Darumaku could be the exception because it has so much energy due to the heat it produces it has to find additional ways of releasing it.

Well, despite what the game says we know pokemon have sex. (If it was their egg man rumour [and it's only a rumour in game as well] why does he only leave it with a male and a female or a gendered pokemon and a ditto?).
May we see their parts or not, so it's safe to assume they also poop even if the games references to it are minimal.
