Yeah, I've kept the speech color bit in the CS in the hopes that it will return to this forum in the future.

Also, I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the lore either.

As to your question about human(oid) characters, yes, you could play a character that is not human(oid), however just keep in mind that interaction is a big part of this game, and traditionally people who have played characters that were not human, or at the very least humanoid, have tended to not last all that long in the game because they have had a hard time figuring out how to integrate their character into the game.

But if you can do it, more power to you.

Alias: Samarsket, the Crimson King

Speech Color (Actually say what you're using, don't go "Like this", or what not): Crimson

Character Alignment: Struttin' the line, like a boss.

Identity: What Identity?

Character Personality (Give information on how your character acts, what he/she believes in, how they handle situations): Samarsket constantly wars with himself on a primal level. On one hand, he wants to help people, but on the other, he desires chaos and destruction. His mind has created characters to influence him on these levels. More on those three later.

Uniform/costume:
This, except only sixteen feet tall. (May change to thirty-six at some point.)

Origin Info/Details: Samarsket was created entirely by accident. An anomaly, you could say. He has no idea exactly how he came to be, and possesses a memory of next to nothing. He has knowledge, you could say, but no wisdom. He knows a few things, such as his name and a little bit about the universe, but that's really it. There may be a plot or two about how Samarsket came to exist, but at a later date.

Hero Type (Select one): Supernatural, I guess.
Normal (Non-powered characters)
Brick/Muscle
Elemental (Select: Water, Wind, Earth)
Energy (What kind of energy? Ex. Electricity, Fire)
Psychic
Acrobat
Speedster
Gray Matter (Super-smart characters)
Shape Shifter
Mystic (Spell casters/magic users)
Supernatural (Divine agents, Vampires, werewolves, Cosmic deities)
Other (Explain)

Power Level (Select one below): I don't really read comics, so I have almost no idea what this means. However, Samarsket is not very mobile, so . . . Street Level.

A. Street Level (Ex. Punisher, Daredevil)
B. City Level (Ex. Spider-Man, Cyclops)
C. World Level (Ex. Flash, Superman)
D. Cosmic (Ex. Silver Surfer, Green Lantern)

Powers (Be Specific): Samarsket's wings are clumsy, but usable, allowing overland flight. Indoor flight, however, is extremely clumsy and usually resolves in a crash. Make that always resolves in a crash. Samarsket's left arm is a massive whip of flame, meaning that only the right is an actual hand. The whip is fairly long, and sets things it touches on fire. Samarsket is also capable of breathing a jet of flames from his mouth, and is able to sustain temperatures comparable to a blast furnace. Samarsket is incapable of speech, and instead must communicate by transmitting images over short-range telepathy. Samarsket does not eat or drink, and gains power by burning things near him. However, he is insatiable, and must burn things constantly. Samarsket's most interesting property, however, is what happens when he consumes quite a bit of energy. After consuming roughly three SCTs (Small Christmas Tree) of energy, lightning crackles along his body. After six, his body hardens into a stone-like material. After nine, ice crystals, tinted a brilliant crimson, form along the back of his wings, arms, head and torso. After twelve, a constant vortex of wind surrounds him. After roughly ten thousand SCT, he becomes an archon of pure energy. (I do not expect this to ever happen.) He can also perform some basic enchantments, such as protecting an inanimate object from extreme heat, and he has the capacity to learn magic. He can open temporary portals, but it consumes two SCT, and he's always a few hundred feet off, straight up. This inherent danger means that it isn't smart for people who can't fly to use his portals. If Samarsket has consumes enough SCT to use Lightning, he can channel energy to other living beings through his whip. This, however, poses all the dangers of being whipped, plus it may stop your heart.

Attributes (Select one at each category):

Strength Level: Normal Human, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, or 100+ tons.
100+. Samarsket is extremely tough, and his greatest physical attribute is his strength.

Speed/Reaction Timing Level: Normal Human, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, or 100+ MPH.
60. Samarsket is not especially quick, but he certainly gets by.

Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort: Normal Human, 2, 3, 4, 5 hours.
5 hours. As I stated, Samarsket is extremely tough.

