Landgrab attempts
The emergency congress has passed a bill that has outlawed the sale of land or structures to non-Prussian companies. Instead the land is being bought up by Numburg trading Co, a much friendler and Prussian based company. Even then most of the prime land is owned by members of the Royalists, who probably considering there views would not allow foreign influence in Prussia.

Tribe
The tribe has been payed compensation in the form of a few gold bars, as well as a 5 muskets. 5 of the tribal members are being taught how to use and reload them.

King Baba-Uti
The colony had already started up a small self efficient town, with a slowly growing population. The lands more fertile, and trade with the old world going well due to large abundance of ratios left over when they had first arrived in order to kick start the economy. The people were becoming well fed, but deaths still occurred, and a permanent self sustaining foothold on the colony wasn't exactly there yet due to resources still being shipped in from the old world.

"M'lord, a strange man has entered our town, his skin is darker than anything we have ever seen, and his style of clothing even stranger." A guard shouted as he walked into Leonardo's small dining hall. He continued to eat pointing towards the servant that stood next to him signaling that he needed to deal with thise matter.

"Well than," The servant paused for a second. "I guess the best course of action is to bring him her to meet with Leonardo, he is the official acting govenor of this colony, so I see no harm done." Two armed guards walked in escorting the man. His cloths left him near bare, and his skin was thick black color, rather than the usual bright orange, or snow white skin tone of the old world.

As the man stood there trying to speak to them through symbols, and pointing Leonardo got impatient, and shouted "Speak a language I can understand damn you!" The room went silent, and the servant stared at Leonardo.

"If you were more patient my lord we could maybe learn to understand him." His smile was a cheeky, and sinister look, but Leonardo let the game continue anyways. It was only about four hours, before the servant had a basic understanding of what was being said. "Well tell your king, that our people will swear fealty to know one, but to those that they feel themselves are best to rule, but I will say this, we do have vast riches that you king may find favorable in exchange for living here." Doing his best to speak the natives tongue, and he seemed to understand, and walked away. "It's pathetic really, a creature like that probably doesn't even know what treasure looked like if it hit him on the head."

"Creature? Are we not the same race?" Leonardo asked curiously, confused at how the servant worded his sentences.

"If you wish to be compared to a primitive looking being like that it is fine by me, but don't you dare put me on the same level as that mongrel." The servant snared back towards Leonardo.

"You may be acting leader of the colony, but I am still the official governor, until we establish a firm foothold, don't you dare talk to me in that tone." The servant simply gave him an irritated stare, and walked away.

Prussian Rebellion
Esteban Julio stood starring at a newspaper that he recently received that late afternoon. "Rebellion in Prussia, well isn't this a convenient." He then opened a small notebook of different dates, and times of off the record arms deals. "Very convenient indeed, let's see who shall we sell to, the Royalist? No they will only aim to militarize the government, and would never be able to pay us back. Hmm...how about the Old' Farts? Never mind, the chances of them actually mobilizing an effective force without the help of the royalist is slim. Ahh the Red Army, their goals though completely insignificant, and stupid will most likely give us a huge pay off. The other rebels will most like nationalize, and remove any debts, but the red army." He then looked at a strange looking man in the corner with a night black robe. "Contact the leader of this red army, and provide them with the finest rifles I can afford, $500,000,000 worth of goods sound reasonable?" The man simply shook his head, and left.

Prussian Letter
Joseph sat reading the letter out loud to a small group of four other men, all from one of the six other households. The table they sat at was finely carved, and laid with a silver outlining. "Now, I know many of you are aware that I can in fact act on this decision alone, but this could pose many threats, yet at the same time many benefits in the future. Sadly Esteban was not able to make it due to personal matters, and well my son is either dead, or barely living a half decent life on another continent that has yet to be named." He then gathered a group of papers listing different details about the estimated strength of a Prussian army, and the current officials leading it, and handed it out to the heads of the other houses. "As I said this is crucial, and not a laughing matter, even I am unsure how to come to this, how you say unholy matrimony."

