Name: Helena Allison Britt
Age: 18
Mutation:

Telepathy/Telekinesis - Believed by S.H.l.E.L.D. to hold the potential to be the most powerful telepath since the deaths of Charles Xavier and Jean Grey; if she lives long enough to turn potential into reality.

Personality:

Helena was once, not that long ago, the stereotypical alpha girl; prom queen, cheerleader, and able to charm her way in or out of nearly anything. Only a bully to other bullies, Helena saw to it that her high school class was welcoming and accepting of all kids in her school...no matter how weird, or creepy, or damaged, or socially awkward they were. Happy, though bored, with her suburban life and eagerly waiting to go off to college, all of that changed when Helena's mutation first manifested. Hatefully disowned by her beauty pageant mother as a 'freak of nature', Helena fell hard into the stages of grief...only coming to acceptance, the final stage, after meeting X-23 for the first time.

A touch of ego and attitude make Helena still an alpha girl, even in the community of secret mutant warriors. Known as a natural leader just as much as she is known for her wicked, often times sarcastic and biting, sense of humor. Her daredevil, adrenaline hunting, devil-may-care attitudes sometimes come into conflict with this default leadership position--often times leading herself, and those following her, into the heart of danger.

The last girl any want to trifle with, the passionate and intense Helena Britt is exactly what those recruiting want most: a fighter who wouldn't back down to any hardship...from sentinels to psychotic mothers.

Helena rarely talks about her personal past, finding too many painful topics to enjoy speaking about it.

History:

Born and raised in Mobile, Alabama to a former Crimson Tide football player turned attorney and a former beauty queen. A Southern upper class girl with the credentials to match; a member of the famed (and infamous) Cameron Park Country Club since birth, a card carrying member of the Daughters of the Confederacy, and an alum of the prestigeous, all white, Saint Francis Prep Academy. For much of her youth, Helena lived in a bubble of Southern wealth and priviledge. Pleasing her mother by becoming a pageant girl and pleasing her father by becoming a peerless student, life was on cruise control for Helena Britt as she entered her Junior Year at Saint Francis.

The belle of the ball, Helena entered the school year voted to Homecoming Queen, her long time boyfriend and athlete voted King. Between school, cheer, horse riding, and her mother's charity events, life was busily moving fast to the end of the year by the time the holiday break hit. Though she doesn't like to tell the story, her long time athletic rich boy boyfriend became drunk and raped her at his New Year's Eve party. In the extreme stress of the moment came an unleashing of telepathic power that put her soon-to-be-former boyfriend in a coma for over a month.

Though Mobile County sheriffs never discovered the nature of the coma, the fact that Helena was raped went unreported and covered up; her boyfriend the son of a local, long standing, County Judge. Pushed to the breaking point, Hel quit cheer, she quit the Student Senate, she even quit horse riding. Her father's gentle concern was drowned out by the aggressive anger of her mother. According to the woman, Helena was ruining her life because of a stupid mood. When Helena told her mother the truth, the woman dismissed it as a lie designed to gain pity.

Her father eventually talked her into joining Journalism, a platform from which Helena would attack the world of high priviledge and ignorant racism in which she was raised in. Though this strangely seemed to amuse her father, himself born in the harsh poverty of a poor country farmer's life that her grandfather led. But when Helena refused to do a fashion show for charity, the final fight between Helena and her mother was well on it's way. In the height of rage, Helena used her telepathy to expose every hateful and twisted secret of her mother; including her mother's paranoid belief Helena and her father were hiding an incestreous relationship.

Shocked and appalled, Helena's mother deflected Helena's accusations by calling her daughter a "monsterous mutant." Her mother officially disowned her that day, her father coming home to find his happy home life shattered beyond all repair. After hearing from both sides, Helena's father arranged for her to take a vacation to Southern California--to get her away from home, to get her away from her mother. Helena would return home a month later to find her mother kicked out of the house, divorce pending.

Somehow, it felt like a win to Helena. But it wasn't. Even today, Helena feels like a foolish naive little girl for having believed any part of the situation could have been a personal victory. While her father could not continue to live with 'that woman', nor could he keep a clear concious if he allowed his mutant daughter to stay in Alabama. He knew his wife would call her friends and tell them all about their mutant daughter. He knew Alabama was no longer a safe place for Helena to stay. Helena was in the midst of trying to figure out a plan when she was first sent an anonymous e-mail claiming to be from a mutant like her, trying to put together a group of mutants to train and empower.

Desperate for a place to go, Helena was ready to go immediately--her father preaching caution until more was learned about this mysterious mutant and their offer of hospitality. A government agent in a black suit came to see her father shortly after, explaining to Mr. Britt that not all mutants were created equal. That some were stronger than others, and that some powers were more coveted than others. The most coveted? Telepathy. Though the agent never said her name once, he was able to easily convince the Alabama attorney that his daughter was now the focus for a lot of sets of eyes.

Though he wanted to send Helena to Genosha for safety, Helena had decided she wanted to meet this mysterious mutant she had heard from numerous times now. Helena was given her mother's Mercedes (so she wouldn't get it in the divorce settlement--her father's way of being cruel) and a dufflebag filled with all the cash her father could gather quickly to go meet the mysterious mutant. There father and daughter said what became their final goodbye. Helena would drive on to Birmingham to meet a mutant woman who named herself as simply 'X', and go on to explain the way of the mutant world for the neophyte mutant Helena.

Helena signed up on the spot, becoming the group's first 'student' to arrive at Bakersfield and settle in at the old ranch. Helena doesn't think much about her old life, considering it the life of a girl that no longer exists.

Name: 'Rob'
Age: Late 30s
Mutation:

While 'Rob' has told rivaling stories concerning just what he's capable of, he has been witnessed performing the following feats; superhuman strength, speed, stamina, agility, reflexes, and durability.

Helena claims she once saw him fly...when they were both so drunk they were bordering on alcohol poisoning. Given the timing, few take the claim seriously.

Personality:

Quickly nicknamed 'The Dude' given his propensity to appear a beach bum stuck in the New Mexico wilderness, it's fair to call 'Rob' the most mysterious figure in the entire group. Easy to smile, easy to laugh, possessing of a disarming and eternally laid back charm, he is easily the hugger between the two Leads. Where X will push and confront the underperforming, 'Rob' is always around to listen to your troubles and leave you feeling better than you did before. Despite all of that, one of the most common games on the Last Five Acres is guessing what and who 'Rob' was before he came to be their Co-Lead. No matter how many guesses or close those guesses may come, the Co-Lead responds the same way every time: a blush and a chuckle, and silence.

But, surprisingly, 'Rob' never seems to mind the guessing. If anything he's glad the group has made a game of it.

History:

Though he introduces himself as Rob, he does so with a wink; and tongue firmly pressed into his cheek. Clearly a false name for a man clearly living a new life far from his old existance. Rob came to the X-23 Cell in the rarest of ways; he came from another Cell in the shadow mutant organization. Thus far, this is the only time X-23 has heard of anything or anyone has passed from one cell to another. When asked by X-23 what the other Cell was like, Rob shrugs and explains, "It's a lot like this one. Just in another place, facing most the same problems. Just further behind in the timeline."

While the Cell structure and secrecy of the shadow organization remains an unknown to all students but the only telepath in the camp, and that student sworn to secrecy herself, only Rob seems to know anything that comes close to resembling an understanding about the motives of those pulling puppet strings from the dark. And it's a safe bet he isn't about to go telling anyone soon. What is clear is that Rob came to the Cell because it was closer to 'launch' than any other, though just how far ahead it is than the others isn't known. It's not even known just how many Cells exist.

Not exactly a sterling role model, Rob is known to drink beer and smoke pot with students in the solitary sanctuary of the mountain valley that makes up the Last Five. He is a student's best guide to the bars and honky tonks and strip clubs of Bakersfield, and freely gives out advice when asked--be it on the best place in town to use a fake ID to buy beer or on the ups and downs of life as a whole. While more a big brother often times than a true Co-Lead, teased for being a long haired beef cake, everyone is glad to have the mysterious Rob as the group's very own strong man guardian.

.:. Brunette Hair | 5'5" | 112lbs | Dark Blue Eyes .:.

Name: Annelise Freign.
Age: Eighteen (18).
Mutation:
Kinetic Energy Charging and Conversion - Annelise is a mutant who has the ability to take the potential energy stored in an object and convert it to pure kinetic energy thus “charging” that item with highly explosive results. She prefers to charge smaller objects, such as marbles or stones, as the time required to charge them is greatly reduced and they are much easier for her to throw. The only real limitation to this ability is the time required to charge the object: the larger it is the more time it takes to charge. Most charging takes place through direct skin contact. The power of her explosions is dependent on the mass of the object she is charging, for example, a charged marble explodes with the force of a grenade. Annelise can also use her mutant abilities to accelerate an object's kinetic energy instead of converting its potential energy; for example, she can charge her brass knuckles with enough kinetic energy and power to obliterate a concrete support beam.

Annelise's ability to tap kinetic energy also grants her incredible superhuman physical abilities (strength, speed, reflexes and reactions, agility, flexibility, dexterity, coordination, balance, and endurance), as her body constantly generates bio-kinetic energy and so is perfectly constructed for constant motion. This gives her an added edge that she has used to her advantage by employing a unique acrobatic fighting style.

She also has the ability to create static, because of the charged potential energy always in her body, that shields her mind from detection and intrusion by even the strongest and most powerful telepaths. The shield has the added effect of destabilizing touch-based abilities.

Personality:
Anne would be considered a flirt, though not obnoxiously. She is more subtle and awkward in her attempts at flirtation. All in all Anne is rather sweet and kind, often fond trying to socialize and cheer up the people around her. She isn't too bashful around new people, seeming to treat them like they were already close friends. Anne has a natural ability to sense people. She has always been someone that watches all the little things around her, and the small subconscious things people do. From that she gets a sense from the person whether they a good or bad person. Though this was never a flawless system but it works for her when interacting with people.

