Now that y'all have Stats. Just give me a little bit to post for the first IC post. Mostly just stating what is going on in 1900 and what nations can begin talking about. From that point, you can begin posting and sending me your orders for Wednesday (Thursday-Friday will be acceptable for this first turn)

^ Yeah...also are those the only available conscripts capable of being mobilized? Or are there more in reserves? The stats are very confusing as to their methods and don't really give much insight into how to improve them. At least on some categories.

For me, it's "Debt to GDP", why my equipment is 110%, and some of the whole numbers (how do you know if you need to improve them or if they're good and such)

This as well as some stats are not the same as on the front page, for instance we now have air ships?
I though you said you weren't going to do them because they where to complicated?

Also if a new invention is made, say for the sake of example an assault rifle in the 1900's (Not going to happen) would everyone else's equipment go down whilst the country making the new weapon go's up?

I'm going to make this clear. What Outcast did is none of my business. This format goes, not the one on the front page.

Debt to GDP is your debt as a percentage of your GDP. You've got a boatload of firepower. And you level them up.

Any inventions like that make your army level go up.

Equipment is more or less everything your units have. The more equipment, the more 'equipped' your soldiers are for combat.

I think it means how good your equipment is.

I will say, I definitively prefer percentages, or WiR: 1861's '5/5 Poor' system. It's much easier to understand than getting a single number.

I can understand that. However I will defend Dutch in his position that this is his system. Plus you must remember that this model has been specifically designed for the 20th century, while Outcast's is a different era entirely.

I believe Dutch will be adding sooner or later a quality feature to equipment. Where if you have a lot of poor quality equipment, you could be beaten by someone with less equipment but higher quality.

I guess for the solid numbers, if you want to know how good they are just look at everyone else in relation?