The other men discussed, and only whispers could be heard, they spoke so softly that you could question the authenticity of discussion, but words were said, and arguments broke out, but not a single man shouted. They were all old men, and they had little anger left in their hearts, and so they looked at the situation with keen eyes. "I say that it is probably for the best if we help them, send one thousand recruits, and five hundred regulars, but no more. They will not need a extremely sufficient army as there allies will provide them with that, but we will use it as a generous offer of trust, considering they have done little to earn ours. We also feel that this will be an excellent for both trade, and business if we can open a trade route through Prussia, our merchants will most likely be ten times richer, and five times fatter."

Joseph smiled, and raised his hand, "All in favor raise their hand, and say I." All houses attending rose their hands, and shouted I, effectively sealing the deal. The very next day a message informing Prussia that an army of 1,500 men were about to arrive in their territory to help fight off rebel threats, and that in return that they wished to establish a mutual defense pacts, and trade agreements between the two countries.

The Rebellion COntinues...

-As rebels and protesters marched the government replied in the one way they seemed to only know. With fire and sword. As military bases were levelled across the county a cry went up 'These brave men are martyrs!'. AS more and more 'traitorous' soldiers were killed the banners of the rebel groups grew. On the start of a new week 1000 regular citizens of Prussia marched on a military cache. In the brief stand off half of the guards turned their rifles on the other half as guards loyal to Prussia shot 5 of the protesters dead. These guards who had turned then opened the cache to the protestors. Handing out weapons and ammo it was a huge boost to those fighting the government and drew in those who thought that there was hope after all. In similar occurrences across the country military caches and convoys were attacked and looted to have the supplies handed to rebel factions. It seems the armies currently helping the threatened new nation are going to have their hands full. Further more with the killing and burning the more peaceful groups have now taken up arms as well. Forming a 'Separatist Army' which is led by former generals of the Lance Empire. However the location of this army is unknown. Though they are drawing the factions in Nurmburg since Nurmburg is in a much stronger state right now. It seems that army might grow further.

Rebels
New plans had been initiated. For one the navy is being use to blockade rebel held ports, thus preventing them from getting supplies. They only however fire if fire upon. The Loyalist soldiers are also retreated to more defensible and Loyalist held locations, taking as many supplies with them as they can, and hiding or destroying what they can't. Runners who are quite stealthy and can sneak behind enemy lines are also sent to appeal to the Slavic ethnic groups in the empire, which consist of the Poles, Czechs, Slovaks, Serbs, Croats, Slovenes, and Bosniaks. They had been a conquered people of the Lance Empire, but they are pointing out to these slavic groups that under the Prussian System they would have actual say in government and the Kaiser would care about them. This should appeal to most, if not all slavics as they have had a long history of oppression under the former Lance Empire.

Markus Finch was in a bit of a hurry, he barely noticed the young girl who introduced herself to him, she was obviously from another nation by her clothing. "Please help her someone!" Finch yelled as he climbed the steps to the public address Balcony on the capital building.

Outside the the incredibly loud Square went completely silent as Lord Markus Finch, The man who had single lead Numburg for as long as many people could remember stood before them.

He cleared his through
"People of Numburg." he started

"It has been brought to my attention, not by one, but many people. That you are displeased with MY choice for Numburg to become a part of Prussia. You feel that the Lance Empire is some how not Numburg... You have thought incorrect, People of Numburg the Lance Empire is our sister nation, and now that we have reunited all will prosper. The new congress will ensure that all people have a say in their leadership. To the Wealthy of Numburg who fear their trade will be disrupted fear not for you will now have a whole new Market within Lance." Finch said gazing out at the speechless crowd.

"People of Numburg, I, Lord Finch . Beg you, please understand your position. You have only to gain from this."