Because of her observant nature it is rather difficult to do something without her notice.

History:
Annelise grew up alone and forgotten in a small orphanage all the way in South Phoenix, Arizona. While growing up she was often picked on for being small, phyiscally awkward and labeled as weird. She loved drawing and coloring in books whenever she had time free to herself. She eventually began to enjoy the solitude, a much preferred alternative to the name calling.

When Annelise was twelve years old her dormant mutations came to light. Accidentally charging one of her books with a bit of Kinetic Energy. Lucky she freak out and began to ran before it exploded, destroying most of the activities room. That night men came to take Annelise away to the one of the "Mutant Schools". It was all the same there, except her peers were kind to her and the staff was harsh on the girl. Because of her destructive power they were extreme wary of the girl. Any small infraction would result in high penalties. She couldn't count how many nights she stayed in the disciplinary room, slept hungry and thirsty. Some of the more physical "teachers" would hit Annelise whenever she acted up to make sure she stayed in line.

Four years later and she could no longer take it. She couldn't stand the hatred she had for herself and her powers anymore. She couldn't stand how she was treated and beat. One night she charged a snow globe with as much Kinetic energy as it could take before tossing it into a far off wall. The explosion was far bigger then she ever expected, though lucky just what was needed to blow a hold in the reinforced wall. Before the security could stop her she was gone.

Over the following two years Annelise had been living on the run. Her inherent abilities with resisting Telepathy made it nearly impossible for her to be found. Though crazily enough she found a note in her pocket, assuming it came from when she was bumped into earlier in the day. It spoke of a new place for Mutants to be safe. For a few days she was hesitant. Though eventually she became tiring of running away from those who chased her and wanted to put her away again. Though to be prepared in case it was a trap she grabbed some things she could find. She grabbed marbles, smooth stone and brass knuckles.

Upon arrival she met X-23 and Rob, warmly welcomed and explained what this new group was and what they aimed to be.

OOC/Misc:
Annelise is the niece of Gambit, though she doesn't know that.

Name: Noel Shaw

Age: 17

Mutation: Super sensitive hearing. Sound wave manipulation.

Personality: Noel is quiet and gentle young man. He tends to find crowds stressful and unsettling, often this will result in him spending the majority of his time alone. He is lonelier than he will admit and eager to make new friends even though the majority of times his shyness tends to get in the way. Noel also looks up to Rob finding him much easier to speak with than X-23, who he finds intimidating and in general a bit scary.

History: Noel grew up an only child in a small Colorado town. His parents, while both busy and career oriented, were wonderful kind people. The had the comfortable and serene lives that everyone hopes for. Shortly after turning fourteen Noel began suffering from severe migraines that left him bedridden. He would complain about things being too loud and even the slightest noise hurting his head. This persisted for the better part of a year with his parents taking him to doctors and specialists all over the state. Medications were prescribed, tests were run, and yet nothing helped, nobody had answers. Shortly before his fifteenth birthday Noel's condition seemed to miraculously improve. The migraines were fading and everything seemed to be returning to normal. That is until began to notice strange things about Noel. When around him everything seemed to be quieter and the closer to him you were the more muffled everything was. Despite this Noel would have no problems hearing or understanding what other would say, even though anyone standing next to him would need to strain to hear anything at all coming out of someone else's mouth. Under the guise of simply another check up with a doctor, an event with which Noel had become very used to, his parents had him tested for the X-gene. To their dismay their worst fears were confirmed, their son was a mutant. Things were happening to him that they could not even begin to understand and while it broke their hearts they decided that he would need to be sent to one of the special mutant schools where he would be taken care of and it coul dbe made sure that he wasn't going to become a danger to himself or anyone else.

Noel's parents sat him down and did their best to explain to him what was going on. They told him about the
schools for children like him, where he would be taught about his abilities and kept safe. They assured him that no matter what they loved him and that the last thing they wanted was for him to leave but sending him to the school was in all of their best interests. Despite their best efforts it was impossible for them to keep the hints of their fear from creeping into their voices. No matter how much truth there was to their affirmations of love, Noel could tell that they were still afraid of him and it hurt. That night in his room thoughts raced through his mind. He had heard stories about the mutant schools. A few years ago a girl from his school had been sent to one. While the stories kids passed around the hallways at school were certainly embellished, Noel was scared. He didnt want to find out for himself what the schools were like, and so scared both of the future and what he was Noel packed a small duffel bag with some clothes and a few small possesions with too much sentimental value to leave behind. For the first time attempting to control his new abilities he silently snuck out of the house, liberated his bicycle from the garage and simply rode away.

For the next two years Noel found himself drifting from town to town, occasionally making friends and never staying long enough in one place for it to matter. He grew exponentially in his abilites. He found that he had the ability to control sound waves, dampening them or gently enhancing them. This made surviving on his own an easy task to accomplish. He had no trouble sneaking in adn out of stores unnoticed with whatever food or clothing he needed. At first this made him incredibly uncomfortable but as time went on the sharp stabs of guilt faded and he found himself becomming bolder and bolder until he was completely comfortable sneaking into people's homes looking for loose cash. As an amateur burgular Noel's track record was flawless. Not only had he learned to use his ability muffle his own footsteps and sounds but he had learned to sift through the ambient noise of his surroundings, tuning out and removing unimportant noises while focusing his incredible hearing on sounds hundreds of yards away. It this way that Noel managed to skirt along the edges of society drifting from Colorado down into New Mexico in search of warmer winters. This was where he was approached concerning the mutant cell operating in the New Mexico desert. While he had shown great progress in controlling his mutant abilities it was far from perfect. If he let down his guard muffleing the sound around him even the slightest bit a sudden loud noise could cause him intense pain. While this awful reaction to commonplace noises was brief, it was far from subtle tipping off anyone with an experienced eye that something was off with him.

At first Noel was apprehensive about living with other mutants. Life on the street had taught him to be cautious and suspicious of everyone. But it was only a matter of days before his loneliness got the best of him and for better or for worse agreed to join the small mutant community. Living there he still mostly kept to himself, but simply being near others and knowing that they were mutants too, it was a wonderful feeling. He wasn't sure what the point of it all was, why these two people, X-23 and Rob, were taking in young mutants and caring them, but either wayit was the closest that he had felt to being at home in a long time. He particularly enjoyed the training sessions. X-23 and Rob constanly pushed him to do more, to be better, he had even learned to using his hearing as a sort of echolocation when in pitch black. It was their suggestion to attempt using his abilities in an offensive manner, creating a sound and using his wave manipulation to enhance it until it reached deafening levels. While the idea was exciting its execution was still something Noel struggled with. For every amount that he increased the volume of the sound he needed to increase the shielding for his own ears. It was a difficult exercise and multitasking that he hadn't quite gotten the hang of, but Rob was always encouraging. Noel was beginning to think he might like it here.

Name:
Leopold Oromake
Age:
22
Mutation:
Feline physiology, Portal generation
Personality:
Lighthearted even in the midst of all the woe the world has planed for them. His feral nature provides a duality and beast within he must always keep in check. He hopes to keep the moral compass for whatever lies ahead.
History:
Son of a lawyer father and 'Internet security consultant' mother. He was born in Japan already mutated physically with feline features that got worse by the years. Muzzle, tail, thankfully she avoided teething and breastfeeding at the same time. It was no small blessing that he had grown up in the 'furry' community where his features could be written off as excessive costuming at conventions. Eventually he grew into his own body as the physical mutations stopped just before puberty, that was when his power manifested.

He found he was leaving spots everywhere around the house anytime he has an emotional outburst, at fist he thought this was the worst power ever until water from a knocked over cup poured in one spot and came out another. Now it was time to seek out a specialty school, his mother scoured the world wide web looking for one that was the kindest to his kind before they got him a passport to enroll him on a foreign school.

It wasn't easy living being so far from home for so many years, and the school itself did nothing to help his portal powers so he and his classmates were left to work it out on their own at lunch or late night sessions in the bunks. He survived the school and ran home as soon as he could graduate.

In 2007 his dad filed suit against the valve corporation for personal infringement of the Portal game. They even set up a life sized run of the entire game to prove his powers. In the end he was given a dollar of every portal game made and any subsequent sequels (four million copies of portal, eight million of portal 2.) Sadly, much like the jews of world war two, he wasn't allowed to keep any of the money. His father was entrusted with the money and his mother put it into a dozen shuffling accounts to keep it out of government hands.

It was clear he had his powers for a reason and now a sufficient amount of money to do something about it. It was then that a woman as feral inside as he was outside came to recruit him.

Appearance:

Jack is athletically fit with a moderately toned body. His height comes to about sixty-eight inches and he averages about one-hundred and fifty-five pounds. His hair is almost shoulder-length. It’s color is messy blonde and the style of it would be classified as messy. The color of his eyes can depend on the lighting of the room he is in, but mainly are bluish-green. His skin is white. The style of clothing he wears is often casual unless there is an event that calls for more formal wear. He usually wears jeans and a shirt with a good pair of walking shoes.

Name:Jack Taylor Smith
Age: 17
Mutation:
Ice Manipulation:
Based on past events, Jack’s mutation is undoubtedly Ice Manipulation. He has shown great potential for it as, when he was just ten-years-old, he was able to freeze the ground, including water, that was a forty meter range. However, that’s when he was pushed past his emotional limits. On command, the most he was able to do was produce a couple of literal Ice Clones of himself, shoot ice projectiles at targets. These projectiles range from spikes to medium-sized daggers. He’s been trying to reach the point of ground-freezing that he achieved that long ago, but he has yet to reach it.

