A Family drama game

I am testing to see if people want to play a multi-generational family drama where immigrants come to the US, around the turn of the 20th Century, and over the decade succeed and possibly thrive.

I wish I had more plot.

I'm interested too. I really like the idea, especially with all the superhero/supernatural and whatnot rps out at the moment. I was just looking for something more grounded. :)

Well The questions would be where is the family from, how do they rise and will they have a descendant that becomes a recognizable name?

Do you have a more solid concept yet? This is definitely one I could sink my teeth into if it's good :)

A family of either Italian or Irish immigrants come from their respective home countries. They struggle with work and because of the depression they become wealthy. By the sixities they are a well known name nationally as they become legit. possibly the grandson becomes president.

But the point is the rise and falls of the family. Family issues dealt with, addiction, debt, depression, and death is dealt with.

Okay here is my idea we have the family comes to the US and we have various players play a family member. But eventually we have a character die and you get to play another person in the family.
