Skills: Ruby seems to have a skill with welding weopons bigger then her and learning how to use them effectively with training. She has enhanced speed which is linked to her Semblance.She weird the gun scythe Cresent Rose which she made herself
Abilities: Her Semblance increases her speed allowing her to instantly move from place to place leaving behind a trail of what looks like rose petals and she can use Cresent Rose s recoil to move fast in battle as well.
Tools: Her Cresent Rose with ammo cartridges and clip.
Likes: Crescent Rose...her team..cookies and milk as well as strawberries. ..her sister..helping protect people etc. Basically doing helpful things.
Dislikes: Being touched or hit on by boys? ...being on her own..unknown for other things at this time..
Other: Her sister is Yang Xiao Long and she is leader of thier team RWBY. Despite her cheerful disposition she is masking her true feelings and has a haunting memory/secreat.. She is also a weopon fangirl and on the childish side at times but is serious when fighting or in a serious situation.

Skills
Marisa has managed to copy and forge her own spells from the ideas of others, and her magic is always packed up with a ton of firepower. You could say she is a fine human magician, but then again, she did copy the majority of her spells from others and altered them to her likings. She also has a habit of "borrowing" things from others for her magic research, being as sly as a thief to get them into her possession. Once something is in her hands, it will be hard to snatch it back from her.

Abilities
Elaborating from the fact that all of her spells (or most) are copied from others, there is always an evident trait of stars added to the spell or that she trumped up the firepower of a spell. For example, her most common and signature spell "Love Sign - Master Spark" is actually a variation of Kazami Yuuka's spell "Double Spark". As most residents of Gensokyo have a way of flight, Marisa can't fly on her own due to being a human basely, and uses her broomstick for flight.

Tools
Marisa has an entire deck of spell cards, and for her cited spells she has them within a large spell book in which she calls it the "Grimoire of Marisa." It's basically where she writes down anything she sees as interesting and would implement it into her spells.

Likes
"Borrowing," anything related to her magic research, exterminating Youkai, getting anything she wants, spells packed with firepower, showing off.

Dislikes
Having her stuff taken (the irony~), being outmatched, being told what to do, boredom.

Other
Marisa slightly knows about Yukari due to the events that Reimu involuntarily dragged her into, but doesn't seem to mind much about Yukari's presence despite the latter being a Youkai. Also, Marisa has a thing of saying "ze" at the end of her sentences sometimes.

Age: Possibly older teens, judging from her personality and appearance
From: Touhou: Subterranean Animism (Final Boss)
Alignment: Neutral. Though, she once tried to take over the entirety of Gensokyo using her Yatagarasu powers, but only because she misunderstood the voice that told her to obtain her powers in the first place.
Look:
Skills: The constant, mindless regulation of the temperatures in Hell allowed her to house the sun god in her body with relative ease.
Abilities: Using the power of the Yatagarasu, Okuu can manipulate the fusion and fission of atoms. In a nutshell, she's a living, walking/flying nuclear reactor who's able to generate absurd amounts of energy in a moment's notice and literally fire stars at people.
Tools: The long structure on her arm is actually the supposed third leg of the Yatagarasu, and she uses it to regulate the power of her reactions. It also doubles as an armcannon.
Likes: Having control over the so-called ultimate energy, nuclear experimentations, Orin and Satori, burning things, nuclear power (I can't stress this enough)
Dislikes: Anything interrupting her nuclear experimentations, forgetting Satori's orders, people refusing to use nuclear energy. She would also hate being manipulated, but half the time she doesn't even realize it's happening.