"People of Numburg, on this day I hearby swear an oath of Loyalty before you all to our new Nation of Prussia and announce my running for the office of Prime Minister. If I have truly failed you tear down these walls, tear down what has taken Numburg over 200 years to create, tear down all we have worked for. Or join me, join this new way one that will lead to a future for all of us, use this new government system to elect someone you know and trust and together we can make Numburg more powerful and wealthy then you could ever possibly imagine."

"People of Numburg, let us all unite, and let us fight for a new world, a world of reason, a world were science and progress will lead to all mens happiness. People of Numburg I have never married or had children because I always saw myself married to my work. Stand with me and be strong, turn your back on me and live in shame... the choice is your."

Finch took a low bow before the entire crowd and without waiting for the response returned inside. To a shocked room of gaurds.

Corustarian Landing force

After news of the shocking destruction of Military bases reaches the Ears of the Corustarian soldiers, their sympathy for the Prussian government drops dramatically. Previously, they had seen the union of Lance and Numburg as similar to the Union of the Isles, and as such had been willing to fight to protect it, but once the news came that the Prussian Government was willing to blow up it's own soldiers because they refused to change uniform... opinion changed quickly...
They declare something in a hope they will calm the situation down. They propose that a plebiscite will be organised out of the pocket of Corustaria's General (Knowing he might receive fame and glory for this, he wasn't too bothered about buying parchment) in order to give the peoples of the regions of the coast the choice between three options on the papers. 'Status Quo', which essentially states that the people wish to return to the way the Lance Empier was before, 'Prussian Unification', in favour of Prussia (expected to be low) and 'Regional Independence', which may result in minorities getting independence
They hope that this will appease both the Red Army in the region, who want the people to have a say, and the royalists who wish there to be a Status Quo situation, as well as races such as the Slavs who have been oppressed.
The referendum has not yet been officialised or started, they are instead waiting to see the peoples responses before deciding whether they should go ahead with it

The new world

The Fleet arrived and split in two, taking 1000 regulars and recruits to North Point and a thousand regulars and recruits to Victoria. A single galley sails south to the Numburg colony. They then proceed to inform the Colonies of the merger and the situation at home, offering all the people free passage to their homelands so that they can decide upon the future of their nation.

Homelands

The Spies within the ranks of the Corustarian independence warriors are working to gain trust and move up the rank chain, while the military works to capture it's leaders and high ups where possible and place them on trial for treason.

It had taken a few months to complete, but greed was a powerful motivator. It had taken even less time to get it to where it needed to go safely.

Ambassador Lunamoon of New Drakran waited for her presence to be publicly announced walking forwards to greet the man that had been sent to speak with her. While the fact that Lord Finch had been far to busy dealing with current events to come and greet her personally might have been viewed as an insult, in the end it did not matter. Offering the man a bow, the Ambassador smiled with a disarming warmth take could only be achieved by years of practicing in politics.

"Greetings. I apologize for my visit to seem to appear out of the blue but shortly after President Kiue received word that the new nation of Prussia was being formed he decided that a simple letter of congratulations would not be appropriate enough for such a momentous occasion and thus he had a gift commissioned out of his own pocket to be delivered to Lord Finch as soon as possible."

Turning towards the men standing next to an otherwise unassuming crate, the red haired ambassador nodded her head. With some care, the men opened the crate so that the agent could see what was within... as well as some members of the small crowd that had gathered to see what was going on. The light seeped into the darkened crate got a massive return as the large, silver throne shone like a star. It might not have been the biggest throne to ever exist, but the fact that it appeared to have been constructed completely out of silver more then made up for the lack of size. Gold ran along its edges in patterns that entranced the viewer, a true work of art in and of themselves. At the end of the arm rests, hanging as if from a tree rested two golden apples so lifelike that one would have to break their teeth on them before someone would know for certain that they were made of gold as well. The idea to use bronze around the back had been abandoned fairly early on, golden artworks taking up the space instead. This was a throne that any ruler would kill to claim as their own.

