Cassandra nodded "I know" she said softly, "I just don't want to cause him terror" she said, feeling like she was the worse person in the room. She tried to smile, and managed a small one, "mom? Seriously, what does that make you then?" She said to Lorenzo, shaking her head.

Maybe it was because she was the only girl in the group, or maybe she just thought things through too much, or maybe she just saw things differently. She didn't know. But she would try, because it was important

Same way im afraid of you going into rage that cant be stopped and me being unable to stop myself from hurting everyone" Lorenzo said following kiddo response to what Cassandra said "we all have fears and some of us have a bad past we would like to stay in past but we need to face them together eventually otherwise we might not be a real team, so for the time being lets let this day end and be back to how we were before since thankfully I don't need to keep my tail in my pants anymore since now you guys know." Lorenzo said softly considering he hasn't showered or eaten the entire day since this whole mess started and it was getting pretty dark outside to go out and eat. Thankfully Lorenzo could look forward to lunch on ren tomorrow, since he had all these fears about his friends trying to hurt him when all they want to do is protect him. Lorenzo went over to Cassandra "lets just see what tomorrow will bring sis. This day has been emotional on all of us so we should try and take our time getting used to it, after all half demons for friends isn't something to get used to overnight but just remember guys we only change when we open our blades....heh kinda rhymes"

The reaction from Cassandra was the one he expected from them all. He fully expected them to doubt, but there was nothing to do about it. The only thing he could do would be to prove her wrong. He steeled himself for what was to come, it would be arduous but he would see it through. Not just to overcome his past, but to be able to be there for his friends.

He listened to them banter. Kiddo, wanting them all to come together. Lorenzo, wanting things to be the way they were and trying to joke. And finally Cassandra, solemn, and hopeless, her tone and face suggested the desolation of her feelings. She has to hate me, but I can't let that stop me. I need to make up for this. To her, and to everybody. He gave a weak smile at a few of Lorenzo's lame jokes, and couldn't help thinking of retorts. He kept quiet, even so. It didn't feel right to chip in after that, especially not like a comment about Lorenzo being like a creepy uncle. Definitely not the time for jokes. Not yet anyways.

Kiddo chuckled at Lorenzo's Rhyme. "Well everybody. I'm going to go. It's been a long day and I'm tired." Kiddo said while walking up to Ren and slipping $50 in his pocket. It was more then enough for their lunches tomorrow. Ren didn't notice which was good.

Kiddo waved and exited the room with a smile. "Glad we got that sorted out." Kiddo said out loud to himself as he walked to the vending machines with a smile. When arriving he opened his wallet and saw $2. "Not much but it'll buy me some chips and a soda." Kiddo said putting his money into the machines. He got a coke and some BBQ chips. He then walked back to his room, opened the door and sat down on his bed. He was to lazy to check the mail today. I'll do it tomorrow. He thought.

After finishing his snack he took his shirt off, put on his pajama bottoms, wrapped himself up in his covers and fell asleep.

Cassandra nodded, and said goodbye to Kiddo when he left, she sat there for a moment silent, unsure what to do now, or even what to say. She bit her lip, looking down at her gloved hand, hating the curse of being what she was. She didn't want to hurt anyone, especially not her friends, and she didn't know if she could stop herself again. It had been painful and extremely hard, and she didn't know if she had the strength to fight it again.

She swallowed, and rose, going over to Ren, she gave him a hug. "I'm sorry" she said softly, "maybe I read too much or something, and look into things too deeply" she shrugged, standing there probably looking like an idiot.

She's... sorry? He felt out of place, if anything he felt in the wrong. In his opinion, she had done nothing wrong, he was just getting what he deserved. Distrust, and the like were expected, but to be forgiven so easily, it was unreal. She came to him and embraced him. He just sat there, unsure of what was happening. A flood of emotion enveloped him, leaving his mouth agape and his eyes wide. A stream of tears flowed from him as he silently cried.