Personality:
Jack is exactly how he looks on the surface. He is nice, respectful, and at the very most, humble. There will be times where a slight arrogance and/or cockiness will surface, but that’s only after he accomplishes something that makes him so proud of himself. It could range from personal or academic achievements.

However, he wasn’t always like this. In his youth, he was rather mean. He had problems communicating with people and when they would poke fun at it, he would get angry and that would cause Jack to act out in a physical way. Due to something that happened around the time he was just 10 years old, Jack’s mental state changed drastically. He was reduced to a shell and only around the age of fifteen did he start to come out and he came out of the shell as he is now: respectful, humble, and nice to others.

History:
His name is Jack Taylor Smith and he grew up in the wonderful city of Vancouver, Canada. He had a fairy simple and normal life. He had two parents, a sister, and a brother, both younger than him. None of his parents or his siblings had any kind of special powers with in them, so it wasn’t like he was going to be set up for this horrible life later on. Before we indulge into that part of his life, let’s take a walk through what his every day routine was like right up until “that” day.

Jack would wake up for school at 6 O’Clock. Of course, this would be in the morning. He would take a shower at soon as he got out of the shower, and that usually took him ten minutes, depending on how soon the hot water was available for him. As soon as he would get out of the shower, Jack would eat some breakfast while watching some cartoons. Around seven, he would get dressed, and gat all ready to go before the bus arrived at 7:15am. Now, that seems like it would be a pretty normal routine for a seven year old, right? Well it is. In school, Jack was pretty much the kid who was picked on early in his school life, but decided to change that about in forth grade where he became the one who picks on the other kids and not the other way around.

Now, skip forward one year. Jack hs been keeping up the routine he was on, well for the most part. He’s become a little distant, and he’s eased up on the bullying cause he was starting to feel bad about it. It even got to the point where he stopped and was picked on again. The cycle never ends. However, one day, how he got bullied went extreme. Like, this wasn’t even near the level of what it has been. He was tricked by his crush at the time, his best friend, any friend he made, and all the kids in the school. It was an elaborate time to just embarrass the fuck out of him. Well, one thing that can be said about the entire ordeal is that it worked. However, the end result was not something that the kids had in mind.

What they probably thought was going to happen was for Jack to cry and eventually break down. This was the first time that Jack’s mutation came to light. As he was crying and feeling so bad for falling for such a horrible prank, he lost it. It started with his tears. As they were dripping down his face, they froze. They were like little tears of ice starting to fall down from his face. That kept up, but another thing happened. The chilling aura of ice started to surround the sad kid that was Jack. The other kids started to scramble, and for some it was just in time, but for the rest, it was too late. It only took ten seconds for Jack to freeze a forty meter radius of ground and water solid. The kids that were within this range also were frozen solid for a mere five seconds. Sadly, that’s all it took for not only Jack to see what he had become, but the other kids as well as the adults who were watching the entire thing.

After that whole ordeal, the news spread throughout the school, and to Jack’s parents, as well as the parents of every kid that almost died of hypothermia. The majority of the parents were livid at Jack. Even his parents couldn’t understand what he had became. From that point up until middle school, Jack was exiled from all kids, his parents gave what love to him they could in fear that he would freeze them too. It was all within understandable reason, Jack tried to disconnect himself from any emotion that would connect with anger, embarrassment, or anything of the sort. He soon just became a shell of his former self. He felt as cold as the ice he seemed to wield, yet he was not able to bring forth that power.

It had to be about at the age of fourteen where Jack’s parents suggested that he would be transferred to one of the mutant schools that would help him, but Jack wasn’t stupid. He knew exactly what those schools are. He remembers watching the news almost ten years ago with Spider-Man and Iron Man talking about those schools. Not only did he refuse to go there, but he flat out threatened violence if they forced him. His parents feared that he would act this way, so they had to call the cops. Jack couldn’t believe this. His own parents were turning on him. Even though they don’t see it that way, Jack knows that they’re pretty much giving up on him. So, what is a fourteen-year-old to do in a situation like this? Yup, that’s right. He stole some money from his mom and dad, and went on the run. All he could scrunge up form them was one hundred bucks. Even though he felt bad about leaving, nothing was left for him. His siblings were with his parents, so it’s not like they would stop him. He wished that they would have, but he can’t change what he is. He can only prevent to become worse.

About a year on the run, Jack did what he could just to survive. If he had to steal, he would steal. If he had to work for various crime lords and bosses, he would do that as well. Life on the street for a kid is hard, so they have to do what they can just to survive the night and live to see the sunlight the next morning. Within the year, Jack was slowly starting to learn how to reach his powers. Only little-by-little has he been able to tap into his powers. With the help of his powers, Jack found himself in South Dakota. He doesn’t know how, but he did.

About halfway into his fifteenth year of living, Jack found himself at a diner where he was just trying to get something to eat. In that diner, he encountered a strange lady. When he asked for her name, she just told him “X”. Surely a strange name, but Jack isn’t one that should judge others, considering what he is and what he could do. As the two of them talked, she began to talk about a world in which there others like Jack. Like, there are other people with powers that they know nothing of how they got them. When she told him this, she also made a mention of a school(of sorts) for kids like Jack and how she and this guy rob are searching for kids to help through the process of controlling their powers. Jack knew he wouldn’t get anywhere on the run. So, maybe going with this chick and Rob would be best. So, that’s what he did. He didn’t have any better offers, so what’s the worse that can happen?

but with a ponytail, the shirt is sleeveless
during missions he would attach blue bands to his shoulders and a mask with an air filter on his face with a 3e blue band as a headband, the bands are long enough that the shoulder ones reach to his knee's, he also has a short sword strapped on his belt in a horizontal way, the sword is locked with a lock that can only be opened by his powers or when its not attached to his back/ waist

Name: Patrick Campwood
Alias: Blade
Age: (20)
Mutation: Blade basically has 2 powers but both are connected to the electrical impulses that go trough his body:
-first he has a power he calls: Generator, able to absorb electrical energy in his body and use it in a large array of uses, such as lightning bolts, increase his physical abilitys (but damage his muscles due to it) increase his healing (drains a lot of electricity, generally used for healing the muscles), jumping into power lines or other electric guiding stuff (becoming electricity and recharging quickly), hacking computers and things with his mind (but leaving his body open as his mind go's into the machine, he needs to touch the machine, if getting knocked away his mind gets forced back into his body, something that generally is not a pleasant experience and could result in a instant K.O.) and other similar things, if he is fully charge he could transform his entire body into electricity for 10 minutes (before running out of power)
no stored electricity is no electric powers, damage received during increasing physical traits but with not enough power to heal it right away will leave the damage and it will take 2 days to heal (or more depending on the level of damage, in extreme cases he might even thorns some muscles and result in the need of an operation to fix it)
he often uses his electric powers trough his sword, giving it some stunning property's
this stunning property can also be experienced when moving fast and agile due to electricity and then slamming against someone, slightly disrupting their electrical impulses (needs to ram the person multiple times before a noticeable result shows)
-his second power uses his natural electrical impulses to stimulate his aura, able to feel his own aura, as others (feeling multiple things to a degree such as strong emotions and when someone is lying or even when someone has a dark/ evil intention at times, but he can be wrong) he can recognize certain people he gets used to feeling from a distance, his main use with feeling his own aura is that he can reshape it and even harden it to something similar to metal, but not a hard metal, hard enough that it could work as a sword/ claw or an armor, he can also send his aura in things he is holding if the object is not to big, often he uses this with the blue bands to create wings, they dont have the mass to fly BUT allow some small level gliding, also he uses this with his short sword to create multiple techniques like a whip like extension, a crescent moon slash crossing the ground (this is draining to use as the aura gets detached from him), a move he calls tempest where he jumps and starts spinning releasing energy from the blade to create a circle saw like slash (range limited to the weapon) and releasing the energy in a blast to knock things away (draining as well, unless its used with electricity)
its also this power that is able to unlock his swords lock.
using the aura power during the lightning shape could create wings that do allow flight (due to the mass of the wings being equal to the mass of the body yet electric magnetic field helps fight gravity) and other small changes BUT each use would cost more electricity lowering the time count to keep the shape up

Personality: Blade is what you can see a want to be a hero person, he always wanted to become a mutant or something so he could start turning into a super hero, when he was little he even had dreams of becoming an X-men, so hearing that they died was a huge shock.
once his powers did started to manifest he was thrilled and then thought that if the X-men are no more, then he would act for them.
he has seen spiderman in action and kind of liked the stupid jokes so he will try to make them himself, he basically see's spiderman as his role model, also thinking that with power comes responsibility

History: Patrick was born and raised in Holland, he had a pretty normal childhood, few bully's and fewer friends.
He was never the social one growing up, even at party's of his own family he was always found in a corner drawing or playing pokemon on his gameboy.
His family usually found him a bit odd, especially one aunt that acted like he should not have been born at all.
it was ironic that Patrick would later on become a mutant as that same aunt was a mutant hater to the extreme, even going so far as to openly hate Patrick's parents for being open minded about mutants, knowing that a mutant was just a human with a special gene, calling them mutant lovers.
His parents began at an early age to teach him to respect everyone, no matter if its a mutant or a human, something that went well as Patrick grow up to be a actual mutant lover, dreaming to one day become one, what to no surprise only agitated the aunt more.
His dream expended when he watched the new's, seeing how the X-men had just saved a large crown from the brotherhood, now Patrick wanted to be more then just a Mutant, he wanted to be an X-men, saving people, fighting bad mutants, living the super hero live.
When Patrick was young he had even met someone he thought to be a mutant, spiderman.
trough the situation how they met was not all that great:
his family had gone to New York on summer vacation, but never did they expect that during a trip to a mall that some guy in a scorpion costume would turn the mall into a hostage situation.
Patrick had found a large metal rod and lifted it with all his might, it was a surprise for by standers to see a little kid hold something like that so high, perhaps this was a sign of things to come, but it might just have been the bravery and adrenaline rushing trough his small body.
He charged the Scorpion, thinking that he could take him down, a childs innocence, the first time his parents began to think his dream to be more then a human might be more of a danger then first thought.
Patrick would likely have been stabbed by the Scorpion of his tail was not suddenly stuck as Spiderman had shown up and grabbed the tail in order to protect the brave little kid.
It actually became a small hilarious event for the bystanders, seeing the huge scorpion man getting slammed in the face with a metal rod by a small kid, of course there was no strength in the hit, but still, it looked funny.
Most people started to laugh and spiderman made jokes about it during the following fight that ended when spider tricked the scorpion into stabbing a power box, electrifying the man.
From that point on Patrick ran to spiderman, had a little chat before the crowd came to close for spidy's tast, since a few thought he had overstayed his welcome.
Still Patrick had a impression of a great man and from here he decided that he would use spiderman as role model, save those he can without regard to himself, make stupid jokes throughout fights if he can think of things and always remember: with great power comes great responsibility!

