War.....war never changes... Before the bombs fell there were stories of strange beings who abducted humans and preformed strange experiments on them. Many believed that they were just a myth, a campfire story to tell to scare people at night, they were wrong..... In the year 2277 a lone wanderer by the name of Albert journeyed around the Capital Wasteland and was abducted by these strange beings to be used for there sick experiments, all seemed lost for this hero of the wastes. Fortunately Albert, with the help of other abducted fought there way through the ship and took over what used to be there prison from there captives, and most made it their home away from the wastes. This is where the Lone Wanderer decided to stay, to research the out of world technology in his new home and maybe return back to the wastes with new ways to bring the world back on it's feet. But one mistake will force the world to arm itself from a war against an unfamiliar enemy, the planet Zeta. But war, war never changes.....

Here are some rules, read them because you will be tested on these. (Probably)

YOU CAN DIE!!!!! Unlike in the video games you can't just stop combat to take a stimpak, or to heal yourself. If you are gonna heal yourself do it once there is no more combat.

This RP will be set in New Vegas, Capital Wastes, Point Lookout, and The Pitt.

You cannot use any special weapons from the games, you can make a weapon special by modifying it in RP. When fixing up weapons I don't want any "Insta-kills anything" only things to slightly help you (Laser pointer, grenade launcher, and any other attachments)

There are several factions you can join; BoS, Enclave, caravan, scavenger, NCR, Caeser's, Great Khan, Raider, slavers, ghoul, Junkie Etc.

Like most RP, the most romantic I want to see on here is kissing. Anything else will have to be done in PM.

You can have more than one character (Max. 3) although if you do have three I would prefer 2 main characters and your 3rd a minor character to help the story.

Your character doesn't have to be from settings from the games

If you read the rules type Quantum and turn in your Character Sheet.

Personality: overly excited and always rowdy but knows when to shut his mouth or get serious. Very laviscous and a complete pervert.
History: Born to slaves in the pitt his parents managed to hide him away from the gaurds until he was mistaken for a dumpster baby and taken care of by a raider leader until he was old enough to stand, then being sent to fend away anyone who attacked. Taking a suprising amount of his life away from his slave merch he eventually learned how horrid they were treated and left after unlocking the storehouse and slave pin. Now hoping to atone for his deeds jenkah searches the world to help those in need and makes his living as a mercenary Making many enemies with slavers and bandits alike he grew to become more and more dangerous.

Faction: Junkie/scavenger (Slowly giving up chems.)

Hometown/state: Point Lookout

Personality: Extremely paranoid due to the Jet, very short tempered, and jittery.

History: Born in Point Lookout being the one of the only people not inbred, Ron lived most of his life with Jet. He had no choice, his inbred family gave him the choice of either Jet or stay at the playground with the scary men (Feral Ghouls). At the age of 18 he decided enough was enough, he grabbed all his father's guns and his cousin's axe, and a bag full of Jet and ran away from home. He ran to a boat docked in front of the docks and told the captain to take him somewhere far away from this scum infested place. She told him of a place where it was a little more safer because of a "Messiah of the Wastes" that had helped her captain this boat. They arrived at The Capital Wasteland and the first thing Ron saw was a giant ship, he knew he had to check it out. This is where is story begin....

Extra info: Ron wears a weathered suit and a business hat to lose his Point Lookout past and hope for a better tomorrow. He has a hard time trusting people. (I mean look at the environment he grew up in.) He also got his name from hearing his pa always yelling "JET RUN!!!" Which he reversed to make Ron Jet since he wasn't really named by his family.

Name: Christopher Darter

Faction: Previously in a raider gang, now unaffiliated

Hometown/state: Megaton

Personality: Composed, self-reliant, unconventional, forward-thinking, adaptable, illogical, ungrounded, and indecisive.

History: Came upon a great deal of money after getting lucky during an elongated period of scavenging. At this point, he was by himself, moving from abandoned building to abandoned building, looking for the next best place to loot for the majority of his teenage years. But, there came a day where he was captured by raiders in his sleep after taking refuge in a building he didn’t bother to fully inspect. He was able to have himself captured and not killed by convincing the raiders to bring him to their gang’s leader.
Once brought to the leader of this gang, Christopher made for himself a compelling case on how he could help improve the profits this group could be making. And, happy with the promise of more riches, Christopher was accepted as the gang leader’s advisor at the age of 21.
There came the day where the gang leader died, just a few short years after he was accepted as his advisor, and Christopher had made a kind enough relation with the other gang members to become viewed as their new leader. Running strong for a few good years, making improvements to their workings that made the gang’s name known throughout many parts of their territory, Christopher soon began to fear being taken down. Those under him behaved well, and practically worshipped him. But leaders from other gangs began to realize how much of a threat Christopher had become.
After a few attempts on his life from hired mercenaries, Christopher made the spontaneous decision to steal from his own gang and lie low in a town far away from his prior territory, as now even the gang that used to love him wished him dead. After a journey quite detrimental to his health, he’s been lying low in Megaton, where the things he took from his gang have been allowing him to live comfortably and without the assistance of others.

Inventory: .357 magnum revolver, assault carbine, combat armor, motorcycle helmet, and a few Stimpaks

Extra info: Has difficulty walking after twisting his ankle while on the run. Never fully healed, but he can still manage to move… just not too quickly.