Agility: Normal Human, 5X, 10X, 15X, or 20X Human level.
5X. As I stated, Samarsket is not very quick.

Intelligence: Average/Genius/Super-Genius
Average. Samarsket knows next to nothing, and is not especially smart.

Fighting Skill: Untrained/Trained/Mastered
Not sure how to answer this.. Samarsket possesses no combat or weapon knowledge, but he knows how to fight with his whip, his claws, his breath, and maybe a nice big hammer.

Resources: Minimal/Average/Large/Extreme
Minimal. Samarsket possesses nothing but the flames on his back and whatever he can take.

Weaknesses: Divine magic has an especially harsh effect on him, and he does not care for gods. He can not enter divine realms, and is instead transported to a strange world known as the Ether whenever he attempts to enter them. Also, unless he has consumed the requisite 9-12SCT, cold climates and magic also place a large impact on him. And the metal known as Blightsteel. He can't stand blightsteel.

Supporting Characters (Does your character have a significant other? A mother? Friend? Who are they, what do they have to do with your character?):

Jeff. Jeff is a human wearing a black cloak that shadows his face and covers his entire body, but who resembles Jeff Beck with uncanny resemblance underneath. His eyes, however, are a luminant forest green (they actually glow), with void-black pupils. Jeff always appears in an empty black void when Samarsket is unconscious, or somewhere near him when he's awake. Jeff guides Samarsket to create chaos, and usually tempts him with visions of destruction and death. Jeff is not real. Jeff is a figment of Samarskets' imagination. 'Jeff' will occasionally seize Samarsket's mind, and force him to do things, such as picking up an entire camp of people he's been traveling with and hurling them into an arena of monsters while they sleep, and Samarsket will believe he has not done it. Jeff will, however, occasionally manifest himself if Samarsket has consumed at least 7SCT, which leads the people around Samarsket to believe that he is real.

Ixmucane. Ixmucane is bald man with dark skin and golden eyes who wears a gold and white robe. He usually stands at an altar in a church in Samarsket's visions, but does not manifest himself while 'Sket is conscious. He performs the opposite task of Jeff: Convincing 'Sket to help people and to do the right thing. However, he also occasionally manifests himself as a massive gray-scaled dragon with white crystals and eyes, but performs the same task. It is unknown why he switches between these two forms.

Ajtzak. Ajtzak is a human who wears gray steel armor, and who does not talk. They always stand in a battlefield, swinging their sword valiantly. They always die at the end of the vision. Occasionally, the helmet falls off to reveal a beautiful woman with golden hair and pale skin. Like Ixmucane, she occasionally renders in the form of a dragon, although she has silver crystals, chrome scales, and deep colorless eyes. This rendition of her occasionally does talk, but only a few sentences at most. Also like Ixmucane, it is unknown why she switches between these forms.

Do you know how to post pictures on RPG boards?: I have a character that can only communicate through images. What do you think?

