be as skilled in genjutsu, weak but practical for outsmarting opponents. It takes time for her to use genjutsu, it is impractical and in fact she may not even use it. Majority of what she does with genjutsu sharingan is average at best such as faking an image/distorting its appearance, she sucks on putting variety and hypnosis.

Custom Jutsu:
Based on her two dual swords, Mikazuki(A curved Katana) and a Katana, it also named like her Black Murasame. The names are Karaware(Katana) and Amatsuki(Mikazuki) and each has their meaning, Karaware means cracked sky while Amatsuki means rainy moon. The following techniques she has are:

Enmei. An attack that is packed with pressure, it swirls as it attacks, this is either used on both swords and it is strong enough to cut a rock not a boulder. This does not require any hand seals, it is short ranged. The attack is executed in a swirling manner of speed blitzing and receiving through timing. The weak point of this attack is the way the user swings her sword, it may be portrayed fast but the many different angles lefts her open as this attack is only done in a dash straight forward swirl manner. The basic attack of Homura, ranging to 5 meters.

Zanzoken. A kenjutsu technique that is based on speed and cutting power. This jutsu works by projecting an afterimage of the user's speed and followed by a slash of the Mikazuki hence this attack is exclusively done by Homura's Mikazuki. This does not require any hand seals, however, the aftershock is the huge drain of chakra and physical strain which makes it hard to recover. Homura is only able to perform Zanzoken 3 times a day and it can't be spammed since one Zanzoken is already painful to the body, this technique ranges up to 7 meters.

Zantetsu-Ken. A kenjutsu technique that Homura performs by using her Amatsuki. It sends off crescent chakra waves like the Samurai's Land of Iron style. Homura loves to use this technique on foggy situations due to its cutting power, it is used on cutting walls and big doors and inflicting minor wounds on targets, it is done on a straight forward manner by launching those pressured waves which is variation#1 and #2 is by slashing through your opponent. It is easy to avoid this technique if you are not on an 8 meter range, it also evadable by just jumping straight up. This is Homura's signature move and it can be infused with fire chakra thus making the jutsu, "Katon: Zantetsu-Ken."

Gouka-ringo rendan(Apple Fire Slicer Barrage)
-A fire style that is performed by both swords, it launches multiple small fireballs that of Phoenix flower jutsu. Wave of small fire balls launched atop by Homura by connecting both her swords, it is easy to evade this technique due to the fact it is obvious of her casting it, what makes it hard is when it is launched it is raining fire. It is mid range, 6 meter radius.

Hidden Blade Techniques
Techniques like this are what makes a Samurai deadly and fearsome. These techniques are only used on harder opponents, an ace technique just like using Rasengan or Chidori, it is powerful yet limited because it affects the user's physical well being, it is tiring. The following techniques are:

Hiken: Tsubamegaeshi also known as Concealed Sword: Swallow Return.
-A technique where the illusion(Not a Genjutsu) of multiple blades is closing in with only one true blade coming in for the attack,because of the "multiple blades"(A product of afterimage) it is hard to follow the motion and counter it. The drawbacks of this technique are worrisome since it numbs the user after using it for 2 times, fatigue or death is the user's fate once exceeding the limit. This is only Homura's hidden blade arsenal, it cannot be spammed.

History:
Homura is born from the Uchiha clan, her parents are part of the Police Force and her siblings are Jounin, she is second youngest in her family, she gets along well with her younger sibling, more or less a year younger than her. In the past she used to be earnest and not as quiet as she is in the present, Homura interacts with her peers well but due to a certain incident, she is what she is today. According to her Mother, Homura is like a bouncing ball, its meaning is complicated but the way she interprets it is that she is rebounding.

She entered the academy at the age of 7 and got a high grade for assertiveness and cooperation, the lowest grade being Genjutsu despite being an Uchiha. More or less, she does not like staying in classes apparently because she is eager to go outside and play with her comrades, her favorite game is hide and seek and tag. Homura graduated at the academy and promoted to Genin at the age of 12, her Genin days consist of learning the fireball jutsu, improving her skills and learning genjutsu but then again she is bad at it. At some point she is promoted to Chuunin, during that time she slowly shows a shred of intellect.While she may not be as strong as her teammates she is able to improvise plans and traps by just using wires, windmills and basic weapons, the latter being a medical ninja, she is Chuunin for 2 years.

Everything changed after a certain incident, it is something that she doesn't want to talk about or even mention. Homura spent training under her Father for three years, the first phase was unlocking her sharingan which is rare for a female Uchiha but an incredible feat of gaining it, she awoke her sharingan at the age of 15/16. Due to that, she is thought kenjutsu and advanced taijutsu thus abandoning her old fighting style and regressing at medical ninjutsu, in return improving, she also improved in genjutsu by just learning Genjutsu-Kai and at the slightest performing sharingan genjutsu, it took her 7 months to master her sharingan. Now back at Land of the Rising Sun, she is better and wiser although with a whole change of composure.

Personality: Mitsu is very laid back. His mask gives him an excellent poker face and his body language tells only of a relaxed persona. Mitsu feels little need to prove himself, confident in the man he has become. This is one of the rather few traits he shares with the stereotype of his people’s culture, in that he stubbornly refuses to be drawn into other people’s emotional rhythm. In addition to being relaxed, Mitsu is rather serious in personality. He often considers everything he says carefully and is not prone to flippant speech. He is tactful and obliging but unyielding in his own principles. That said, he is not without humor, as his favored weapon in friendly duels is the bouncy ball.

