My name is Ethan Cassidy, and I suppose here is a little bit about me:
I am a 25 year old male from the United States. I grew up on Power Rangers and Nintendo 64. My passion is in writing and teaching. I love sports, but don't ask me about the names of professional players. I love the sports part of it, over the celebrity part of it. I am the oldest of 4 children, though usually the one oddly left out. At least, that is how I often feel. I have a girl, who is my world, even though she drives me absolutely insane! She's so light hearted and spirited, and as amazing as that is... she also has a hard time realizing when I'm serious and has difficulty dealing with tough situations. She's still awesome though. We'd give each other the world. I was raised by a single mother with a heart for God. She's not perfect but she tries harder than anyone I know.
Words are amazing to me. They can lower and lift our spirits. Take us on adventures, that we'd never otherwise imagine. Poetry is a gift, and our words can be beautiful. Idealism comes to life, and pains fade away. They can blind us, and make us see again. Nothing can make our heart skip a beat like it. They are dangerous and dark, and poignant. They are real.
Things I don't like... Oh I don't know. Spiders in my bed as a I sleep. Even then, as scary as they can be, something about life is just magical. RL Drama can be a buzz kill though.
Ok. Ok. You are all probably going, is this guy crazy? Perhaps way too Optimistic? No. I'm a realist. I just get carried away. Oh, that's something else I enjoy. Getting carried away. :)
I'm glad to be here. I hope to make friends. I have Roleplayed in the past, so I'm not completely new to it. Don't worry. I enjoy Fantasy, Steampunk, a little mix of both. Arena stuff is cool. Horror is phenomenal. Modern Fantasy, or even Realistic stuff is also cool. The only thing I have never been able to get into that much is Science Fiction. I realize that is a big thing on some of these roleplaying sites, but I'm not really a fan.
