Since the days of old, human beings have always been preyed upon by those creatures that dwell within the world in the shadows. For century's mankind were helpless to the might of the creatures of the night, and it seemed these dark forces may reign forever. Humanity was on the brink of destruction until the intervention of the a clan of warriors comprised of the most skilled fighters, tacticians, and inventors from everywhere around the globes came together with the purpose of hunting and destroying the creatures of the supernatural that would cause
humanity harm. As the centuries passed this clan of warriors became an organization known as The Slayers, a group of men and women dedicated to hunting the supernatural creatures that harmed humans.

Centuries have passed since the founding of The Slayers, and their existence is necessary to keep the human race safe. A experienced Slayer by the name of Mathias Blackwell is one of the organizations top Slayers and has given half his life to the order. Mathias adopts a group of children and trained them in the ways of a Slayer in order to carry on his legacy. Now the kids are in High school and must deal with hunting creatures of the occult as well dealing with the trials of everyday High school life.

Name: Mathias Blackwell

Short bio: A very powerful and skilled slayer, Mathias devoted his entire life to the Order. He was sent on a mission to slay a witch who was moonlighting as the caretaker at an orphanage and had been sacrificing the children to gain more power and then would lie and say they were adopted off. He infiltrated the orphanage during one of these rituals and killed the witch. Once she lay dead, in a sudden moment of compassion he took the surviving orphans in as his own and trained them to be Slayers.

[Name: Samuel Blackwell

Appearance:
Short bio: Samuel was abandoned by his Mother when he was 4 and left him in front of the orphanage he has no idea why nor does he care. Since then he was the defiant one in the orphange always questioning when one of the kids would be "adopted" out of the blue and would stand up for the other kids. This put him at odds with the witch caretaker who beat him constantly for challenging her. He was actually set to be the sacrifice the night when Mathias killed her. He taken to the Slayer lifestyle well and finds it an excellent way to work out his aggressions

Short bio: John had been at the Orphanage for a long time. He had been left on the doorstep when he was only six months old, when the caretaker wasn't a witch. And one day the caretaker disappeared. And the witch was there. John had just turned four. John always had a way with people. He could find out what made them tick. He was always the most charismatic kid in the house, and he used it to stay. He was always suspicious about the random adoptions. He was four, not stupid. John didn't take to the lifestyle of a slayer at first. He didn't believe in execution without trial. But he quickly learned that execution without trial, saved the world a lot of pain.

Age: 17
Appearance:
Short bio: Lin was dropped off at the orphanage at the age of 4. He held a deep hatred for that place especially when the witch showed up. Among the kids he was definitely the most secluded and introverted although this changed when he became a slayer with his brothers and sisters, he used to try and keep as much distance between him and the caretaker, although it didn't help much it kept him out of most trouble. Sometimes he would sneak out late at night to go stay at his childhood friend's house and sneak back early in the morning. Lin had always had a sense of adventure and to this day sometimes wanders off on his own to god knows where, and most of the time he gets lost around the city.

Appearance: Gwen is quite sickly and thin, she always has been. She has very very long black hair, and dark brown eyes, she has pale skin and a small spattering of freckles, she is quite short, she's shorter than most girls a year younger than her.
Short bio: The night Gwen was left on the orphange was a very cold and rainy one, she was only 3 months old, luckily her blanket provided some warmth to keep her alive, but she was only discovered in the morning and took a long time to recover, as she grew older she realized she wasn't making as quick progress with the slayer training as her 'sibilings' and felt she had failed her 'father' although she never told him.
Slayer Weapon: A kukiri enchanted by an african witch doctor, it causes the limb struck with the blade to be frozen in place.

Bio: Jeffery lived in an orphanage all of his life, never talking to anyone. He was always bullied but chose to ignore it rather than fight back. Then one day he found a knife and when these bullies tried to mug him, he stabbed them. None of them died as it was just to make a point: that Jeffery is to be feared.
