The void isn't dangerous like some, in fact it's completely safe, so when dimensional transit goes awry or space-time anomalies occur things and people wind up in the Void.
There's no way to get back, but the Void isn't a harmful place to be, so why not continue your life there?
Over countless millennium, the Void possesses it's own society, of dimensional travelers and stranded people alike, everything imaginable exists here, from magic to the most extreme of technology.
The Void is infinite, and there are an infinite number of things in it. Exciting adventures lurk around every corner, or perhaps you just want to socialize with others, or try out new characters, or trial any situation you want. There are no limits, there are no rules.

1. No godmoding. Period, you only control your characters, and nothing else. You can make them hilariously overpowered, should you wish, but don't just use this as an excuse to beat up other characters or otherwise make the story about your immortal deity character. If I feel you are harming the RP with your power level I will remove your character.
2. Be respectful to everybody in OOC, please. This is free, you can do anything, post a whole book or just a one liner, I don't care.
3. There are no Character Sheets, at least, not if you don't want to do it. Instead, at bare minimum, post a short one sentence description of your character including their name. then post away! I don't even have to check it, though I will eventually and can and will veto if I have to.
4. Be reasonable, fun, and cool, like the Fonzie