It was quite a sad thing for Patrick after that, years in a row nothing happened at all, no more meetings with bad guys personally, no more run in with hero's either, trough his parents were quite happy with that as their fear that his dream was a danger lessened with time spend normally, they did started to talk to him about acting like that and the dangers and all, hoping he would not do so again if a thing happened, Patrick took all that knowledge into him but not to stay out a trouble when something happens again, no he wanted to remember these things in order to act more professionally, remembering there are risk and he had to survive, he could hardly save people if he would die!

eventually new's reached his ears that the X-men died and with it a large part of his dreams, still he kept on hoping that one day he himself could make a difference!
From this day on Patrick started to train himself in martial arts, trough he never did become all that good, he at least learned to be swift.

and then his time started:
When he was 16 he and his mother were walking together towards a local mall only to be stopped by a group of 3 guy's.
One of the guys showed his mutant power right away, blocking the exit back with a wall of flames, while they them self blocked the other exit of the path.
It did not take them long to start talking between each other about what they would do to them:
they decided that the boy could watch as they would pound his mother saying "Bitch would be good fuck fun" and "the kid could learn some things from us pro's" all laughing at their own comments.
Patrick off course did not see the fun and stepped in between his mother and the guy's
His mother tried to talk him down, to let them get their way so that he would not get hurt, putting her own son's live above her own like any loving mother would likely do.
Patrick did not listen to his mother however and the guy's only got agitated by Patrick standing in their way.
the mutant that blocked the back path released flames from his hands towards Patrick who by instinct put his arms in front of himself.
His mother screamed his name fearing that he would be burned to death but when the flames stopped Patrick was standing there with a large glowing transparent shield like thing in front of him, as he lowered his arms the shield seemed to sink back into his arms but kept a glow around his arms.
Patrick looked at his hands and smiled, feeling that his time had come.
Right then did one of the other guy's, the second mutant attacked with arms covered with rocks, Patrick using his own arms to block the attack barely got pushed back and soon the fire using mutant started to attack as well with his arms covered with flames.
It was luck that both of them relied to much on their powers and never trained, making Patrick the faster one, able to avoid and tried punching them with his fist, hoping that his power would at least deal some heavy damage or something, but it seemed that beside a defensive trait, the glow, his aura did nothing else...

But then he felt something in his neck, 2 sharp pins, the 2 mutants took their distance quickly and smirked "nice death" one said.
Patrick looked behind him to see 2 wires from his neck to a rather large device in the hand of the 3e person who had appeared to be a normal human.
Then he could see, like the others the large amount of electricity rushing between the lines, it was large enough for anyone to see that the thing was no mere stun gun, it had been modified, it explained its size and even more its power.
Yet when it hit Patrick in that split second, nothing happened, Patrick looked at the thing, his mother and to the attackers, everyone had a surprised look.
"how... that thing should kill a bear, it was power up to kill, how??" the one holding the thing said in shock.
Patrick's mind started to think quickly after that, the weapon should kill, yet he felt fine, no, he felt better, the fight was starting to become hard as he had started to grow tired, yet now he felt full of energy, he felt even better then before the fight, like he had a new source of power.
The guy holding the gun fired a second blast, but Patrick just felt greater then ever and pulled the wires from his neck, feeling a little blood flow from the wounds, surprised that the wounds were not even burned shut by the current, yet it did felt strangely tingling, like current was working on the 2 wounds in a not attacking matter.
Patrick then moved quickly, faster then he had ever done and due to not expecting this speed, he slammed full body into the human, knocking him against the wall, knocking him out cold hard.
Patrick looked at the man in disbelieve, he had wanted to just jump to the man and slam his fist in his face, yet he jumped way to far and fast then he wanted.
Then he felt something, a anger and a change of directions, Looking to the source he noticed how the fire Mutant had started to run to his mother, his entire body beginning to blaze.
A second act of instinct forced Patrick to throw his hand to the mutant as a bolt of lightning flew between his fingertips and hit the mutant on his head, knocking the ,guy out in one blow.
The rock skin mutant had seen the bolt and started to run away from them, running trough the wall of flames that had started to die out as its maker had been K.O.'d.
Patrick wanted to check of the fire user was still living but his mother pulled him away, wanting to go back home and rest from the entire ordeal...

Trough his parents did not mind that Patrick had become a mutant, knowing that he would not misuse his powers or anything, they did not like the thought that he would try to follow his dream of becoming a hero, not wanting their only child to get in dangerous situations.
but they also knew they could not stop him, it had been his dream from such a young age and trough they did not like the danger part, they were happy that he could live his dream at least, having had worries about him not finding a dream for if he stayed a human...
Patrick then talked with them for the rest of the day and most of the night about a lot of things, such as his powers and what they guessed he could do and how they guessed he could learn to use them better, about using his short sword that he had gotten from a nephew at his last birthday as a weapon in case of, and of course a costume, all agreeing that he should prevent his real identity from getting found out.
Patrick has had a lot of years thinking his costume over and shared his idea's where his mother shortly after started to collect her sowing machine and materials and began with the clothes.
His father, thinking that his son was smart to think about a gas mask like thing that even hid his face started to make that, the thing wont work as great as a real gas mask due to the shape, but the air filter would still do a lot of good.
While his parents were working on his costume, Patrick checked his neck in the mirror, feeling the place the wounds had beed, he could see the dried up blood, but he could not see the wounds where it came from, it was like the wound was never there, like it had healed already, something he thought to be 'cool' and then thinking of making a attempt spidy joke on his own powers 'shocking' only to find it a failure.
He grabbed the sword and made an attachment to his belt, finding that the sword kept sliding out of its holster.
it took quite some days, discussing things with his father about the sword and trying to use his powers until he realized he could shift his aura just enough to make something like a small finger, when he told his father that the idea to make a lock that Patrick could open with his powers was made.
In the end it took 3 weeks for his outfit was finally done, in these 3 weeks he tried to use his aura powers more and more, and learned the hard way that he electric powers need to be charged up before they work, still he had no idea on how far the range of his abilities were...

using his sword, making a sword like aura shape and even learning to fill his sword with electrical energy he decided to name himself "Blade"
It was the only thing he had never before thought of, wanting to take an name based on his powers.
He felt a bit stupid to not take in account that his costume might also needed to be changed to his powers and just thought something out, but he was glad he had done so as his costume fitted as far as he cared and having thought of it did made it possible to have it by now, or he would have needed to wait more time as he would have needed to think of something.

From here on out Blade had been busy whenever Patrick had free time, mostly focused on the crimes in his area, what to his surprise was a lot actually, drug dealing, rape attacks, robbery's, break in's and even a few mutant attacks here and there, trough most often had appeared to be a new mutant losing control...
non the less, all the experience he made gave him a better feeling for his powers, inspired his inspiration to try new tricks, eventually he even added blue bands on his shoulders and a headband as he figured out he could guide his aura trough things, something that came to him more by accident trough:
During a fight with a mutant robber that had targeted his fav snackbar, the mutant had a strong defense to the point that lightning attacks did not do a thing to him and Blade could not get close enough to the mutant as the person had the power to lift a car, one wrong move and splat... to dangerous.
The mutant threw a garbage can and while Blade was holding the sword he instantly tried to cut the thing, normally the sword would fail big time being to small, yet it worked, as Blade looked at the sword he noticed his aura covering the weapon.
Shortly after sirens of cop cars were heard and apparently the mutant robber did not thought himself fit to tackle to cops or something cause he ran away, leaving Blade feeling like a stupid failure, but he learned a new part of his powers at least.
With the bands Blade tried to make wings, trying to fly, yet he failed, it was even worse when Blade realized this after trying to jump from his parents roof thinking it would work, it was however a nice surprise to find he could glide at least.

And so Blade acted more and more, and learned more and more.

After a couple of years, he started to reach some financial needs, the clothes needed to be repaired and the mask could use some fixing as well, yet they did not had the materials, So Blade wend online, knowing it was stupid but he made a account on different sites in his country and explained that he was a mutant that would work for cash.
Not much replies were made, but the few that did usually had some small problems like a bully, a stalker, getting threatened and could not go to the cops, even things like detective work, something that even increased Blade's uses of powers as the person that hired him as a detective the first time had asked Blade his powers and asked if he could use his electric powers to hack computers, something that learned Blade that he could not just hack with his mind when touching a machine, but even jump trough electric conducting things like power lines and such.
Through he did not get a lot of replies it was at least enough for hims to pay for his repairs and such on his gear.

a few years later, near the current time, he got a strange reply, the reply was send trough a site he used but did not get any attention at all, but the reply was made directly to his mailbox, something he had never set up, all replies had been on the sites alone, his mail was only registered for nothing but a heads up of a reply was made on the site.
so a reply right into his mail box did not fit at all.
still he opened it, the person that made contact ally called itself Shield, a weird name he thought, he tried to hack the system to find where it came from with his mind, only to get redirected back out, something that had never happened before, who had send the mail had set up a loop or something so they could not be traced.
Patrick wondered how he could reply to the mail if it had a loop, still he tried it out, typing a reply, agreeing to talk in person at and meet at a appointed place, somewhere Patrick could only guess would be more of a pickup place due to its secluded location, but he knew there was a train track nearby so if needed he could just jump in the tracks or cable and get away quickly.
To his surprise the mail actually got send just fine, a opening in the loop it seemed, he tried to trace his own mail this time, yet again got kicked out.
Dizzy from 2 failed attempts he decided to stop trying and see what would become of this meeting...

