Rachael nodded to the kind girl, doing her best to tune out the chaos ensuing in what seemed to be the Savant section of the group. Mentally, she sighed, grateful that she had picked the seemingly most reasonable of the groups. "My names is Rachael Nickels. You all can call me Rach for short. I also vote for Lauren. When can we go inside?" she asked, drawing her lower lip between her teeth. She didn't want the others to know why she was here, but she was growing increasingly nervous outside. "I mean, I really want to see what this prison looks like on the inside." she joked, playing off her impatience with a joke. Her hand came up and began twirling in her bright red locks, a nervous habit she'd developed over time.
Dahlia could not believe it! Not only was the
boy challenging her but, this
foreigner was siding with him! As she listening to the accented words, she smiled to herself. This girl was siding with the boy to her own gain. And he was letting her walk all over him. Perhaps they were not so different...
"Hitler became a leader not because he said he was, it was because he knew how to lead"
...
"Maybe the candidates should explain why they should be leader instead of bickering like children."
Stifling a guttural growl in her throat from being called a child, Dahlia turned her attention back to the would-be-leader and his self proclaimed Publicist. "Finally! Someone that has something other than hair between their ears!" she began, a large grin splitting across her face. "As stated before, I am Dahlia Mavro. Remember my name. You will learn to respect it. And for all of your sake, I hope you are quick learners." Dahlia was in full blown speech mode, her hand clasped behind her back as she paced in front of the other Savants. "Now, as to my credentials! I singlehandedly brought the Saint Cecilia Orphanage from a low class, torn down establishment to a Grade A facility. I personally oversaw the orphans
and the staff, ensuring that reports of trouble and petty crimes were non existent. The rooms were kept at a 4-star quality at
minimum. Basically, under my command, you could eat off of any floor in there." Dahlia stopped her pacing and addressed the group again. "You don't have to like me. I'm sure Hitler was not the most popular among his countrymen. But, even the dimmest cannot argue with my results."