Once the agent (and the crowd) got a good eyeful, the men would close the crate back up as Ambassador Lunamoon cleared her throat to catch the Numburg agent's attention once again. "Can you take us to meet Lord Finch as soon as possible?"

Prussia
The United Vanjanan Empire has decided to give the official Prussian government full control over the troops sent to assist, as well as six Brigs, all ten Galleys, and one Frigate. There are no restrictions on what orders the troops may be given, aside from a ban on any attacks on Vanjana, but the only reason that was included was as a formality. Once the situation in Prussia has been solved, the troops and ships sent to assist will be put back under the control of the Vanjanan Empire.

The New World
Jade Sigfrid Halvar was embarked for the New World on a Brig, intending to solidify their stance on relations with the natives. Obviously, the UVE is planning to have good relations, as there is no other reason the Jade himself would go there.

Numburg
The Woman waited for someone to take her papers so she could finally deliver the concept to the scientists and engineers working on flight, though excited, she was trying to be patient. Of course, if her concept worked, then the military would gain a huge advantage over the rebels.

Markus Finch entered the meeting room obviously agitated about something. Noticing that both the people he was meeting with were women he quickly composed himself.

"Hello Ladies my name is Markus Finch to what do I owe the pleasure? " Finch asked the two women a charming smile crossing the aging man's face. Even with the grin he was obviously sickly pale.

Ambassador Lunamoon took the initiative as she stepped forward, cutting off the other woman as she offered Lord Finch a respectful bow and a warm smile. " Greetings, Lord Finch. I am Trixie Lunamoon, Ambassador for the republic of New Drakran. A few months ago, President Kiue received word about the official formation of the Prussian Empire and felt that such an occasion required a little more then a simple 'Congratulations'."

"As we speak, my people are bringing up a crate containing a throne that was deemed worthy enough to be the seat of such a grand empire.for your personal inspection. Considering the chaos that has descended on the rest of your newly formed empire shortly after its formation, we deemed that bringing it to Numburg since it would most likely wind up here at some point anyway..."

Clearing her throat, Lunamoon offered his lordship another bow. "I hope that it meets your approval, my lord."

The colonies

The Forces of Corustaria, which arrived a few days ago, moved forwards into the Former Lance Empires colonies. The leader of each party declared aloud, while waving a slip of paper from the now 'Prussia' in the air
"By order of your Kaiser, this land is now Corustarian! You are to board the vessels over in that direction" He would then proceed to point at the Corustarian naval vessels "And be transported to your new colonial location. Take only what you can carry with you, your weapons will be temporarily taken when you get aboard in order to ensure a fight does not break out given Prussia's current political situation. They will be returned upon arrival. Our forces outnumber you and our ships have loaded cannons, please do not make this more difficult than it is" The officer said, as his forces began to escourt the Prussians to the ships, temporarily taking their weaponry

Result: The Prussian colonies next to the Corustarian Coloines of Northpoint and Victoria have been claimed by Corustaria and combined into their neighbouring colony (Retaining the names Northpoint and Victoria). Their colonists are replaced with the ones who have came from Corustaria, and their soldiers and people are taken south to the Penninsula, to set up their colony next to the Lydiah colony. Word is sent back towards Corustaria of the success... they are hoping to quell the rioters by pointing out success in the colonies

Troop movements in Prussia

Half of the troops, including their general are taken by boat down to Numburg, leaving half in the Lance Empire. The ones left in the Lance Empire are the recruits. Meanwhile, they are forced to revoke the referandum, but on the political stage Corustaria is still advocating a refferandum to end the problem. Their deals are all now considered placed into effect, including, if any, the secret clauses of any deals and the likes. The remaining few vessels at the lance empire proceed to blockade rebel held ports, though whether this will do much good considering the rebels are supported by the people is questionable..

Prussian Rebels stay steady.