"I-It's o-okay Cassandra, if anything its my fault." he said trying to compose himself. He stood up, embarrassed of the situation he was in. "I'm going to go to bed, thank you for talking. It meant a lot that you could hear me out. I'll do anything I can to make this up to you both. I promise." And with that, he ushered himself out the door.

Lorenzo smiled at his sister glad she wasn't being so hard on him or at least trying to get things better again. Lorenzo got up and he put his book away and he went to his bed not bothering to change considering how tiring this day was as he laid down watching them and starting to relax on his bed. Lorenzo could only hope that they could get along again and that ren would trust Lorenzo and Cassandra better once he felt more used to his friends being part demon. Lorenzo was just glad ren didn't ask who the father was cause then in the spirit of being truthful we would have to show him the birth marks that belong to one of the demon kings. that would make this situation become so much worse then it already is and maybe it would make ren not want to be Lorenzo or Cassandra's friends anymore. Once Lorenzo felt relaxed enough he started to fall asleep with his blade strapped to the low part of his back as he started to fall asleep

Cassandra sighed softly, and took the time to shower and change, drying her hair, and putting it up in a braid, before going to be. She dropped her backpack to the ground, and made sure her sword was leaning against the wall, and in reach, before curling up on her side and pulling the covers over her. She normally slept on her back, but decided that would be uncomfortable now.

She closed her eyes, and slowly breathed in and out, pushing her thoughts aside and let herself drift into a meditative state, which led to her falling asleep.

She woke early in the morning, and sighed, sitting up, rubbing her eyes, and looking about. She grabbed her new backpack, and transferred her gear into it, and rose, going to change, returning and sitting on her bed, waiting for Lorenzo.

Kiddo rubbed his eyes as his alarm clock rang. He looked at it and smiled, It's a new day. He thought cheerfully to himself. he then got up and grabbed all things he needed to shower. Kiddo showered then combed his hair. When arriving back at his room from the shower rooms he put in his contacts and put on the clothes he wanted to wear for the day. His new shirt and some normal jeans. Slipping his sword on his back and putting his dagger on his belt he went down stairs to his mail box. Nothing. He expected there to be nothing, the letter couldn't have sent in one day. Kiddo then debated on going to Cassandra and Lorenzo's room but decided not to, he was going to pay Ren a visit.

Kiddo arrived at Ren's door and waited outside a while. once his wrist watch said 7:45 he concluded Ren wasn't awake. Class didn't start right at 8 because of some kids eating breakfast. Kiddo knocked on the door. "Ren, wake up. It's almost time for school and we still need to eat."

Lorenzo yawned as he got up a little after Cassandra, when he woke up he instinctively reached for his sword and took it with him as he got a change of cloths making sure to take his pistol making sure he was always armed and ready as Lorenzo went to take his shower and relax and wake up to the day.

After a few minutes he got out and changed to get ready to go to school and he went upstairs then when he got up to the room he put all the books back into his bag and he waved for Cassandra to follow "we should get breakfast before we go to class" Lorenzo said as he walked down to the cafeteria to eat breakfast which was French toast and eggs today as Lorenzo got chocolate milk to drink as he started to eat

"Shit!," He yelled as he sprung out of bed, throwing on all of his clothes in a hurry. He'd woken up to Kiddo's voice, and he was running extremely late. I can't believe I slept through my alarm. As he gathered all his school items together he yelled to Kiddo who he figured was still waiting outside,"Just a second! I'm coming, I'm coming!" With that, he put everything he gathered together in his backpack and shot out the door, grabbing Kiddo by the arm as he sprinted by. "It's french toast day! We can't be late Kiddo! Let's move!"

Cassandra rose, strapping on her blade across her back, shifting her pack so that it was comfortable on her back as well. She followed, silent, grabbing a plate of breakfast and juice, sitting down with Lorenzo. She ate quietly, thinking to herself.

She hadn't had French Toast in months...and she swallowed around a wave of emotion. Sunday's had been French Toast day at home, and she'd always make it with her Mother. She dropped her fork, pushing away her half finished food.

She finished off her juice, and wondering what today would bring. She really hoped there wouldn't be a rouge demon again, and she glanced at the time, looking about for Kiddo and Ren.

