So in days of future past: The remove Last Stand, yah thats great, but remember those other movies? Like Stryker turning wolverine into metal? Or Mystique being on Magneto's Team? Or anything from The Wolverine? WELL GUESS WHAT! NONE OF IT HAPPENED! All of the movies after Wolverine becoming Ademantium IS GONE!

Shit gets retconned all the time in comic book land. I don't see why this is surprising, especially since they saw fit to tell us Spider-Man's origin story twice in a bit over a decade.

Or the fact most superhero movies have interchangeable characters, conflicts, plots, and resolutions.

Also, X-Men: Origins was a horrible, horrible movie so I don't see why you think it's bad that was discarded

And also, you may wish to put spoiler tags on this because people may want to be, I don't know, surprised at how things turn out. Particularly the whole Mistique thing.

Also, I never watched The Wolverine because I really didn't feel like watching another Hugh Jackman Wolverine movie*, especially where he's decided to embrace his inner Weeaboo and turn into Tom Cruise in The Last Samurai. Move over, Japanese people, whitey is going to show you how much better he is at your culture. Pass.

*To date, there's been SEVEN appearances of Huge Jackman Wolverine in movies, which he had a leading role in 1-3, Origins, and The Wolverine. First Class was a brief cameo, but now he presumably is back in a fairly large role again. Enough's enough.

I agree fully, Deadpool "The Merc with a Mouth" who became a teleporting ademantium one claw sword no mouth laser vision wielding "assassin" was horrible. But if Stryker didn't start Weapon X, then we might get a different Deadpool, Who is one of my favorite Marvel "Heroes"

To be fair, Cyclops is one of the blandest mutants I've ever read. So I prefer Wolverine as a lead.

But I think having no true lead and having the team itself as the main focus for the main plot and then have everyone's problems and life as a sub plot would've been the best approach for X-Men.

Also I don't care what was retconned, because the next movie is X-Men: Apocalypse.

'The Wolverine' on the other hand is removed from the time line due to the fact of Jean and Scott's still being alive and the Phoenix Force still being inactive, I assume. (Also Wolverine won't have his little Asian bastard)

I personally didn't like the other X-men movies once they introduce Origins.

ACtually, that was Mystique that you saw, disguised as Striker, remember? Even so, they didn't SHOW his claws after he got back, so for all we know, we will get the ORIGINAL wolverine, where the Adamantium Claws were a part of his suit.

Ooooh, well I don't think it's as near as good as Apocalypse' post credits in that Apocalypse is more of an Iconic Villain than Von Strucker. Plus, I'm not so familiar with Von Strucker as I am with Apocalypse. Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch? That was damn cool, seeing Him speeding about and Scarlet Witch smashing those cubes.

Weeeeellllll, I think it was implied and used as an easter egg more than anything. Remember, they often change things in a movie from a comic to better suit the movie, still it's all unsure at this point, which I liked considering Quicksilver was let go after his big prison break scenes. I'm more than sure that the little girl is Scarlet Witch.

Well, they are siblings in the comics, and in this you see him with a small child, so its not that hard, but i cant wait to find out what all Infinity Stones are, if one is in Loki's Scepter, then they probably hid them in things from the other movies...