With the halts in violence against the people the flags of the rebels haven't been drawing nearly as much support. Further more a group of rebels have become trapped on the eastern border of former Nurmburg lands. Around 15,000 Minutemen have decided to set up defensive positions are hold for as long as they can. Either being given the supplies they need or taking them from surrounding areas. In better news for the government the Red Army have been destroyed. When the Corustarian forces arrived in the south they happened upon the home base of the Red Army. In a minor skirmish the Red Army was scattered with only 200 regulars being lost on the side of Corustaria. \

Speech from the Kaiser
Kaiser Gabriel stood on the steps of the Palace in Lancus, and began a speech.
"The Rebellion is starting to slow, and it seems Prussia might triumph. I do want to say this however, To any rebels who lay down there arms and stop this, I automatically grant a full pardon. And to those rebels who don't accept this offer at first, think about this. Prussia standing united would be one of the most powerful forces on Earth. We could dominate in the fields of economy, military, and even navy. So lay down your arms and accept the Pardon, and watch as the country you live in becomes one of the dominate forces on earth.

After being cut off by the other woman, Ukundiza Kjerstin politely waited for her to finish. She was quite good at waiting, having served in the Vanjanan military. Up until now, all they ever did was wait. Of course, the moment she decides to go and do something important, half the army is sent to put down rebels in various exciting and important manners. While the other woman was talking, she decided to make sure all of her papers were in the correct order and not crumpled. She was somewhat annoyed by the other woman's words, especially because they were connected with the (in her opinion) somewhat underwhelming throne. It didn't seem to carry any symbolism, no significance other than the fact that the money used to build it probably could have fed every starving person on the continent. To her, a good throne was comfortable, but also beautiful and symbolic. While being expensive was probably considered symbolic in other nations, she did feel like anything expensive should be constructed to look good, not just be expensive. The throne did look impressive, but the cultural gap made it seem much less so to Col. Kjerstin.

After the other woman had finished her speech, Col. Kjerstin gulped. She would probably seem incredibly underwhelming to Lord Finch, after all, she was a Siege Engineer for the 'Army That Doesn't Do Anything'. The other woman was an ambassador who just delivered a solid silver throne. With this in mind, she gave up on trying to sound at all official. The middle ground between 'I'm sorry for existing near you' and 'This other person is commoner scum' is never a good place to be. Although she had heard that outside of Vanjana being the latter was considered better for some reason. This was alien to her, as in Vanjana, the first was interpereted as showing extreme respect.

She bowed once more after the other woman had finished speaking, and held out her papers.

"Apologies for taking your time, I am Colonel Ukundiza Kjerstin, Siege Engineer for the Vanjanan Imperial Army. I have come here to assist with the flight project, I have letters of mark and recommendation from the Representative House and the Jade himself. While the VIA may not have, well, done anything up until now, I have a peer-reviewed design concept for a Heat-Assisted Lifting Mechanism, which people will no doubt refer to as the 'Burner Drive'. As such, I am applying for the Flight Project. I have all the requested papers."

Kwedolobhakalle, United Vanjanan Empire
"Mr. Gwandoya, I still don't see why we can't discuss this in the palace."

Sigfrid and his most trusted adviser, Patrik Gwandoya, had met in the garden once more to discuss the state of the empire, the colonies, what flavor the crushed ice at the next ball should be, the usual things like that. Sigfrid, however, still couldn't see why they had to meet in the garden to discuss such things. Especially the flavor of crushed ice, that had to be kept secret until the ball. Actually, that was really the only thing he wanted to keep secret.

"The Garden is a relaxing place. It takes the stress away." Replied Patrik. The statement surprised Sigfrid, Patrik was usually ice cold.

"Okay then... ah yes! I have an order that must be carried out immediately!" Said Sigfrid, Patrik couldn't tell if it was something important enough to warrant his excitement or if he had simply decided what flavor of crushed ice to use.

"What is it, Jade?"

