Well played indeed....OMG Do you see what you've done! I was cool with my little old "watch me eat a t-rex hollow in one gulp" routine but you just haaad to make it a big deal! Now the whole soul society is gunna come looking for me. That can only mean good things! XP I'll remember you, you cunning little...what exactly is Ujauja by the way? I get that he's capable of adapting and changing his form, but is that just on a smaller scale or does his entire appearance change? If not what does he look like generally...A giant hollow locust with nine heads?

This is his adjuchas form.
Looks like an insect with a large beetle shell (formed from a gillian mask split down the middle), 9 locust heads with hollow masks and humanoid spines running along the necks.
From under the shell stick out a whole bunch of segmented limbs, with hands, claws and pincers.

He'll go arrancar soon though, then he'll be humanoid with the leftover mask forming a ridge on the top of his head like a headband, the spines hanging behind it between the dreadded hair.

Well aside from having your character behave like a total bad ass deserving of the swankiest of sunglasses by plowing trough a sea of hollow?
You are the GM, so you control the environment.
Post about how the battle escalates, have the Espada arrive along with the mysterious new leader you mentioned.
This is the perfect moment for the hollow cavalry.
Double up the pressure!