Sample Post (Minimum Four paragraphs containing dialogue. As this is an Advanced Level game, Sample must also meet the RPG forum's minimum requirement of 12 lines):
((This assumes that samarsket is thirty-six feet tall and wearing a mech-suit. Roll with it.))
The battle was over before it started.
John was in the cockpit of Samarsket’s suit, raining on the forces with his shotgun while ‘Sket wreaked havoc with his minigun and his flaming breath.
Samarsket was, of course, not a human. He’d appeared during the Battle of Wal-Mart, in all his sixteen-foot tall, flaming glory. His figure was humanoid, except for two ram’s horns, massive wings, and a long, spiked, tail. His skin was a charred, blackish color, and his entire body was consumed in permanent immolation.
John, who was a man that stood about 6’3”, was an ex-marine, and considered himself proficient with most forms of weaponry. He had medium-length dark hair, and generally stuck to himself, although he had made a few friends during the recent chaos. He had been looking at a rather large suit of mechanical armor and had clambered up into a strange shoulder-cockpit before the engineer that was working on it could warn him about it’s purpose, when Sket had jumped into the armor and leaped into battle.
The battle had started off well. The city’s defenses were strong, with the engineer that had been working Samarsket’s suit at the head of the city’s military. Tanks, Bombers, Gunships, Helicopters and wave after wave of foot soldiers were sent into the battle, along with quite a bit of magic. The two demigods they’d encountered earlier, Tobias and Demetria, were raining waves of lightning and fire, respectively.
Lucy, the pyromancer who’d surfaced a little after the Battle of Wal-Mart, was in the front lines, immolating enemies left and right, while Rani, the berserker who was, arguably, criminally insane, was impaling the soldiers on a large sword while blasting them with a rocket launcher.
Amy, who had only recently joined the force, was positioned on the walls, carefully placing her shots and efficiently removing larger targets. A horde of monsters that the opposing army had released was really not trained that well, and attacked anything that moved, including their ‘allies’.
But it wasn’t enough.
The opposing army was like a hydra. For every soldier that died, two seemed to take his place. Every tank that exploded was replaced by an even bigger one, every helicopter knocked out of the sky replaced by a gunship.
They had been given the order to retreat several times, but ‘Sket never stopped fighting. He seemed to grow stronger from the burning soldiers around him, if anything, and he showed no signs of injury or fatigue. The only wounds John had suffered were from explosions shot at his companion, but he remained relatively unharmed, as did ‘Sket’s armor.
Lucy had been drawn back because of injuries, and Rani was literally pulled out of combat due to serious blood loss, although it seemed like he didn’t even notice.
John was afraid. Samarsket may have been a massive flaming demon, but he was just an ordinary guy. The cockpit was only lightly shielded, and John knew that soon his luck would run out, and a bullet would find it’s way to him.
Fortunately for John, a man with a shotgun is no concern compared to a creature of nightmares.
He turned around to look back at the city walls, which were only a couple hundred feet away. John knew that Sket could easily get back inside in a matter of seconds, forty-five at most.
Samarsket, however, was in a very different state of mind. Tearing through the soldiers effortlessly was what he was designed for. His right arm, rather than having a hand, was a whip. His left arm, in the suit, was a minigun. His wings were shields, his tail a mace, his very head a flamethrower. His right shoulder was a man with a shotgun, his left an array of missiles, none of which it had occurred to him to use thusfar. Realizing this, he fired one into a heavily populated area of soldiers, streaming flesh and flame into the air.
John thought it looked like some sort of perverted confetti. Again and again, he unloaded his shotgun onto anything ‘Sket missed, which wasn’t common. A creature designed to burn everything didn’t miss much.
‘Sket unloaded another rocket a little too close to himself, and sent a large chunk of metal over John’s head.
“Watch it!”
John couldn’t even hear himself yell the two simple words. The noise of the battle was, in a word, intense. Explosions from the bays of missiles mounted on the walls, the whirr of helicopter blades, the screams of fallen men, the constant blasting of gunfire. John knew the sounds well, he fought in one of the wars. In fact, he used to work for the army they were now fighting. Didn’t seem to remember much about his service.
‘Sket didn’t have much to remember. Actually, he started existing earlier that week. All he really remembered was it was rather chaotic. But that’s the way he liked it. Firing another missile a good distance away, he continued lashing his whip and unloading belt after belt of ammunition into the enemy ranks.
But there were too many. Another jet of flames escaped ‘Sket’s mouth, and John continued firing his shotgun, blast after blast. He was started to regret refusing the mechanic’s offer for earplugs.
A bolt of lightning struck a man roughly twenty feet from Samarsket, sending a wave of sound that nearly knocked John deaf.
Looking up at the wall, he saw Tobias smiling, weaving his magic and cascading it downwards. Further down was a large Gatling Gun that was firing at a ridiculous rate into the enemy ranks. A large missile flew up from one of the tanks and collapsed a large chunk of wall, sending the gun pitching over the edge into the ground below, along with several massive slabs of masonry that probably caused more than a few casualties.
Samarsket let loose a near-deafening roar that set quite a few of the soldiers off balance, allowing him to quickly dispatch them with a long lash of his whip, followed up with a stream of bullets.
On the wall, the situation was somehow even more hectic. Engineers ran left and right, repairing machinery that had taken fire, manning weapons that weren't dead yet, and barking orders left and right. Snipers were positioned on large turrets, eliminating larger targets with deadly efficiency. Ivan was the general of the entire force by only a few minutes; McCullen had been shot. He was the mechanic that had worked on Sket’s suit, and engineering is what suited him. The command of the entire force was too damn stressful, even though there wasn't much left to command. A few machines here, a bomber there. He ordered another wave of missiles fired from the bays on the walls, then looked around when he heard nothing.
All the bays had been emptied.
A string of profanities and oaths escaped Ivan’s mouth when the absolute realization hit him: They had lost.