"I want new ships built, five Barques and one Ship of Line. Our Navy could stand to be more powerful, besides, if Miss Kjerstin's design works, we will want to have something to attach the contraption to. I think a flying Ship of Line would be intimidating and useful. But mostly intimidating." After Sigfrid had finished his statement, Patrik was pleased to know that Sigfrid was actually exited about something important. As well as the fact that Vanjana could afford to build those ships.

"Speaking of Miss Kjerstin, I do find the idea of using steam power in an aerial warship frightening. Yes, it has proven to be useful in limited use within workshops and the like, but within a wooden vessel?"

"All of our scientists say her design is safe, so long as our alum-treated cloth fireproofing works. So farm, it had worked just fine on tapestries. We haven't lost a single one to a knocked over candle since we treated them. Helps with the dying process too. With any luck, humans will soon take to the skies!"

"Are these the same scientists that still say wood is made of fire?"

"No, they're the ones that said that we could fly above the air."

"Oh. Those ones. Well, maybe someone could crank the air... screw... thing."

Prime Ministers Speech, Corustaria

"To the good people of Corustaria, I am proud to announce the latest in a series of triumphs! Not only have we acquired the lands of the former lance Empires colonies, but our brave forces in Prussia have struck a devastating blow unto the hostile rebels! With but a loss of 200 soldiers, we captured a major rebel base, and within but a few hours we had scattered the red army, delivering a crushing blow to the moral of the resisting forces. Allow us now our national anthem, in honour of our brave soldiers tall... and those fearsome, honourable dead, theirs not to ask why, but to do and die..." The Prime Minister waved his hand to the assembled orchestra, and they begin to play Call for all to hear...

Numburg

After the regulars bury their dead there in a corner foreign field that is 'forever Corustarian', they fly the banner of Corustaria above the graves from a pike, take their muskets in arm and march away, not changing from an upright posture until they are out of sight of the graves. They head towards the capital of LexBurg, steeled faces and battlestained uniforms, proud of army being considered a 'success' for once. Along the way, they attempt to use their latest 'victory' to their advantage, attempting to build a reputation for being extremely skilled soldiers, in spite of the fact that the truth, for the army at least, couldn't really be that different...

Colonies

Now owning more Colonial land than any other faction, and indeed, any other two factions put together, the Corustarian Colonists deem it a worthwhile venture to establish better relations with the tribesmen. Gifts of 20,000 of the coin the first fleet brought are sent in land to them and a box of 10 muskets is delivered along side it, as well as a map of the 'Old World' to see whether the natives might find the colonists interesting and allow the two to share information on each other as a result. The colonists who are sent in land are tasked with learning more about the natives, their culture and society as well as their divides.

Politics

In spite of the 'victory' of the Corustarian Army and their support of Prussia, they have again asserted a case towards Prussia for a referendum
- Your support among the people appears to be growing, why not capitalise on this and draw even more to your cause through offers of a referendum, seizing the moment and securing a Yes vote?
- Even if we crush the rebel elements and you grant pardons to the surviving rebels, the displeasure of never receiving a vote on the issue, or a long-delayed vote, will hang around and encourage discontent among the people
- Your attempting to start a constitutional monarchy, this sort of democratic system cannot be done if you are going to ignore the will of the people
- The peoples support for the rebels has slowed once you have shown that you are above using warfare on your own people, why not take it a step further and kill their support for the rebels dead?
- Such a Prussian union brought about by such a vote may convince remaining rebel elements that they are in the wrong and convince them to lay down arms and accept your pardon

Markus Finch smiled at the two young women.

Turning towards Ambassador Lunamoon he said "Prussia thanks you for your generous donation, I'll see to it that it makes it to Kaiser Gabriel safety. Ill have accommodations made if you'll be staying in Numburg for awhile."

Finch then turned to Colonel Ukundiza. "Madame welcome to LexBurg, if you'll please follow me I'll show you where you'll be working." Finch said with a grin as he began walking out the door withe Colonel in tow.

