Hmm, was there any other ideas? I'm cool with more a disciple of Strange (who considering the timeline could be an older Wiccan) since a fully powered Strange would be quite powerful.

Well the theme is these are the youth of heroes, like Franklin Richards is the son of Mr Fantastic and Invisible Woman, Lily Van Dyne is the daughter of Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne, or at the very least have close ties to the original hero in some way, like Spider-Man now adopted by Peter and MJ, so on and so forth.

Like I said they are inspirations.
Scarletts power can be passed down though it would change. (Where she is the witch of chaos her son would be the Warlock of Order)
Thor yeah that is a lost cause unless we go with thors daughter, Prur or his son Magni (Just coming into their power)

And posted right back, everyone is still at the museum just for saying what happened for SHIELD reports and other small stuff. Maybe help clean up while they're there. I don't want to go too long on it, but with someone possibly joining I might need to figure out what happens next. Since the ending thing isn't quite ready yet.

Healing Factor- By believing her injuries are not there she can accelerate their healing.

Elemental influence- She can affect the natural elements of Wind, Water, and Fire.

Creation- She may create objects out of the elements she can influence as long as her belief is strong enough.

Weaknesses: Her creations cannot be more complex than a revolver. She is easily distracted by anything related to cats, or ferrets. Her studies are not finished currently her abilities are limited the elements she can influence are Wind, Water, Fire. She cannot influence Stone, Wood, Lightning, Light, Darkness, or any other elements. She is actually human so if it kills a human it kills her with enough time. If anything ever breaks her willpower her magic no longer works.

Brief bio: Victoria had a very simple childhood she was raised in a sealed community of religious people who all followed Ahura Mazda. In this society she was considered a second class citizen, because she was female. She wanted equality to do what she wished so she ran away from the compound and started running she passed through towns and survived on the kindness of others until one day she was passing through a town in New York. This strange creature appeared and began rampaging through the town. A group of people appeared and began fightting the creature with abilities she had never seen in superhumans. She ended up getting caught in one of the blasts.

When she woke up a strange gentleman with salt and pepper hair was running his hands gentle over her skin wherever he touched stopped hurting. After a short conversation he left her with a map. So she did everything she could to make it to the temple. So she arrived at the temple days before her 15th birthday and he welcomed her and began training her.