Tobias had known it before the rest of them. His father was A’thery, God of the sky, and his mother Kithara, Goddess of magic. Despite all his lightning and prayers, he could simply not cut a void in the opposing force that was not immediately filled. He had summoned an entire tornado, but even that wasn't enough. Every soldier that died was immediately replaced. It was chaos unending. The worst thing?
There wasn't anything he could do. Tobias had spent his life used to getting what he wanted. After all, he was a demigod. Even in his recent time on the earth, he’d had pretty much everything he’d wanted. This feeling of hopelessness, like being pinned under a burning couch, was too much for him. He looked over at Demetria.
The battle wasn't wearing on her nerves quite as much. Her father was Dmitri, god of war, her mother Kalia, Goddess of love. Given this mix of passion and violence, she was interested in fire from a young age, and had always pursued it to dangerous ends. She was standing next to Tobias, perhaps too close, hurling balls of fire onto the enemy lines.
“Evac the entire city. We're losing bad, can’t take any risks keeping civ’s in this place.” Ivan yelled over the noise into a headset, walking past them. Turning his head, Tobias tried to follow the conversation. “Send them out through the tunnels, fast as you can. We don't have much time.”
Turning back to the battle, Tobias began weaving another net of lightning.
Amy was up on a turret when a missile had blown down a huge chunk of the wall. She narrowly escaped with her life, while the other snipers were too slow. Tears welled at the edge of her eyes; She'd been friends with one of them. Elrune, she thought his name was. Get a grip on yourself! She mentally shouted. You can cry later. Running down the length of the wall, she stopped in front of Ivan.
“Did we lose any snipers?” he asked, holding button on his headset.
“Eight, sir,” she replied, the tears returning.
“Bollocks!” he shouted, walking further down the wall. Amy repositioned herself along the wall, but the motivation wasn’t there. They had lost.
Samarsket was still in the fray when the signs of damage started to show. He could no longer burn enough to heal his wounds, and John had gotten pretty beat up as well, having taken a bullet to the shoulder. As far as he was concerned, if he could use his shotgun, he could stay in the chaos. ‘Sket had exhausted his belts of minigun ammo and array of missiles, and had simply resorted to flame and whip. Breathing one last jet of flames, he leapt into the air, and landed outside the group of soldiers, Running, he came into twenty feet of the wall, and hurled himself into the air. Grabbing onto the wall, he used his the steel plates on his wings to shield himself while he climbed, and was at the top in thirty seconds.
Ivan ran past, with a slight smile at the chaos and utter destruction Samarsket had caused. He was also pleased to see that the armor he build was in one piece, albeit a little battered. John jumped out of the shoulder cockpit, and smiled at Samarsket.
“We should do this again sometime,” he said, before running off to see a medic.
Samarsket leapt onto the roof of a nearby building and watched as people surged out of buildings and towards the center of the city, presumably where the tunnels were.
John ran down the walls until he reached where Tobias was standing.
“Sorry to interrupt,” he said between heavy breaths, “But Samarsket’s out of combat. They’re gonna come surging forwards with nothing to stop them. They’re gonna start scaling the walls.”
A ladder positioned itself against the wall, but Demetria quickly blasted the thing with fire. Rani came running down the wall, mad with delight, as two medics chased after him. John shuddered. That man had always unnerved him, even if only slightly.
And suddenly, John’s jaw dropped in horror as a massive ball of fire came hurtling towards the wall.
“RUN!” he yelled, taking off down the wall, trying to escape what seemed inevitable. In a matter of seconds, Tobias and Demetria had followed him, with whoever else was on the wall close behind.
There was a sound that probably woke the people on the opposite side of the earth, and a blinding light.
When it faded, John was still running, as a huge crack formed in the masonry in front of him. He leapt over it, and continued running, trying to beat time itself.
Another huge crack formed, but only Tobias, Demetria, and John were able to leap over it before the massive slab of stone fell downwards into the city.
