No, but I just finished it with about half the length since I couldn't go through rewriting it. However, I will add more detail IC when she discusses it and such ya know.

It's been awhile since I've written out a character that actually has morals. It's gonna be strange.

This out flowing of enthusiastic, dedicated applicants is making me tear up guys. I half expected this thing to get three players and then die.

But yeah, once again, great ideas. We'll begin as a newly formed Cadet Squad about to finish training. Let's say it's because we all want to be Scouts, that'll be the aim of the squad. Solace's character Elaina that's alreay in the Scout Regiment could be working as a mentor for the cadets, preparing them for the realities of the Regiment.

Biography:
Laura Strasse is a simple and uncomplicated person. Born in the industrial district Klorva of Wall Rose, Laura firsthand watched her parents forced into hard labor every day in manufacturing in the factories, with little chance of bettering their condition or standing. Then when her father was injured in the steel foundry where he worked, Laura realized she was likely to share his fate as the ruling nobility were pressing workers harder and harder with little regard to their safety. Instead of manufacturing, Laura chose to go into the military, with the intent to join the military police and secure a comfortable life for herself and her remaining family within Wall Sina.

While she only ranked number thirteen in her trainee division, Laura was accepted into the Military Police corps with the patronage of MP Officer Magnus who ordered a special exemption after a sudden number of losses of MPs and recognition of her 3DMG ability. With the status of being an MP, Laura was able to arrange for her mother to be moved to the Stohess District in a more comfortable life. In turn, she effectively became Magnus' hound, assisting in his duties and acting as his proxy in more illicit activities (although their relationship was never sexual). While a firsthand witness and even participant of the corruption of the Military Police, Laura passes it off as the natural order of things and even something to manipulate to her own benefit and to her family, although Magnus hammered in a strict regimen of regular 3DMG training and usage to ensure she wouldn't go soft either.

Then the fall of Wall Maria changed everything. Deployed among the MP's to control the waves of rioting and panic, overseeing ration distribution and farmland development, Laura was on the frontlines of the war within the walls to maintain order and security at any cost, forcing her out of her comfortable life. This only made Laura more determined to protect her privileged status as a MP to avoid the fate of the failed reclamation army. Presently, she is now attached with the trainee corps to assess the worth of their Top 10 to join the military police, and possibly play a patronage game of her own.

I've only finished the anime series of AoT, haven't read the manga besides up to like...Chapter 40-Something.

Will create a CS some time, though I'm a bit busy with other RP's, so I'm sorry if I don't manage to post a CS and join.

I remember how AOT and Breaking Bad ended on the exact same weekend, and I said I would hold off from reading the AOT manga.
I didn't last an hour.
I caught up to the latest chapter that very night and ever since then I've been caught up. >_>

Yeah everyone was accepted. I'm going to try to start a character list as well to help keep up with everyone.

Alright, now that we've got enough people, let's start the IC.

I'm thinking we could begin with our respective characters having it explained to them that they're being grouped together because of their abnormally adept combat skills and desire to join the Scouts. This is where Solace's and Skylar's characters would come in, working as mentors/evaluators for the Cadets. If no one else signs up, we'll just have an NPC from the Garrison Regiment working as a mentor to keep things realistic.

So, we'll introduce the mentors, have the cadets meet each other and socialize (a few of them might already know each other, if the players want to go that route) and then RP some elements of their more exciting training, time skip to graduation and etc. then get on with the exciting points of the roleplay.

Biography:
Unlike most civilians within the wall who made their living selling materials and food for example - the Takeshi family made their living through entertainment. But during this new Titan Era, entertainment was a dying field. People no longer roamed the streets looking for joy, the roamed it looking to survive. These people were no longer feeling joy, only sorrow and fear, taking refuge within the massive walls that were created.

Sano and his family stuck to playing their music and singing in attempt to change how people saw the world, but it made no difference. Every time they caught a glimpse of hope, a Titan stripped it away, accumulating the wall and bringing forth rumors. It was a struggle to live this way. Sano would play his acoustic guitar, one given to him by his grandfather. He could also sing, but never did it for the public, he didn't think his voice would have any effect - since his father's didn't either. His mother played a flute, a beautiful lady and glorious melody. Even she failed to change the people's view.

But when the Colossal Titan pierced the wall, hope was completely erased. First, Sano's father was murdered like the thousands of people who witnessed the mass event. Rocks flew everywhere crushing everything in its path. Titans of all sizes roamed the city like a plague - it was chaos. In the end, Sano's mother fell into a state of grief, just like everybody else. Sano himself was also affected, basically losing both his parents. He continued to play, but like before, it was hopeless.

In attempt to change that, he decided to join the Cadets in order to defeat the Titans. He believes that if they are all destroyed, music will once again bring life to the soulless.

Other:
Currently, Sano plays his guitar to himself. He hums the tunes of old songs he sang with his parents, and new songs he wrotes. He feels that his music wont help - not until he rids of the Titans.

Quick question ahead of time:

There won't be any canon characters, correct? If so, may I control the Commander of the Survey Corps when the time comes?
As rinnee might remember, I used to control the Commander back in our old AOTRP, and fortunately, I still have his character sheet intact.
This is unless someone else wants to make their own Commander of the Survey Corps. If someone else wants to, I'll back off of all the authority >_>