Appearance:

Name: Alexander Elhanan
Age: 18
Mutation: Weather Control. On a local level, Alexander has, theoretically, complete control of the weather, however it takes a great deal of concentration at his current state to maintain weather patterns for an extended period of time. Equally, he has been known to subconsciously influence the weather if his emotions run wild enough.

Personality:

Alexander is both jovial and driven. He enjoys his stints as the centre of attention, often joking around while at the same time being productive. However, this does not mean he doesn't take what's important seriously, behind his jokes and smiles is a young man who would give his life for his people, and once, when it still stood, his country. What some would consider a nerd, his interest in said culture, somewhat tempered by as strong a fascination with several sports, did not prevent him form leading a popular life in various schools that should, in most cases, have treated him rather worse. His ability to connect with people, or at least make them laugh along with him, freeing him from the usual ridicule attached to his interests. Most of all now, Alexander wants to prove himself, to the mission at large, his teachers and fellow 'students' to show that he is willing and capable of doing what must be done.

History:

Alexander Elhanan was born to a British Jewish father and an Israeli mother, having met during one of his father's military tours of the Middle East, working largely as an adviser to the Israeli military. The two moved together to the UK for some time, until, on Alexander's 12th birthday, moving back to Israel. Throughout his childhood, Alexander was surrounded by a large supportive family, enjoying a healthy life both at home and in school. This all changed as the world began to break down, and his powers started to manifest.

Unlike many states across the world, Israel was not staunchly anti-mutant. Surrounded on all sides by an increasingly hostile Arab world, the Israeli government felt it could not content with such internal strife. Instead it was deemed that mutants were Israeli first, mutants second. They would be allowed to coexist, so long as they contributed like every other citizen of age. Thus the Israeli national services, at the grunt level, were filled with mutants, their powers turned outwards, rather than inwards at the state in which they lived. This, despite having its merits, only further alienated Israel from its neighbours, now harbouring the army of the Devil, hostility ramped up. Unlike Israel, the majority of the states in the middle east did not view Mutants as humans, but were not afraid to use them. In suicide runs of increasing devastation, Israel's defences began to break down, the nation plunged into chaos as a new Arab League now had the power and conviction to destroy their hated enemy. Due to his connections, Alexander's father was able to secure passage to America, through its military installations, the Israeli government's lack of extra identification for mutants the only thing that saved Alex from the USA's increasingly anti-mutant stance, something that had driven a wedge between the two governments, and cut support during the invasion.

Alex's life in the US was far more troubled, wracked by guilt and horror at the events still occurring in the Middle East and struggling to hide his often erratic powers, the stress boiled over until, in a breakdown, his powers caused his new home town, outside Miami, to be struck by a series of freak tornadoes. He ran away from home before his parents could find him, using his money saved up from various jobs over the years to get by travelling. Having never been forced into a mutant school, he found himself appalled at the treatment of those who had failed to hide their mutation, so much so that in the incident that drew the attention of his current Cell, he helped a number of young mutants escape from juvy, unfairly blamed for a host of crimes, or at least he thought. Among those he helped was a genuine murdered, along with several who had genuinely done nothing wrong. It was yet another lesson he eventually learned about the world.

Since arriving at the Cell, Alex has been a prominent member of the students, not quite a leader, happy to leave the de-facto responsibility to Helena, he has never-the-less become a rock for the others to lean on when they need to, or just need a cheering up. This role vanished for several months with the news his parents had been lynched by an anti-mutant gang, a certain local suggesting to them his roll in matters from years before. Crushed, Alex only fought through said depression with the help of his fellow students and the teachers, and is just now returning to his usual self, even if the darkness still plagues him.

OOC/Misc: (A catch-all in case you wanted to include something IC or OOC, but didn't have a space for it.)

None yet, might think of something.

Name: Laura Kinney, called 'X-23' or 'X' mostly.
Callsign: X-23
Age: Early 30's. Appears early 20's.
Mutation:

Healing Factor - X-23 is a mutant who possesses the ability to regenerate damaged or destroyed areas of her cellular structure at a rate far greater than that of an ordinary human. The speed at which this healing factor works varies in direct proportion with the severity of the damage X-23 suffers. It is this healing factor that allowed her to sustain her entire skeletal structure being artificially bonded to the nearly indestructible metal Adamantium.

Animalism - X-23's senses of sight, smell, and hearing are all superhumanly acute. In addition to this, her mutation also consists of animal-like adaptations of her body, including pronounced, and sharp fang-like canines and four sets of two retractable claws housed within each forearm and each foot.

Personality:

Laura is tough. She had to be to survive all she's been throw. Beneath the appearance of the young-late teen girl, is a woman who has undergone some of the worst tortures imaginable, killed more than the most experienced of mobsters and suffered through more loss than nearly anyone alive. Originally emotionally stunted from the events of her life, she has since developed into a caring, if harsh woman. This is not to say she does not understand the trials and tribulations of others, she simply does not suffer melodrama and is always there to provide a little perspective.

She is hard on the students, never sugar coating the situation and confronting those who don't show the potential she believes they have.

History:

X-23 was born out of the failure of the Weapon-X project. A new secret program, lead by Zander Rice and Martin Stutter, attempted to recreate the project, in part to kill Wolverine, as well as fill the role the feral mutant had been designed for. They could not find any viable candidates to accept the genetic material salvaged from the previous project and so brought genetic expert Sarah Kinney to the project to assist them. Eventually Kinney proposed the idea that a female clone of wolverine could be 'grown' from the salvaged X-gene. Both project leaders refused, on account of suspecting a female host would either change or weaken the end result. Despite orders not to, Kinney carried out her plan, successfully creating a host. Stutter accepted the creation as a success, although as punishment, Rice forced Kinney to carry the child herself as surrogate.

As a child, X-23 was raised to kill and little more. She was taught rudimentary knowledge of several languages, with a slight focus on English, simply to function, while the majority of her time was spent being developed to kill. She was exposed to radiation to hasten the development of her mutations and her claws were forceably extracted before being coated with adamantium, all off anaesthetic and both nearly killing her. Her only respite was secret meetings with Sarah Kinney, who would read childrens' stories to her, despite never revealing herself as her surrogate mother. By 11, X-23 was the most sought after assassin in the world, her owners earning potentially millions of dollars for each of her contracts. Eventually Stutter, feeling his days as head of the project were over, granted primary control to Rice. The power hungry son of the original leader of Project X then used X-23 to murder Stutter and his family, besides his young son, out of a random burst of compassion from X-23. Rice then went about replacing the staff of the project, including Sarah who he held particular contempt for. Before she left, Rice revealed a lab containing another 20 growing female foetus, the expansion of the project. Using command overrides she had created, Sarah ordered X-23 to kill Rice. Once Rice was killed however, Sarah realised he had previously exposed her to the trigger scent, a chemical causing X-23 to go into a murderous rage. Hence, daughter killed mother, but on her deathbed, Sarah gave X-23 her name, Laura Kinney.

Following these events, Laura wandered. Her life improved little, in an emotionally underdeveloped state she was used as both a prostitute and an enforcer by different criminals. She eventually encountered her mother's family, although only her aunts survived the few months of their reunion. The new leaders of Project-X using the trigger scent to turn her on a number of her family, before themselves attacking. Managing to get her aunts to safety, she then disappeared, now with the intent of tracking down, and killing, the man who had been the cause of the new Project. Wolverine.

Their first meeting was suitably violent. A grim fight between two individuals able to heal any wounds. With the element of surprise and a lack of moral implications on her side, Laura eventually bested her biological father, although he was able to convince her not to kill him, to instead move on from the trauma inflicted upon her by others. While she would flee the scene, she would eventually be reunited with Wolverine after she and Spider-man rescued a young mutant. She was inducted into Xavier's School, mostly as a precaution and to teach her how to exist within society. Following their defeat, she swore to carry on a mission she had yet to really understand.

As the co-leader of one of the many cells still working to building to some mysterious end, Laura has been contacted once again to raise this new team of youngsters, to prepare them to one day bear the title of X-men, if they can survive.

Name: Will Helena Carson.
Age: Twenty.
Gender: Born female. She isn’t concerned with pronouns.

Mutation: Geokinesis – The power to manipulate the earth at her will. While still in the midst of discovering the overall potential of her powers, her capabilities are at their minimum. As of now, Will struggles with otherwise using her mind instead of her hands, and gradually increasing the amount of damage created.

Personality: Over the years, Will has grown to be exceptionally strong. She holds herself rather independently and has the mentality that if no one fucks with her, she won’t fuck with them. While this attitude has proved to lead a lonely life, living in her own secluded world is what’s easiest for Will. Choosing to stay away from others and do what needs to be done rather than get involved further than what is necessary or advised is what Will has adapted to.

Will is, so to speak, an old soul, but she has the potential of being a large dumb ass when it comes to other’s emotions. With this in mind, being sociable isn’t one of her strong suits, nor is trusting anyone other than herself. Her idea of survival is strictly that of food, shelter, clothing, vodka, and sex. She’s a very simple-living person, but holds a very complex mind. One that takes both time and effort to delve deep into.

Not that Will would give anyone the opportunity anyway.