Continuing the mad sprint against physics, they ran across the wall until they were sure nothing more would crack. Looking behind them, they were greeted with a scene of absolute horror.
A huge section had completely collapsed, and soldiers were already sprinting over the rubble and into the city. Civilians screamed in terror as they ran towards the center, where they practically dived into the tunnels.
Soldiers fired mercilessly upon them, working their way to the center as well.
John picked up a spare shotgun from against the wall in case he needed it, when Sket picked him up, threw him into the cockpit, and leapt into the city, leaving John hardly any time to get belted in.
“Good to see you back!” John shouted, the pain from his wound temporarily nonexistent as he loaded his gun. Samarsket leapt from rooftop to rooftop until he worked his way to the center of the city, where the scene would have horrified nearly anyone.
Blood slicked the pavement, where people, families, ran in terror from bullets cast their way. People lay dead left and right, in heaps across the sides of the streets, as soldiers kicked them out of the way to make more room.
Samarsket landed in the middle of the road, and immolated a row of soldiers with fire from his maw, as John fired again and again, yelling obscenities and taunts at the soldiers. The people in the streets bent on their knees, yelling ‘our prayers have been heard!’
“No prayers were involved in the making of this product!” John yelled after firing another shell.
No one heard him. It didn't matter; let the people believe that he was some sort of angel. He allowed himself a smile at the concept.
Samarsket picked up a soldier, and threw him into the enemy lines, knocking over a few other soldiers, before the thrown body exploded, sending flames and gore across the area.
“How’d he do that?” John wondered aloud.
Samarsket, who was clearly having way too much fun, was devising strange and cruel ways of killing the soldiers with each other. Ripping off a man’s arms and beating him with them, using a soldier as a mace, bowling with large chunks of stone—It made John want to laugh and be sick at the same time.
There was only time for one of those.
Laughing maniacally, he fired round after round into the soldiers, while ‘Sket breathed fire and lashed his whip.
They fought on, right up until all the civilians who had made it that far had been dropped into the tunnels.
They saw a dome of blue force moving down the streets, and soldiers ran towards them in fear, not realizing that what lay ahead was probably much worse than behind. ‘Sket gleefully annihilated them with wave after wave of fire, never seeming to run out of energy. The bubble of force evaporated right in front of them, and inside was anyone still on the walls, including Amy, Tobias, Demetria, and Ivan. Out of a hospital on the side of the street rushed a group of medics, and several patients, including Lucy and Rani.
John watched as another wave of soldiers came hurtling down the street.
“Come on!” he yelled.
One by one, everyone jumped down the hole and started running, with Sket and John last. John jumped out of the cockpit and down the hole, landing with a thud. Ignoring his pain, he started running down the dimly lit tunnel, with ‘Sket leaping down afterwards.
Turning around, ‘Sket essentially screwed anyone who hadn't already gotten into the tunnel by breathing a huge jet of flames into a large rock near the entrance of the tunnel, softening it. Lashing out with the base of his whip, he threw the chunk into the ground, creating a solid block that prevented anyone from entering without serious mining equipment.
And as they ran, every single one of them knew the simple fact: They had lost.

There's two villains committing mass murders in Lost Haven. Icon confronted them; however, in his first confrontation, since he was weakened from his visit to the Valor Institute, Icon was no match for his opponents (Nightmare and Soulfire). Iron Knight has been summoned by STRIKE (who has not yet come open to the public) to Lost Haven from Virginia in order to help combat Nightmare and Soufire). However, Iron Knight had a run in with another metahuman named Ramsey. Their combat ends with a draw (slight advantage Iron Knight).

Lyger was dumped by his recent girlfriend, who left all of the sudden during the night without saying goodbye. His mentor is still mad that he brought her to their secret base. Lyger is also investigating the Nightmare incidents, but is told not to engage.

Will add my characters later...
