Question: Though this doesn't affect me (and I'm not sure if anyone has asked this/if this has been covered, though I have not seen it), how are promotions handled on here? Would there be a smooth shift like Path of Radiance where when a player becomes strong enough, they can automatically promote, or are we still using Master Seals? And also, if Master Seals are being used, would there be Second Seals for class shifting? I would assume the latter would be no, because most people should be satisfied with the class they initially choose, but I figured I'd raise that question.

I think promotions would be a person training with swords and magic. I don't really believe in Master Seals; "Oh, I wanna be a mage!" *poof* "I suddenly have many years of experience!"

Yeah, I never liked the shifting between classes either. So cool, a sort of Path of Radiance-esque promotion system. I likey. :)

My belief in a person being able to use magic, as said in one or two of the Fire Emblem games themselves, is that they have to be a direct descendant of a magic wielder and their bloodline in order to actually have minimal compatibility with it.

Anyone who doesn't have the ability to use magic and they are actually from magic blood are very resistant to magic.
