I actually have a template thing that really clearly explains how to use the tarot cards and the proper layout that came with my first deck. If you want I can give you a picture, it's handy to have for clarification. For actual card meanings, you'd want a book with definitions or a good website. Whatever is more convenient.

The Homestuck deck came with a booklet that contained all the card meanings; it's the layout and jazz that I don't know anything about.