Kythian, Lydiah

Duke Elvahn burst into the the Council Chamber, almost catapulting a guardsman into a small knot of government officials. He abruptly bowed stiffly to those assembled and sat down on his throne, producing a sheaf of papers from somewhere and throwing them out onto the table.

"This is all the messages and reports we have received from the newly formed Prussian Empire." he began. "Requests for help from both sides, and other worrying news. My agreement with the former Lance Empire is critical to the survival and growth of our colonies in the New World, but I do not feel that I can continue to support the new government in the violent silencing of their own subjects."

"Then what do you suggest, your Grace?" asked one of the Thanes.

"I do not know." replied Elvahn wearily. "For one thing, we must defend ourselves from any attack from Prussia, from whatever side it may come. I am chiefly concerned by some of the radical protest groups. Send half the army to the northern border with the Empire, and have the other half be on alert everywhere else. I want 3 barques and 2 frigates patrolling the strait between former Numburg and Lydiah. It's not much, but it will give us early warning if anyone tries a sea-based invasion."

He stood and put a hand to his brow, as if in pain. "We will continue this later. You Thanes, make your own plans about how best to defend your provinces. Farewell!"

New Drakran

Rather discreetly, orders were being sent down the chain of command of New Drakran's armed forces to those in charge of training and recruitment. The current crop of fresh recruits needed to be put through their paces and brought up to the standard of regular forces while a recruitment goal of a minimum of 5000 new men and women was set. Sooner or later armed conflict would threaten New Drakran and they had to be ready to fight back with Republican lead and steel as required.

Across the numerous newspapers that existed within New Drakran thanks to the right of free speech, a challenge from the pen of President Kiue was offered to his people; The speed and efficiency of transporting goods between the various cities of the Republic was far to slow. Despite keeping the roads in good condition and keeping the bandit populations either legally licensed or dead, the limits of the current system made itself felt in the transportation of goods with a shelf life. This inefficiency was felt the strongest in the transportation of seafood; despite the best efforts of those dealing with such markets and the usage of all the tricks in the book to keep the fish as fresh as possible for as long as they could, what seafood arrived in the capital was far overpriced and often the cause of illness for those who ate them.

Since the current way of doing things wasn't working to needed standards a faster, more efficient method of transporting goods between the cities of the Republic was required. Thus, President Kiue was offering the creative, inventive and industrial minds of New Drakran the chance to come up with a solution to such a vexing problem. While not required, those who are able to back their plan with a working prototype or a demonstration that proved that their idea had merit would have a leg up on those that didn't.

The person or persons with the best idea would be put in charge of implementing it along with government funding, support and depending on how successful their project is a place in the history books and plenty of other personal rewards to come with such an achievement.

-It seems the rebels have begun their press for independence. The army has moved from the mountains in former lance lands and begun to take settlements. They have found much support in the villages and have marched through wearing new uniforms of black with one red armband to show their fealty. General Franz Noir has appeared as the leader behind this army and he is touring the liberated villages behind the army making speeches of freedom and peace after the villages have been freed. However they have now arrived at Alas and camped outside. They demand that the garrison surrender now and give up the city so that they all may be treated fairly and as respected prisoners of war so that they can be returned to their families.

-Meanwhile with the collapse of the Lance and Nurmburg economies on the international stage has led to a crash in the world economy.
Free Economy: -20,000,000,000 ($)
No Trait: -10,000,000,000 ($)
State Controlled: -5,000,000,000 ($)

-King Baba-Uti has declared the foreign people friends and has shared his maps of his lands. Tribal and will be added to the map. However he has also given the 5 guns to his main advisors and each is leading a band of warriors on the borders in case the foreigners become violent.

-New crops have been discovered. A strange green leaf that when burnt provides a calming and chilled out smoke. The leaf is known as ‘Reaf’ by the natives and looks a lot like a small branch from a willow tree. However any health effects are yet unknown.