Likely Mitsu’s most defining principle is his pacifism. Mitsu very much prefers not to kill. That is not to say he does not enjoy battle, as he continues to duel with his original sensei to this day. That yearly ritual is one of the few occasions Mitsu will show boyish enthusiasm. However, he much prefers it when it is a game without blood on the line. Mitsu’s signature sword has no sharpened edge or point, Mitsu’s throwing tools are bouncy balls, and all but one Mitsu most advanced Jutsu are shielding and healing techniques. Even his one advanced lethal technique is a technique accidentally discovered while studying healing. Mitsu, throughout his advancement matches to Chuunin and Jounin, absolutely refused to use lethal force despite the extravagant and potentially lethal techniques usually thrown around by most Genin eager to advance.

Mitsu, in short, loves peace, but is also harsh and experienced enough to understand the world. He is loyal to his own people and serves their interests above his own, but he would prefer if the countries did not have to engage in the shadow warfare they are frequently forced to.

Clan/Bloodline: Mitsu has no bloodline or clan, but has pioneered an unusual set of techniques. They could be taught to anyone with the necessary bloodline.
Jutsu and Techniques:
Mitsu was once a master of a variety of Water and Lightning Elemental techniques as befitting a Jounin level ninja, but the loss of his right arm put them beyond his grasp, as he can no longer make the necessary handsigns. However, fortunately, his custom techniques and healing techniques are still available to him, as well as very low level direct manipulation of those elements.

Mitsu’s personal technique is a way of imbuing chakra to create “chakra fields” that work similarly to magnetic fields. This allows him to deflect a variety of techniques, as the number of techniques that rely on a movement or flow of chakra is considerable. However, since the loss of his right arm, he is unable to generate these fields quickly enough to intercept most attacks, save through his signature blade and mask.

Mitsu was not a primary healer when he initially became a Chuunin, lacking the medical knowledge necessary, growing up in Bikitoshi rather than Shijotoshi. At first, it was likely that he would have been shipped off to the Navy rather than allowed into the Medical Corps. However, he developed a peculiar talent with his chakra feels, and learned how to send forth a self-propagating chakra wave similar to an EM Wave that loses very little energy when it travels. Combined with the knowledge of healing he did have, Mitsu developed a long-range healing technique. Mitsu is able to boost and replenish the vitality and chakra of others without actually touching them as long as he has line of effect with no walls of dense chakra between them. This healing only boosts the natural regeneration of the body and will not handle serious wounds on its own. This was useful in the field as the team cannot always reach who they need to heal immediately. Mitsu’s ability allowed him to revitalize casualties for long enough for the team to reach them safely and actually stabilize them. It was also useful to boost the chakra of the primary healer in the team in case a particularly loss filled battle had drained their chakra reservoirs. The rest of the time, he performed as an additional guard member to protect the medic squad.

Since then, he has mastered a Jounin level of medical techniques, especially during his time as a diplomat, relieved of his duties and need to continue studying his no longer usable water and lightning elemental techniques. This has afforded him the use of a singularly lethal technique Mitsu is not fond of. There are certain moments in the heart’s rhythm of beats where it is extraordinarily vulnerable to shock, a tiny window measured in milliseconds. If struck during this part of the hearts cycle, it induces immediate cardiac arrest even without significant trauma. While the heart has not suffered significant damage and can be easily restarted, most people cannot do this on themselves while their heart isn’t beating. Mitsu’s mastery of healing techniques and chakra fields allows him to detect these windows and disrupt both the flow of blood and chakra through the heart with one well timed touch. However, if the slightest disruption to his attack happens, it will through off his timing and cause the attack to do almost nothing.

One other highly useful technique is his ability to use his self-propagating chakra wave to send messages, as it’s a rather absurdly useful ability to be able to send tight band communications with your mind when you are a diplomat. Unfortunately, the communication is one way.

Weapons/Artifacts:

Moonlit Wave: Moonlit Wave is a katana of middling length. Its craftsmanship is fair, but not excellent, as it was forged by Mitsu himself, and while the folding of steel was taught to him by his sensei, he did not have the same knack for it as his master. It is dull, the edge never sharpened. This is the third Moonlit Wave, forged after his retirement after the incident which broke both the second Moonlit Wave and his right arm. The primary boon of this sword is that Mitsu can flow his chakra through this blade, amplifying his chakra field technique. When he swings this blade, he can create a chakra field pointing in that direction of strong enough intensity to deflect even a potent Jounin level technique. Presuming that technique relies on a movement or flow of chakra, rather than a mundane projectile created and imbued with velocity via chakra.

Mask of the Fox: This is kiri-style ANBU-esque mask that constantly generates a chakra field around Mitsu’s eyes and ears. This is able to interfere with many visual or audible type Genjutsu. However, unless Mitsu spends chakra actively to ramp up the field, high level Genjutsu might penetrate through brute force, though likely warped. Note that the rest of his uniform is rather un-ANBU style, thus making confusing him for one unlikely.
