Plasteel has the density of aluminum anyways, so a rogue space wind could probably fuck shit up, lol.

On a secondary note, the Imperial shuttles are made for hangars instead of docking clamps, so there goes your boarding party's chance, since Stormtrooper/clonetrooper armor isn't space proof.

You know, I just now realized that plasteel could be a portmaneu of plasma and steel, not just plastic and steel.

I always wondered what it was called when you mesh two words together, so thanks for that - awesome.

Is your ship going to jump to the edge of the system or fight it out with us?

Posted. Boarding party got hit with a smoke, plasma, poly, mutagen grenade. A staple of SS13 instacritting.

And yeah, it's a mix of plasma and steel without the volatility of plasma. The SS13 plasma is hellishly dangerous; a single canister of 4500 KPa has the potential to burn three times hotter then our sun, with five times the pressure, and lights up with a single spark.

EDIT: Hellmix recipe used in this grenade.
Two beakers, grenade assembly, timer. Timer goes in the assembly, then the beakers, then screwdrivered together.
10u sugar, 10u plasma, 30u polyacid in one beaker, 10u potassium, 10u phosphorus, 10u sulphuric acid, 10u aluminum, and 10u mutagen in the other beaker.

I shall await Click This and then we shall move along. I'll give her a day before I do so.

Of course y'all are free to abandon her if you wish. As the Gm though it would reflect poorly if I left her behind :P

Oooh! Thanks for the recipe. My next shift of SS13 as chemist should be interesting.

Hey, speaking of the Exodus, how are we going to get it out of the system? And we should probably include the Normandy in one of our groups, too. I'd help the Exodus, but my ship can't transport other ships. I mean, I guess we could try dragging it, but that doesn't seem... healthy.

And RogerD, IC my characters are going to want to run the hell away. OOC, however, my plan is to throw enough incompetence in there to allow for the at least escape of your ships. So, in other words, we're fighting until you guys retreat. Well, actually, I'm not entirely sure how we're going to fight with most of my weapons offline at the moment.

Edit: Oh, and do we want to split the party into three groups, or all of us meet up as one? I'm just thinking out loud.

Normandy might not exist soon. Will throw the guy another PM to ensure he is around but he has posted once in the OOC and once in the IC I don't have my hopes up. Though I'm not dragging it out of Coruscant orbit if he isn't around. Noble is different as he has pm'd me about it.

Exodus has light speed capabilities. In the lore, the reason you don't see the engines is because they had to be hidden from sight after MC Escher's solution to no gravity. (Or, atleast, in the Gooncode lore.)

Where's our comic Queen? Do we get one last Coruscant based one before we flee the scene? :P

Well we can win short term here, but long term they'll just throw ships at us till be cave I guess, so running is a good plan. Maybe to the edge of the system and maybe all agree some coordinates?

I'd be inclined to say one party, then if we decide to split after that so be it. In fact it would be quite interesting if did exactly that.

Well the thing is, as GM magic I'll be the one to run first. with Echo and we'll stop at the edge of the system, as far as I am aware Hyperspace is faster than Warp. So we'll get there first, you scan and see us. Are all like "WOAH It's those guys." And stop, all we need to figure out is how to get Flamelord and co there.

Wraith hyperdrive is likely faster than OTL Warp, not so sure about nuTrek though. If you look at the script or novelisation of First Contact it took the Ent-E around 3 days to get to Earth (there is a cut scene obviously). In nuTrek that do Earth to Vulcan in five minutes (change of a shirt) which is 12 light years away. Then reach Kronos is hours in nuTrek, or virtually instantly on the way back. In short nuTrek is hideously fast, and it is why Click This made mention of it resembling slipstream which can cross around 10k lyrs in an hour.

Hope that helps you gauge it's rough velocity?

Well we could conveniently just drop out in the rough area? It was the same idea we had last time to go just out of the system. The Imps wouldn't check it as it is too close and it lets us get our bearings.

Not to be confused with the Slipstream my ship uses, which is totally different and can be either really really fast or really really slow.

Cool, I need to wait for CT anyway.

Which if good make the Asgard drives look slow in comparison. We should all get some of those.

Not to mention Halo Slipsteam space, which is all sorts of Laws-of-Physics breaking weird.
They put another crew on the job we were supposed to handle, so we are in a hotel lobby with nothing to do. I'm going to see if i can hammer out a post before they fix their mistake.

Look forward to it. Also me and Echo were discussing, are you Shielded halo or Un-Shielded Halo?

Autumn Class Cruisers were designed and constructed before human capital class energy shielding was invented sadly : (. The earliest known human vessel with energy shields were the UNSC Infinity-class warships and Strident-class heavy frigates. It would be possible that Autumns could lose some of there cargo space to be retrofitted with the technology but unlikely (Can confirm, Icarus does not have shields at this time). All tho I am debating how effective 3 meters of Titanium-A battle plate would be against Turbo lasers, Ion cannons, and other Ship-to-Ship weapons. Thoughts?