History: Will Carson was born into a loving Catholic family consisting of a stay-at-home mother, a wealthy and otherwise well-rounded father, an older and much more enlightening older brother by the name of Tristan, and a younger but also quite knowledgeable brother the family nicknamed Bet (full name Beckett). Although Will was the middle child, it can be said that she was treated more as the youngest, being the only daughter of the three.

Will, although respectively treated as a girl, did not understand that she was one. While her mother so eagerly attempted to put her daughter into dresses and brought the gift of Barbie dolls, it was evident that the toddler was not at all interested in such things. Seeing her older brother play video games and fight off bad guys with his action figures intrigued her, bringing her to play along with him.

Though her mother worried, her father ensured her that it was nothing but a phase. Despite having not been convinced by such reassuring words, the birth of her younger brother Bet bought Will some time to further understand her liking of boy things. Will began dressing like that of her older brothers around the age of five, when her older brother could no longer fit in them. It was during this time that her mother finally began to see the progression of Will’s behavior, and further insisted that she wear and act as a girl.

Will, under the surveillance of her mother, was forced to wear uncomfortable dresses, skirts, and floral tops when attending school. However, while this upset Will beyond belief, there was still something that her mother couldn’t take away from her, and that was recess. Out in the back with all the other kids allowed Will to partake in boy activities such as football, racing, and tag. On numerous occasions, the boy’s forbid her from playing, but this did not prevent her from entering the game on her own account anyhow.

In due time, Will became a valued asset to every game played, as she was both fast, agile, and tough. Perhaps the only issue to this was the fact that she went home with ripped and mud-caked clothes. This upset her mother, and with this anger, she brought her brothers to promise that they would not allow Will to play with boys. Her brothers, of course, envied their sister to an extent, as she was fed attention from both parents that they simply couldn’t receive. With this in mind, both brothers made an effort to keep Will out of all games, informing the other boys of her class that she had ‘cooties’ given to her by the other girls.

Will was shunned out from both befriending any of the boys and playing with them. All of her friends began to resent her and all recesses were spent with her sitting on the sides, watching the boys from a far distance.

After several years, middle school came around, and these years were spent with Will questioning who she was and why she did not feel the same attraction the other girls held toward the boys in school. Nearly every conversation throughout her dreadful school day would revolve around the sole topic of a boy none of them could have and the hatred they had for the girl who was dating him during that week. Each then led to her, with her friends asking of who her crush was, only to avert back to them, as Will never had an answer.

During her last year of middle school, she grew very close to a girl by the name of Angela, who she spent a majority of her days with. Will felt an attraction towards this girl, more so than anyone she’d ever been around. It was Angela that stole her first kiss, and it was Angela that brought Will to realize who she was and why she’d never had crushes on guys before. Angela, prior to the kiss, had shared a devastating secret of being what she called ‘bi-sexual’, which she explained to be an attraction towards both girls and boys.

Will found herself wondering if there was such a term that was used for a girl that was attracted only to other girls. According to Angela, those girls were called ‘lesbians’. Finding this to be both strange and exciting, as she’d finally discovered who she was, she shared the news with her mother, telling her blatantly, “Mom, I think I’m a lesbian.”

The girl had not come to see her mistake until much later – when her mother removed her from public school and home schooled her for two years. Will was not only given homework related to school, but homework brought her attention to the bible. These two dreadful years were spent with her being lectured on homosexuality and the very thought of it being a sin. With the words of her mother, Will had begun to believe that her whole life was a sin, and her very existence was a mistake that God had forgotten to overlook.

At age fifteen, Will tried to take her life. She did not succeed, as her Bet stopped her before she was given the opportunity, and after a lengthy conversation between the two, Will finally began to accept her sexuality, and demanded to be put in public school. Her mother was reluctant to doing so, as she was afraid of her daughter being exposed to other homosexual tendencies, but Will threatened both parents that if she was not put in public school, she would run away and never return. Neither one took the chance, as Will was not one to bluff, and enrolled her in the public high school her older brother attended.

There, Will was not only accepted, but played two years of basketball. Her mother, of course, did not come to fully acknowledge her daughter’s wishes, but did not take them away either. At the end of the girl’s senior year, she developed her abilities, having thrown a rock into the water only for other rocks to follow, all under the control of her palm.

As her powers grew by the day, Will knew she could not stay with her parents. Denying the scholarship at the college of her dreams, Will fled town after graduation in her mustang, with a handful of cash she’d saved up from allowances. Using this money, Will drove as far away from home as she could possibly go, coming about a small city in Arizona. Here, she conjured up enough to rent a shitty apartment, and found a job at a bowling rink.

For two years Will lived here, bidding her time to drugs, alcohol, and sex. She wasted away her days working and spent her nights partying. It was a cycle that did not come to a halt until a certain letter was received inviting her to join a group of what the person referred to as ‘mutants’. After several days of contemplating her options, Will decided to head for New Mexico, where she was welcomed by a young and beautiful X.

Other: She likes the ladies.

Name: Chase Fletcher
Age: 18
Mutation:
Chase has the ability Reactive Evolution which enables his body to automatically adapt or change to any disadvantaged situation he is placed in. The ability is purely defensive, involuntary, and at times, unpredictable. Of course, the ability is not infallible and Chase is not immortal, but for the most part, it generally kicks in when Chase needs it. Example so far of the ability includes but is not limited to:
- Gills when underwater
- Fire-proof skin when exposed to it
- Night-vision when exposed to darkness
Knowledge of his ability is still limited due to the fact that he hasn’t truly explored or trained in it. It is possible that the ability might also be mental – much like the X-men member, Darwin – but it is unknown yet if Chase’s ability stretches as far.

Personality:
Chase can be determined to a fault. When he wants something to happen or wants to do something, he can easily become obsessive and generally won’t stop until he finds what he’s looking for or it is painfully obvious he cannot continue. When he gets into “that mood”, he can be very selfish– nothing matters other than his goal, not you, not them, not him, not anything. Outside of that, though, Chase isn’t really that bad of a guy. He can be a friend, give advice, and generally gets along with almost anyone. He has his sensitive subjects – like anyone else – but he’s not without empathy or emotions. He just loses track of things, sometimes.

And he is definitely not without passion. On the healthier side of things, Chase can put 110% of himself into almost anything he’s supposed to do. He loves reading and, though he won’t easily admit to it, writing and drawing. He’s not that big on sports, but he’s down for just about anything with friends. He loves the daytime just as much as he loves the night, and sun as much as snow. It’s difficult, outside of sensitive topics, to get him angry or upset. Thing is, though, when he does get upset, it’s not pretty. Some can go as far as to say he has anger issues, but again, it depends on who he talks to and what they talk about.

History:
Chase never knew his father, but he did know of him. His mother would tell him bedtime stories when he was young of the man who could leap over buildings or rescue children from fires – even lift things one hundred times his size. Of course, as he got older, almost all of those stories were counted as fiction, but the important parts were there: his father was a good man, putting many before himself, and above all, he loved Chase. Unfortunately, he died or disappeared or something that his mother refuses to talk about, so for the entirety of Chase’s childhood, it was just him and his mother.

And you know what? Is wasn’t that bad. Things were tough sometimes – money wasn’t the easiest to come by – but for a two person household in which only one person worked, they got along. Plus, Chase helped out wherever he could, earning the title “Mommy’s little helper” when he was five for picking up trash in the kitchen. Times were happy and not in the least bit confusing back then, but then things started to change.

It first happened on Chase’s tenth birthday. His mom had gotten together with the other parents and arranged a little birthday party out by the lake behind his house. Now, prior to the party, Chase had never been swimming, and as far as he was concerned, he didn’t know how to swim. But all of Chase’s little friends did know how, so for the day, Chase pretended he could while strategically avoiding the water. For the most part, it worked, and the boy stayed safe and dry, but then in an attempt at humor, a group of boys his age shoved him off the dock when he wasn’t paying attention.

Immediately, Chase began to panic, thrashing in the water and attempting to stay afloat. Unfortunately, by the time the parents noticed, he was already starting to sink. Holding his breath, the birthday boy slowly approached the bottom of the lake, already becoming lightheaded. For a split second, his small life flashed before his eyes, and when he could no longer hold his breath in, his body forced him to take another…

And yet Chase didn’t choke. He didn’t cough or suffocate or feel any difference between the breath underwater and a breath of air. If anything, he felt a strange sensation on each side of his neck, almost as if he were breathing from those points instead of his mouth or nose. Shocked at the revelation that he could breathe underwater, Chase brought his fingertips to the places on his neck that felt weird, becoming even more shocked when he found several long slits with flaps of skin barely covering them. Gills.

Just as he had recognized them, a larger hand seemed to reach out from above and grabbed his arm. Suddenly, he breached the surface of the water, and Chase quickly found himself back on the dock, wrapped up in a towel as well as his mother’s arms. Barely hearing the words of those around him, Chase could only numbly reach back up to where his gills were, and found nothing. Upon telling the story later to his mother in the privacy of their own home, she insisted that he must have been in shock and that it was simply impossible for someone to spontaneously grow gills. Despite his protests, she remained stubborn in her stance, and eventually Chase let it go, but it didn’t stop him from spending hours in the bathtub, exploring the possibilities of his newfound ability.

Ever since that event, smaller strange things started happening to Chase. Like whenever he would fall and scrape his knees or elbows, he never actually got scrapes. It happened so much, that Chase ran an experiment of sorts and saw that as soon as he hit the ground, the skin that made contact grew a brief shell of skin or something that acted as padding. It was the newest addition to his abilities until he found that fire elicited a similar response when it touched his skin. That and just little things made him realize that he automatically changed or adapted whenever something harmful or life-threatening occurred.

