“Welcome new recruits, I am Commander Black and I will be your leader, mother, best friend and carer of sorts. This is the Defence Force Five building and this is your new home. Only the best make it here and you few are the best. Here you will be doing your duties like all the other groups here. Are you ready for your first day as one of the defenders?”

Concept:

It has a power ranger essence but it is not in any way cheesy or all that comical. It is dark and edgy though will have its light hearted moments. Also there are no megazoids but there are animal spirits which grant you the abilities of the said animal. They will each have a sword and a gun because they need to defend themselves against the evil that exists. Also each member will have to deal with personal problems which include social aspects, addictions and so on. Death is a big part of this and so people come and go; people around them anyway but you can also die.

They have colours, you can pick any but you can’t have the same. If possible try and have colours outside of what the power rangers have, it’s not a requirement but I think it is important. I have no power suit ideas other than the helmet having features of the chosen animal. Also the Defence Force Five have five teams of five but they are stationed at different places across the world. I had the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan with Russia, Israel, Italy and a few others in the works if the Defence Force Five are successful enough.

The villain is broken, I will say this but they can be defeated but not for long, this villain is also universal and has appeared in countless RP’s. They will have three to four commanders who are monsters themselves that can and will go down as the story goes on. Also there will be plenty of different enemies along the way to keep things fresh as well. On many levels the main boss is very Doc Doom looking which I just realized recently. Fighting monsters will be a big part and there will be minions to beat on as well.

There is a prequel to this about the original Defence Force Five which will come up within the storyline. I still have ways to go as I am thinking of turning this into a book alongside two other ideas that a friend and I have come up with.

Plot:

The plot continues on from the prequel but with a new villain, the said broken person with their beatable commanders and other nasty’s I will bring in at times. The plot will not be a straight forward one. The ultimate goal is to bring down the big bad villain or try to keep them down for a long as you can so the job is never truly done but maybe there will be a way to keep them from coming back for a while. Along the way the members of the Defence Force Five will have to battle with their demons and addictions to make it a little more personal and more engrossing shall we say.

Things will change a lot, who is to say one of the Defence Force Five members will not change sides forcing the team to try and bring them back or destroy them if they have to. The latter meaning you would need to make another character unless someone else wants in.

More importantly the plot can go anywhere and anything can happen. I knew I would make it sound kind of un-interesting but things still need working out.

Lore’s are still in the works but I will bring them up and such, for the books I am planning on writing I will need good lore’s to make the world and story more engaging to the reader of course with my co-author my writing won’t suck as much.

Possibly, if one of them want to play a bad guy you can be one of the defence force five or one of the commander if you want to be evil. I could also add two more members just like how the power ranger add another one or two.

Does being a bad guy interest you or are you happy to wait and see if I add another two to the Defence Force Five? Maybe someone else will be a bad guy.

I don't have much experience playing an antagonist but I'd like to try. An evil commander sounds fun.

Well you may not have to I can put you up as one of the Defence Force Five members unless you want to be a commander? Also the commanders have a twist so when they do go down it is not the end of the RP which is good.

It's up to you really. I'm fine with a commander, it'll be different.

I guess I will put you as a commander unless I don't have the numbers for the team itself. The commanders are pretty much monsters and mutants. Aliens are there own thing and will have an arc or two themselves.

Personal Problem:

Steve has a problem with his temper, he ussually gets angry about nothing. And this could sometimes bring the team in great danger for he hates to be challanged and would chase after anyone who dares to challange him, no mather if it could be a trap or not.

Personality:

Steve isn't the kind of guy who you would call sweet, he ussually has a face that tells you to "FCK OFF" but he has a kind heart.
For those who know Steve longer would also say that it's just him being like that, Hard on the outside, sweet on the inside.
For he would go trough flames and storms for his true friends, and would even spill blood if he has to.
Steve's body is the most inmportant thing to him, for he is quite muscular and loves to workout to keep in shape.

History:

Steve comes from a poor familie, his father died when he was 6 and his mother went into depression afterwards.
Steve was the only one capable of taking care of his little brother and sister who were just three years old, Steve worked hard each and every day untill even his mother passed away. Once that happend something snapped inside of Steve's head and he went beserk, the only thing that could calm him were his siblings who, even dow they got a few good punches towards them, hugged steve from the front and made sure that they kept hugging him untill he calmed down.
After that Steve kept having his anger problems and would punch anyone who would even glance at him in the wrong way, but because of his siblings always being by his side he kept his calm for them.
Once Steve became 16, he had to lose even his siblings in a carcrash caused by a drunk driver, which made Steve go insane, his siblings died in the hospital and once Steve was released by the cops for interogation, he searched day and night for the driver, and finally after months of searching he found him, but his calmt was no where to be found, for that driver killed the ones who could keep him calm. He punched the driver to death, and Steve got arrested. placed into a institute for teenagers like him and there he got quite some scars, fights and even killed a few times more.
After a few years, the Defence force recrutied him, aldo they kept a strict eye on him because of his temper.

BTW just a small question, how does the Defence Force Five fights? I mean do they each have a different weapon like in PR or do they all fight with their fists or? :/

It is through fists, a gun of some sort and a melee weapon. So you could have a sword and a pistol like gun. Of course the pistol like weapon won't be standard and will be made just for the said character. Fist fights are for the crappy low level minions and the weapons are for the higher ups because I fist is not going to work. Also you're spirit animal will give you powers.

History: Growing up she was always preferred to play in the mud and dirt than to play that girly crap the others girl played. When she was seven she started going through precocious puberty. By the time she started high school the only reason boys paid attention to her was because she was more amply endowed than every other female in their small town. Most men in town treated her as nothing more than a bimbo and a sex object. The only person to treat her like an intelligent female was the coach of the football team who also was the teacher for the shop class which her mother made her take because her mother being a dumb blonde bimbo thought shop meant shopping. The shop teacher was more of a father figure to her than her actual father who was currently residing in prison for attempting to rape his only daughter. Due to her country's mandatory military service for all citizens over the age of eighteen she enlisted as soon as she graduated, it was only with the shop teacher's guidance that she did it not only due to it being legally required but she did it because she wanted to.

She was only legally required to be a soldier for two years but she reenlisted again and again. Eventually she was approached by Mossad for its counter-terrorism unit. She served with Mossad for a while but her general dislike of humanity and the constant barrage of sexual innuendo and the sexual harrasment by immature morons above her led to her quitting.

She went on a tour of the world. She was in New York City headed for the Statue of Liberty when she heard screams. She headed to the scene; there were dead bodies all over the place and some monstrosity attacking others. She assessed the scene. She saw a dead cop, she grabbed everything he had that could be of use which consisted of side-handle baton and his 9mm pistol along with any extra ammo he had. She checked to see what was left in the pistol. She noticed it hadn't been fired or had already reloaded, if the latter was the case the pistol may be useless. She stuck the baton in her belt and took aim at the monstrosity's head, she fired twice. It thankfully went down. She began escorting various citizens to local police stations.

I don't see anything for her personality, if you are going to explain it within the RP you should at least say that but I think it may have just been missed. Otherwise it is OK by me. :)
