Dont Melt- This one serves more as a defense mechanism, the user is able to let off Immensely hot steam that can melt flesh quite quickly against those that get near him, he can only do this a few certain times so he has to use them carefully and the target also has to be careful himself. Shikai skills: His shikai is special the circles lighting up on the blade are an indication of what he might be using. if its green could be a wind attack, red a fire attack, etc.

1. Hot rock- With the red circle activated he can kick up a piece of the earth and set it on fire before he sends it flying at the target, he can do this with multiple big or tiny rocks, the bigger rocks obviously having more of an impact but slower, while the smaller ones can cut with the speed, and burn through the target. 2.Slippery when wet- With the blue circle activated the user starts to spin around with the blade pointing at the ground, little by little water spins around his feet, and it also stay around his feet to even as he moves. With this it can be defensive and offensive, as he can move it to his will by moving his left hand, so if he gets close to the target he can move his left hand and make the water slam into the person with great force and then move it back to being around his feet, he can do the same with defending as well. 1. Torrent shot- By opening up showing the fan part the User swings the giant fan down sending what looks like a gust of air at the target, but really its several wind strikes, that pound into the target(cooldown 3 post)

5. God slash- With the weapon closed, the user hold the weapon behind his back, then brings it above his head and downwards with incredible force. This sends out a humongous wind arc, that even if the enemy block can still crush them with its power, truly it takes a truly strong person to be able to withstand this and not be moved or hurt

You will die- The user with the fan open starts swing it like crazy all around him with begins to create a tornado around him, but then it starts to cover around Neil until it becomes incredibly dangerous armor to those that try to attack him, as the wind pressure around him is immense, and it can easily cut through people by just running through them. Sending out wind arcs is quite easily to do, all he has to do his throw a punch and he can send out a powerful wind arc. There is a way to fight him up close, it just takes effort of its own to stand near him during this. ( Last five post, cooldown a day)