At the age of fifteen, he confronted his mother again, this time showing her what he could do. Her response was silence and a contemplative expression, something that Chase wasn’t exactly expecting. After a long while she just sighed and told him that she should have expected this. It was then that he learned that his father was a mutant and that some – but not all – of her stories about him had been true. She then explained to Chase what his options were – some form of charter school, hiding, or the mutant-human island country Genosha – and though she made it clear that she would prefer living in safety on Genosha, she also made it clear that this was Chase’s decision. He told her he would think on it, but eventually they did move to the island-country.

After living there for about a year, Chase began to receive a series of emails from someone who claimed to be a mutant as well, and was recruiting others for a team somewhat like the X-men of old. He talked to his mother about the opportunity and she warned him about strangers, all the while still maintaining that it was ultimately his decision. After several emails, Chase did agree to meet with this ‘X’ person and the rest is history.

Name: Ethan Hunter
Age: 23
Mutation:

Pyrokinesis: Ethan can manipulate any amount of fire to his will. He can also create fire with his mind and shoot fire from any limb he wants. Other powers include immunity to heat and cold, being able to "fly" by shooting fire from his feet, and putting out any fire and/or fires. At the moment, Ethan is having doubts as to where to go, since he heard about the Cell training base in New Mexico, but believes it's a government trap.

Personality: At the age of 13, his powers first surfaced, however, at the time, people were afraid of mutants, so he lost all human connections, and later, since news that his father could be Saint-John Allerdyce (Pyro) surfaced, mutants also turned his back on him, leaving him alone in an unforgiving world. Due to his life changing drastically because of these two events, Ethan became very anti-social, ever since, Ethan has never cared much for society or their "rules" (appearance, morals), however, Ethan is not a bad person, as he took on the role of a guardian for people who couldn't fend for themselves. He has always had a problem with people differenciating mutants from humans, in his philosophy, mutants are humans with different traits, so he doesn't like it when people refer to mutants as a different species from humans. He also hates it when children are being bothered, as his childhood was ruined when his powers appeared and news of his heritage surfaced, so he sticks up for children more than anything. His main issue however, is when people judge him on who his father was, he may not like the things Pyro did in his life, but he was Ethan's father (supposedly, nothing was confirmed), and he is willing to defend his heritage, no matter the cost.

History:
Ethan never really knew anything about his parents. He was born in a small town, at the age of 13 he knew about his mutation, it happened when he was at a friend's party, Ethan's friend was about to blow out the candles when he tripped and the candles fell on the wooden floor and in seconds the entire room was on fire. At that moment, struck by fear, Ethan started to think about the fire going out and then, when he attempted to escape, upon touching the fire, it went out. Sadly, at the time most regular humans were afraid of mutants and their abilities, so Ethan's friend's family kicked him out of the house and told every other adult at Ethan's school about Ethan being a mutant, which eventually led to the whole town knowing.

After word got out of his mutation, everybody around Ethan shut him out completely. This event led to Ethan's connection with society being severed entirely. It didn't help that later, when Ethan had nowhere to go, he went to the government and revealed that he was a mutant, which lead to Ethan being imprisoned in a laboratory, where they experimented on his genes, only to discover that Pyro could be his father. Since Pyro was an evil mutant, this also earned him a bad reputation among mutants, this led Ethan to go in a fit of rage and burn down the laboratory escaping out into the wild. So there was Ethan, a lonely 13 year-old fugitive of the government, and outcast among humans and mutants alike, with no future ahead of him. Ethan was afraid of what would happen to him, since he escaped from a government facility, he was now being targeted by the government. Every day he pondered on what to do with his life, everyday that passed, he would move closer and closer to becoming a criminal because he was angry at the world for hurting him so much, until, one day, during his travels, he saw that the X-Men were good and that people were growing to accept them, so he decided he wanted to join the X-Men until he realized that because of his heritage and what happened in the laboratory, they might not accept him.

So he took his father's name: Pyro, to do good for the world, hoping that one day, people would accept him as a part of society. So it began, he was going anywhere that trouble was to be found, and helped people, he was making a name for himself as Pyro The Savior among the local areas. Two months after he began his life of good, news surfaced that Apocalypse had destroyed New York and that mutants were banned from the military. Later, he heard that S.H.I.E.L.D had started a plan to capture mutants and take them away. Overwhelmed by fear of being taken away, Pyro went into hiding in the mountains, he spent ten years there, every two weeks or so coming out for supplies, until he recieved word that mutants were being trained in New Mexico to form the new X-Men. Seeing as he had nowhere left to go, and overjoyed to see that there was an opportunity for him to return to his life of helping people, he packed his things and took off for New Mexico.

OOC/Misc: It is believed he is the son of Pyro (Saint-John Allerdyce) yet it is largely unknown (that is why his last name is Hunter instead of Allerdyce) as his past was never clear.

.~. Raven Black Hair | 5'5" | 104lbs | Pale Blue Eyes .~.

Name: Naomi Wiltman - Succubus.
Age: Twenty (20).
Mutation:
Life Force Absorption -
Naomi has the ability to absorb the life force of individuals through skin contact. The absorbed life force amplifies Naomi's natural abilities; Strength, speed, regenerative healing, mental quickness, flexibility, stamina, resilience, and memory. Though these effects are not permanent as the life force absorbed fades at a moderate pace and hastens when Naomi exerts herself. When all energy has left she is no more then a normal girl. Though she would be normal if she didn't feed she almost has to as the longer she goes without feeding on life force the hungrier she gets which has lead her to killing before against her will.

The potency of the energy Naomi takes is heavily dependent on the emotional state of the person. A higher state of emotions the more power she would get from a person in comparison to someone who is either melancholy or depressed. Thus had lead her to often take her energy from a person while intimately entangled as lust is an incredibly powerful emotion which leads to sating Naomi's hunger for a longer time; This is where she had gained the name 'Succubus'.

Absorbing enough energy from a melancholy person to leave them to weak to walk gives Naomi the increase to her body to the point of a peak performance of an Olympic Athlete. Though if she attained the same amount of energy from a person during intercourse she would become so strong as to be able to tear a light pole out of the ground with some strain. Naomi is also able to feed more and more, able to stack her increases almost indefinitely if given enough resources. If she absorbs enough energy there is no telling what she could do. Naomi has also noticed that she has a rather persuasive nature when in physical contact with someone with a weak will.

Personality:
Naomi is rather introverted and reserved. Scared more of herself then anything. She tries to keep to herself, afraid of what she might do if she gets to close to someone. Though she has the ability to control when and how much she drains someone of their energy she still fears of her hunger taking control. So she often seems rather hesitant when meeting new people or interacting in groups. Though despite this she is rather observant, constantly looking around and listening to her surroundings. Living a life on the run has lead to her to be incredibly careful and wary of dangerous situations. She has a high importance on self preservation.

Due to her high preservation she has learned to put on a mask when needed. Able to smooth talk her way out of nearly anything and hustle even the best of them. Learning to play pool, cards and other bar games with the best of them. A practiced con artist of sorts on the outside, a scared girl on the inside.

History:
Even since the beginning of her life she was introduced to death at the hands of her curse. While in the womb she fed on her own mothers life force, sip by meager sip. When Naomi began the final stages of her development in the womb was when the full effects of her power began to appear in her mother. She became more and more fatigued as the days went on, beginning to look pale with sunken eyes. In worry her father took her mother to the hospital. Concerned the doctors set her up in bed with a heavy regiment of food to hopefully bring back some of her strength. Though what they didn't realize was nutrition wasn't the cause, her very life was being absorbed with Naomi's ravenous and unquenchable hunger; the child unable to stop itself until there was nothing left.

It was only a week in the hospital before her mother became critical. The doctors were losing her mother but decided they would try and save the baby. Her father was hesitant but agreed, holding her mothers hand and crying at her side as they kept her alive long enough to extract the child. Her mother hung on long enough to see Naomi, a completely healthy baby despite its premature nature; a surprise to the doctors. Her father said when her mother saw Naomi she smiled, and then slipped away. Naomi assumed she never figured out she was the cause of her death. Despite all this her father never blamed little Naomi, named after her late mother in remembrance. Even after he learned of Naomi's mutation in her early teen years, but Naomi never knew that.

As a child Naomi got by from small, discreet feedings from the people she came in contact with, not enough for any of them to notice but just barely enough to sate her hunger. When she became of age and began to develop more mature feelings she started craving more and more. The little and nearly constant feedings were beginning to not be enough. She remained constantly hungry and always trying to keep herself in check. Though one day when her Chemistry Project Partner was over at her house. The boy began to flirt with Naomi, a young teen with raging hormones. Naomi would have stopped him if not for her enormous hunger keeping her from stopping the boy. Almost immediately after they began fooling around Naomi couldn't help herself from beginning to feed on his Life force. His Lust quickly shifted to terror unless there was no energy left. As the energy stopped flowing into her body her eyes opened to see the terrified look cemented on the boys lifeless face.

Naomi began to panic, frantically pacing back and forth in her room, hands dug into her hair as she tried to think what she would do. Eventually she decided she would run away, coming to the conclusion if anyone found out what she was and what she did not only to this boy but also to her mother she would be sent to jail or worse. Not to mention fear of seeing of her father when he found out. She quickly packed a bag, stealing her fathers jar of savings with only a couple hundred dollars in small bills. Then she left, running away and never looked back. Getting by to this day with her persuasive abilities and hustling money when she can.

OOC/Misc:

- As her hunger increases or while feeding her eyes become a light lavender color.