"About time" Kiddo said while running with Ren. Kiddo loved French toast, it was one of his favorite foods. "I bet I can beat you there." Kiddo yelled with a smile as he darted in front of Ren. Kiddo ran as fast as he could and left the still half asleep Ren behind.

Kiddo darted to the breakfast line and grabbed him and Ren a big pile of French toast. He sat down next to Cassandra and said with his mouth full, "Good morning!" He smiled and waited for Ren.

Lorenzo smiled as he ate the French toast but saw that Cassandra had a tough time stomaching it but for what reasons Lorenzo didn't know. As Lorenzo ate he thought about how the next class would be considering that they were known as half demons, they would be treated different but hopefully not in a negative sense. However what Lorenzo made sure of was that he kept his glove on, cause although he trusted his friends he didn't trust the other exorcists here not to attack Lorenzo and his sister on sight if they knew that Cassandra and Lorenzo weren't just demon spawn but the very demon spawn of one of the kings. Just existing as a demon king spawn meant that Lorenzo and Cassandra were more then dangerous to everyone else including themselves but hopefully their lives wouldn't be in danger much anymore.

Lorenzo watched as kiddo and ren came down to eat breakfast with them and Lorenzo smiled slightly thinking that things were more or less back to normal before yesterday happened "morning kiddo and ren" Lorenzo said softly still trying to wake up a little before they had to go to class that day wondering what they would be studying now that the secret was out...

Cassandra greated Kiddo and seen when they joined them for breakfast, smiling slightly "it's impolite to eat with your mouth full, Kiddo" she said, glancing to the time "you should hurry and way , class will start soon" she added, as she went to empty we tray, before returning to the group.

She wondered what they would be doing today, considering they all wanted different roles. She doubted there would be the same training for doctor as there would be for Draagoon or Knight training. The same for a
Aria training. Would she have to double training, considering she wanted to be a Knight as well? Or rather didn't have a choice but to be a knight as well.

She would have to ask Oliva. She sat back down, waiting for the others to be ready, so they could head to class, "did you sleep well?" She asked them softly, making sure her sword and pack were right next to her

After swallowing his food Kiddo said, "Sorry, just in a rush. I was racing Ren here." Kiddo laughed and finished eating his side of the plate. He left the rest for Ren who had just walked into the cafeteria. "Hey Ren, I got a plate for us!" Kiddo yelled across the room. He was feeling super hyper and happy. He didn't know why though. He just felt like today was going to be a good day.

Lorenzo smiled seeing ren and kiddo come down as Lorenzo finished his French toast and he set up his stuff and he got up and lead the way to class "can't wait to see what this day will bring" Lorenzo said to then add he got into class and he got ready to make notes wondering what training the support roles will take considering Lorenzo is the fighter and his sister was the close range fighter and was meant to be the healer while ren was meant to be an aria

When they were already to head to class, Cassandra followed along behind, glancing about them, she wondered if there were any rumors about how a class of novices managed to take down a rouge, mid-level demon, bUt if there were, she hadn't heard any.

She sighed, and pushed the door open to the classroom, sitting down just as Oliva came in. Cassandra set her pack down, her sword as well, although that was closer then her pack to her. She played with her necklace, and waited for Oliva to speak

"Alright" Oliva said "today, we will split I t two groups. Lorenzo, kiddo since you are choosing more the fighting styles, you'll be learn them, while Cassandra and Ren will split off and learn more of how to support you, in their rolls"

Man, I never thought we would have to split up. Kiddo thought to himself when Olivia told him and Lorenzo they would be splinting away from Cassandra and Ren. Kiddo didn't want to split up. The group has just got back together. But, he also needed to learn so he accepted the fact and gathered his things while waiting for Olivia to tell them where to go.

Once they got to class Lorenzo was skeptical about splitting you the group but at least Cassandra and renwould have done time together while Lorenzo would stay with kiddo. Lorenzo kept his bags ready as he went and took his regular seat in class knowing that it was Cassandra and ren that would go into a different class room to teach not everyone else
