3) Flames distorting space? Might need to explain that one a bittt more, as it seems highly impossible

5) How long does it last and how long does it take to recharge?

1. Burning Strikes- The blades on the fists are capable of igniting on impact with an object. (Instantaneous use, 1 Post recharge)

No one post recharge, the least we accept is two otherwise you can just use it post after post pretty much.
And what happens when it's ignited? Does it burn the opponent, makes it easier at cutting? Etc.

2. Accelerated Destruction- The claws are designed for ease at shunpo speeds. (This is passive)

Well for one if it was a passive ability then it wouldn't be a skill, hence passive.
Also I'm not really sure what you're trying to say here....Does it make her shunpo better or....What? O.o

3. Hazed Illusion - The heat that her blades give off are enough to distort space for a short period of time (2 Posts, 4 Post Recharge)

I'm just gonna give this a no right away.
I'm pretty sure you can't distort space with heat, and even if you could I think that'd be a little too OP for a Shikai or Zanpakuto move period. Would be more acceptable to distort space in Bankai, but doing it right off the bat in the RP? No...

4. Dragon Wolf Howl- She is capable of unleashing a howl that releases a gout of fire, (Instantaneous, 6 Post Recharge)

This is fine.

5. Quadrapedal transormation- Her bodies muscles realign to allow her to move just as easily in a quadrapedal state.(Special move)

Needs a cool down and post duration, otherwise it's good.

Also a few other things:

The type would be melee/fire, not force/speed

Also watch out for Yu, he's the wolf guy of the RP xD

Well look at it this way, you cut one in half it grows back into two. Only way to destroy them is to do something which would make sure a body can't grow back at all. Yet did ya realize yet that everyone has been fighting weak guys, and some certain "people" aren't there?

The strong Arrancar. Sure there are tons of weak ones, but none of the big shot Arrancar are anywhere in the human world, where on earth could they possibly be, when the soul society is pretty much unguarded besides a couple of Captains.

Nooo, you will still fight in the Human world xP Until the swarm are dead. There are Captain's still in the Soul Society anyway ^_^

I'm assuming you can do whatever you want while fighting the swarm, until they are killed off Jangel XD, also if the stronger Arrancars are heading towards soul society I think squad five is going to have a fun time getting caught in between the battle. :P

1. Alright 3 post recharge.
2. It doesn't make shunpo better. Actually this doesn't make sense at all thank you.
3 This is poor wording on my part. It doesn't distort Space it creates heat hazes that distort perception of spaces.

5. Does 5-6 post use and doesn't recharge in that fight sound fair?