Nicole is a really slender girl. Her body is very petite, so as are her curves.Nicole's skin color is very white. She isn't an albino, but it's not really graced with the benefits of a tan. Her skin itself has no signs of pimples or anything of the like, which could be an indication that she really takes care of her skin. Her lips are always a busting cherry red, maybe from the brand of lipstick she uses or it could be just natural beauty with this one. She only comes to a height of five foot, four inches and he weight barely crosses 110lbs. Her orange-red hair is fiery, but her emerald green eyes are serene. Probably a nice balance. Her usual choice of clothing would range from slightly slutty to uber-comfortable. So, it can range from a long list of attire choices. However, she is most likely be seen wearing a dark blue hoody jacket and blue jeans. White and black sneakers. She does comfort in herself of wearing a lot of piercings on her body. She also has a few tattoos in some interesting body parts.

Name: Nicole Sanders
Age: 21
Mutation:
Electricity Manipulation
Nicole's mutation is the ability to manipulate, shape, and form electricity. What this power actually does for her is that she can absorb most forms of electricity, which can range from lightning bolts, electric objects such as TVs, lamps, street lights, and the like. She has demonstrated to others that she can charge up her body which allows her to travel at faster than normal speeds. However, she has expressed that she can't go faster than like 40mph.The form it takes is that she will either glide, surf, or skate around using nothing but electricity. Even still, if she does it for a long time, she will tire out, since it uses too much of her available energy. She can absorb already existing electricity to rejuvenate her energy reserves. She has a moderate control of it thus far, which means she's still discovering how to control her power more and use it to the maximum potential. Depending on her mood, the shade of her electricity will vary from green to red. Green usually means a more calm demeanor, but a red one represents her anger, that's why most of the time, there is red with a very slight tone of green and the usual blue and white that electricity takes the shade of.

Peak Human Condition
Whether this is a result of her Electricity Manipulation amplifying her overall functions both physically and mentally or it's cause she works out as much as she can, as well as being in sports and other athletic activities, Nicole definitely has peak human condition. What this means is that, unlike normal humans, who are only able to do what they have trained or haven't trained to do, Nicole is almost always at a state of physical and mental level where almost everything she does is that of near-superhuman level. Of course, somethings are less often than others, but that's just reflected on Nicole's state of mind and how she applies herself. Usually she's always spot on, but she has her bad days. Included in this is peak strength, speed, stamina, senses, agility, reflexes, accuracy, durability, and intelligence, However, the only ones that she excels at currently are strength, speed, stamina, and reflexes. The rest fluxuate from normal human level to slightly above average of human level. Like stated, her mental state of mind is key on here. Without that, she can barely utilize half of what is listed.

Personality:
Nicole, in a nut shell, can really be a bitch. She usually only cares for her needs most of the time and in the event that she goes for the needs of others ahead of her own, she will probably not act the way a normal person would in that situation. Now, with all that being said, she does have a soft spot. For those she respects and/or bonds with, they will be like her best friend/family. For those kinds of people, she’ll literally die for them. She’ll gladly give her own life just to ensure their own. Her loyalty to family and those who treat her with kindness are on par with no one. She’ll protect these people with all that she is.

She loves to joke around. The core of her being is to laugh and have fun. Maybe this will lead to some cruel things, but to her, if it’s funny, then she will do it. On the flip side of things, she’s a wild party girl. She can sometimes be sluttish, which is reflected on her choice of clothing and her various body jewelry. She probably has ten pierced body parts in total, which accounts to a lot actually. She is flirtatious beyond all hell. The amount she flirts with guys(and guys) is ridiculous. She does swing both ways, so that’s another factor to think about. She’s also sarcastic…like way sarcastic. When it does come down to it, everything she does falls back on what happened to her as a kid. As a result of such events, she reverted to sides of her that are nasty and sometimes mean. But slowly, she has been able to be herself, which is exactly where the joking aspect of herself comes from.

History:

Nicole really didn't have a really complicated life. She lived in a pretty normal town, she had two parents and three siblings. It sounds like a pretty normal life. She lived in Berkley, California, and went to a private school cause her family was rich. Her dad, Norman Richardson was one of the leading Stock Brokers in the Bay Area. Her mom Lizzie Sanders was one of the top-paid professors in the Bay Area. Her twin sister, Nataline went to the same high school with her. Her two brothers, one older, Brian, went to the University of San Jose, and her younger brother went to the same high school she did at the time, but at a lower grade. Everything about Nicole's life was pretty normal for a high middle-class family. Well, that was until a very unhappy day for her entire family.

During the summer that she turned sixteen years old, Nicole was granted permission to go to a party by herself, but she decided to take a couple of friends and her sister, even though Naomi didn't like that party scene(she was a good girl). Naomi ended up on meeting people that she would later be best friends with. Nicole, however, went to this party to meet up with her twenty-five year old boyfriend, Kyle Alexander. She wanted him to pop her cherry, and that was the plan. They went up to a room in the house that the party was being held in(it was a big house), and they started getting it on. First, it was just some foreplay — kissing, some grabbing around each others bodies. It was just the usual stuff. When it got down to the dirty stuff, first Nicole was with it. She allowed him to feel around her privates and she was completely naked by that had occurred. It would get tot he point, however, that she would notice he was going to slow as he was about to stick his penis in her. She told him no, but he didn't listen. He started to force himself on, and Nicole kept on trying to prevent him from doing so, but with her slender frame and his rather bulky one, she was overpowered. It wouldn't be before long that he was doing it and she started crying, yelling stop as loud as she could. All the while, she was trying to hit him, but to no avail.

Then it happened.

Her sadness and fear got to a point where she felt something in her and as she punched once more, a shock of red and green electricity released into Kyle. It was first the initial burst that shocked and surprised him. The surprise made him slide over, and on his back were burns. However, he would usually be out, since the shock itself was a good burst, but somehow the energy from it just made him even more angry with her. He lunged at her and as she put her hands out, a single, straight bolt shot out from both hands, and pierced him right through his heart, sending him flying out the window. Even though he was most certainly dead from the bolt of lightning, the crash through the window and down two stories of air onto the grass would cause such an impact that death was absolute.

As she walked over to the window, Nicole didn't know what happened. She was at a loss of words. She didn't know what to do. She knew the right thing would to be to walk down the stairs, and exit the house and go to his body, but she panicked. Nicole jumped through the window, but she did it parkour style. Dropping to the window ledge, and dropping down to the ground. She ran. That's all she did, she ran home, her parents and siblings still asleep, she packed her clothes, stole whatever money from her parents' wallets that she could and she just ran. Sixteen years old, Nicole Sanders fled the city of Berkley. She fled and never looked back.

Through out the next few years, Nicole would do what she could to survive on the street. She would sleep with men to get money, she would get odd jobs, and even at some point she became addicted to heroine. She became a straight out slut. By the time she was eighteen, she had sex more times than she could count on her hands and feet. It was just for her to survive, it was never about the thrill of acting such a way. She just wanted to survive, and by doing this, it broke her. Formally, she was a woman who was proud of herself and wanted to become an Olympic Gymnast, but now she's broken, bitter, and bitchy. She's nothing like her old self, and she might never be that way for a long time.

OOC/Misc:
-Nicole is a party girl, so she'll be drinking alcohol and and flirting with the boys..and girls as much as she can.
-Nicole loves dancing as well.
-She loves any kind of music unless its rap and country, those are her two no-nos in music.
-Nicole is Bi-sexual

Name: Chloe Kale
Age: 48, physically 18.
Mutation: Biological manipulation; sorceress.
Personality:

Chloe Kale is a calm presence that never seems to get too high or too low. In general she is quiet and polite, obviously intelligent and well read without needing to verbalize it or quote great minds to prove it. A sweet natured core juxtaposed with a cool exterior; in large part due to being lost outside of time and space in a pocket dimension for forty five years--the result of a magic spell gone awry. Though Dr. Stephen Strange was eventually able to rescue Chloe, the psychological damage had been done, especially after run-ins with dark mystical forces. Her reintroduction to human society took years, and when finished Chloe agreed to join the secret organization of mutants ran by contacts of the Doctor.

A lover of history, the arts, and pretty things.

History:

Chloe Kale was born into the Kale family of magic users in the 1950s, just when the family was finally settling into America after escaping war torn Europe. Her childhood was anything but normal, even if it appeared to be a normal upper middle class New England upbringing. Along with her friends and school, and her Beatles obsession, Chloe was raised to be another in the long line of Kale magic wielders starting so long ago with Illyana Kale.

In a ritual being performed by the family, Chloe slipped through the cracks of spice/time created by the spell, something going haywire with Chloe's inclusion in the ritual. It would take over forty years and the Sorcerer Supreme to finally uncover what went wrong that fateful day: Chloe's mutation had complicated the spells affect on her, landing Chloe in a pocket dimension separated from space/time. For the first ten years, Chloe was in absolute isolation. When contact finally did come, Chloe's initial joy quickly turned to dread as it was the interdimensional seekers of a dark, evil, mystical force that found Chloe.

It would take almost another decade for Chloe to return to the peace of absolute solitude. Unlike her prior isolation, this time Chloe had strengthened her mind and spirit and was able to draw on the magical lessons of her childhood with new eyes and a sharper mind, learning new things from old lessons stored in her memory for years until her next contact, a shorter and less threatening experience that also lasted far less. Until Dr. Stephen Strange would find her, Chloe went through several different highs and lows of mental health, until finally learning to balance her mental state out no matter what extreme she went through.

Strange, upon finding her, would comment she came off, "like an old grey beard wizard from fiction." The only thing that phased her upon her return to Earth was the break up of the Beatles, and the murder of John Lennon--Chloe would shed many a tear over that fact. The fall of the Soviet Union was initially confusing, as was the extreme capitalistic motives of China. But above all, the actions of the USA since 9/11 on. She had never been naive, and no sorceress could ever be a moralist, but it all seemed to clash with the Americans ideals that had been preached to her during her New York upbringing.

Upon learning a 'team had emerged' as a leader in the secret organization she knew Dr. Strange assisted in, Chloe said her farewells to the Doctor and left to join other 'reinnforcements' being sent to the New Mexico team hiding out in Xavier's legal locked former home.
