Don't worry about genders. I am here to fix that. Here is my sheet after the long wait.

Name: Mathius Wallace

Age: 29

Gender: Male

Alignment: Lawful Evil

Appearance:

The above picture is Mathius with his bow and he stands at 5'11".

Equipment:
-Oak Longbow: This is Mathius's longbow that he received from his father. It means a lot to Mathius and he never leaves it for long.
-Arrow Quiver: This quiver is made of simple leather and can hold thirty arrows. The arrows that Mathius has thirty dull iron tipped arrows made from oak in the quiver. He has been meaning to replace them or at the very least sharpen them.
-Red Headband: Mathius wears the red headband not because it is practical but because it keeps the sweat out of his eyes.
-Tanned Leather Gauntlets: Mathius's gauntlets are for protection from the the whip of the bow. His right hand gauntlet is worn at the ankle from the snap of the string hitting it.
-Leather Pauldrons with cloth hood: It is a simple yet worn leather pauldron with a cloth hood attached, nothing special here.
-Woolen doublet: This doublet it made of three layers of tightly woven wool with chain mail on the sides of his chest.
-Iron boots: A simple pair of iron boots with cloth wrappings underneath.

Personality: Mathius is generally a good guy but does what he has to survive no matter the cost. Mathius has no trouble killing a person so long as he is either getting paid or the person is a criminal of some sort. Mathius is a hypocrite on many things, one of the largest of which is theft. He doesn't like it when people steal from others but he more than willing to do the same. Mathius, being the criminal he is, generally doesn't trust others especially if they had just met. Mathius is pessimist and always to prefer to look on the bad side of things. He is also very distrusting of magic.

Bio: Mathius's family was poor and in turn he never got much of an education. His father worked as a farm hand and his mother washed clothes. Mathius was generally taken with his father and two brothers to hunt down the meal for the week in the near by forests. They rarely caught anything more than a few quails or maybe the rare rabbit but for Mathius, it was the best time in the world. His father would tell him and his brothers stories and tell him of the time before he met their mother. When Mathius was nine years old, his two older brother joined the Militia to help the family.

When his brothers left, Mathius's Father received an injury while working. The injury made him incapable of using his bow and instead passed it on to Mathius. It became Mathius's burden to hunt for food for the family. There were times when he came back with nothing but he was never willing to be seen without food. Instead, Mathius would steal from the market and bring it back to his family. Whenever he was asked, Mathius would only reply that he had caught it in the forest. Mathius was confronted one year, when he was seventeen, by his father when he saw Mathius in the market stealing a quail. Mathius came clean and told him everything.

Mathius was told to pay back the money for each item he stole over the years. Instead of acting like an adult, Mathius ran from the village and hid in the forest. A few days passed before he realized that he had acted wrong. Mathius returned home to find the town mourning the death of his family in a fire. Mathius was the only surviving member of his family other than his brothers, who he couldn't face. Mathius left the village with a group of merchants who had passed through and acted as their hunter. The caravan has grown over the years but Mathius has always been with it. They recently arrived in Alexandria for the Solar Eclipse.

I am familiar with that, starting tomorrow I have 8 days of work consecutively but I'll be on as much as I can before and after.

Also juggling trying to fix my vehicle at the same time and it's like well in the hundreds during the day, and I've been posting from my phone this entire time since I accidentally fried my processor and am having one of my dad's coworkers take a look at it but that should be taken care of soon, so if I'm slow to post let it be known that you were forewarned.

Appearance: Without armor on he has a slight tan and hair that looks a bit spiky from the cut he has. He wears a brown leather jacket over a simple navy shirt and trousers with a red handkerchief around his neck. On his belt hags a satchel filled with tools and his artifact device and sword which hangs from a sling.


Personality: An inquisitive nature and mind at heart. James isn't afraid to get his hands dirty which explains his career as an adventurer of sorts. Equally at home out in the field fighting off rabid beasts and bandits and traversing mysterious and spooky ruins laden with traps as he is doing writeups on his adventures as well as pouring over tomes over times past and doing things in a magical lab. Outside of his work he is content to drink and play various types of games he's encountered in his travels.

Bio: Born in the town of generica he grew up in a fairly unremarkable life. In his early teens he apprenticed under his father who was a smith of some slight renown who ran shop with his mother a merchant. He then had a chance encounter with the kindly Professor Morgan. He was wanting someone to make a replica version of some artifact he had. Taking interest in the odd object he soon went under the wing of the professor and got into academia involved in the same field as Professor Morgan who taught him the fine art of gentlemanly exploring and ancient civilizations. Some time later he too would have his own encounter with a curious artifact after entering the mysterious ruined city of Squadala. It was here he stumbled into a sealed off chamber and found a rectangular object with a symbol on it and a sword of material unknown in immaculate condition. Bringing it back to his lab for research he somehow activated the rectangle which acted as a belt and attached itself to him and summoned a suit of armor. Curious about its capabilities he plans on returning to that ruin and testing it out on monsters as well as keeping it a secret from rivals and people who would misuse is powers.

Like Mercury said, we're just about done. We've made some entry-level skills for just about every field we can think of for magic and weaponry. Some weapons you'd think should be there aren't, because of an Exotic Weapons system we're working on as well. We also put out generic stuff for Core Skills, which is really a miscellaneous pool of useful skills. Combat Skills will be things like general combat proficienies, as well as special maneuvers blah blah blah. Crafts is pretty self-explanatory, //MAKING// things. I decided to pump out what we have for Smithing, particularly metal-working. And again, Personal will be things only your character can do. Which we will work with you guys individually for when everything else is complete.

Otherwise, good night guys, and thanks for sticking around while we work on this. It's nice to see people not losing interest over time.

So, just realized that my character lacks a melee weapon. Guess he is just going to punch anybody who gets close. Either that or he could take the string off his bow and use it as a weapon that way.

We do have skills for fighting "unarmed" that may interest you, or you could start with a weak melee weapon of some sort like a dagger or short sword.

Jerk Chicken, your character's off to a good start (I enjoyed the various Kamen-Rider references) but begining play with special armor like yours is a bit op without some balancing. I propose one of two solutions:

-Start the game without the armor and find it over time
-Start with the armor as part of your personal skill trees, while starting off with less in other areas of equipment (for example, you don't begin the game with any weapon and rely on your martial arts skills to fight at first or indefinitely). This is my preferred option, because this way allows your armor to become a very unique part of how your character is built.

Finally, I'll have to check how you split up your points and make sure it adds up right in the point-buy system Light made. Anyone who wants to start putting stats together is more than welcome, and they can be changed up once you decide what skills you want your characters to have.

Silver Fox, remember that each score above 10 costs the resulting score minus 10. This is tallied individually. So every next score above 10 assumes you paid for the score before it as well. And reducing from 10 only gives you 1 point per score. Here I'll list out your set up and how much each parameter costs or gives you:

I sadly still don't get it ^^; as I said I'm not good with stats. Last one I did of these simply allowed us to take away a point to add it to another stat so it equaled the total amount before. (For example here it be 90 points) but this is too confusing for me.

So sadly I think I will drop out. I'm much too sick and tired to do math. XD
