totally fine with that Pathfinder :) a vague/unknown character in the enchanted forest can be just as important, especially if he starts to play a big role in Storybrooke

Name: Queen Elsa of Arendelle
Age: 21
Affilitation: Neutral-Good
Magical Capabilities: Elsa has control over ice, snow, and frost, able to create and control any of the above seemingly at will.
Weapons: N/A

Strengths: Elsa has an intuitive read on people that she trusts enough to risk open conflict when something doesn't seem to sit right with her. Groomed as the heiress of Arendelle, Elsa is a bright young woman with the education of a monarch-to-be behind her. Possess an elegant, regal disposition that commands respect.

Weaknesses: Harbors a deep insecurity and fear that her powers, and in a way herself, can only hurt those she cares most for. As a result she tends to be more distant than she needs to actually be.

Relationships:

[*]Her father, former King of Arendelle (Deceased)
[*]Her mother, former Queen of Arendelle (Deceased)
    [*]Princess Anna of Arendelle
[*]Kristoff Bjorgman, Royal Ice Master and Deliverer

Brief Bio:

Elsa, crown princess of Arendelle, is born with the elemental ability to create and control ice and snow. As a child, she uses her abilities to create a winter wonderland to play in with her younger sister and best friend, Princess Anna. One night, Elsa accidentally harms Anna with her powers. The king and queen of Arendelle hurriedly take Anna to a tribe of mountain trolls to be healed. While healing Anna, the trolls inform the royal party that Elsa's abilities will grow, becoming both beautiful and very dangerous so she must learn to control them. While the trolls erase Anna's memory of the incident and of her elder sister's powers in general, Elsa is traumatized by the event. The king and queen begin taking measures to control and hide Elsa's ice abilities: the castle gates are locked, and Elsa is shut away in her bedroom for most of the time. She is given gloves to help suppress her powers and is told to suppress her emotions as well, but her powers continue to grow even stronger and she becomes constantly fearful of harming those she cares about most. Meanwhile, Anna is hurt and confused by the sudden loss of contact with her elder sister and tries without success to coax her out of her room. Their parents, the king and queen, are later killed in a shipwreck when the sisters are teenagers, leaving both feeling even more isolated.

As Elsa becomes a young adult, she is set to formally succeed her late father and be crowned Queen. Shortly after her coronation Elsa accidentally exposes her powers, deciding to flee rather than stay and face the fear and questions. Through a series of events Princess Anna attempts to save the new Queen, resulting in Elsa being the one to save Anna and all of Arendelle upon the facing of her fears, and a realization that love can truly conquer all. Never wanting such a thing to happen again, the new Queen of Arendelle began a magical apprenticeship in secret with the warlock Rumplestiltskin.

I'll get a post sometime tonight, I'm on a break from my chores for now but I don't have enough time for a full post. Before I do I'm going to read the last couple of pages and get a feel for where we are.

Here's my character, I tried to connect it with some of the other characters. I had a ton of ideas, so it was hard picking which one to try. I'll work on the storybrooke bio soon.

Name: Count Roland
Age: 35
Affilitation: Mostly good, but works for evil
Magical Capabilities: Superhuman and ability to survive physical trauma, magically compelled to follow the code of chivalry and obey his feudal lord
Weapons: His sword, Durendal, which is incredibly sharp and virtually indestructible.

Strengths: Roland has great willpower, and never gives up once he sets his mind to a task. He can work at task tirelessly, and concentrate well. He is very skilled swordsman, and can also ride a horse well.

Weaknesses: The bargain has made it so that he cannot form emotional bonds, which means that he has trouble understanding and relating to other people. It also means that he is oftentimes troubled and lonely, because he has no one for emotional support. He isn’t a very charismatic man, and has trouble understanding human psychology. He also cannot break his feudal oaths, even it would be beneficial to him. Roland loathes calling for help, believing that it shows weakness.

Relationships:
King Leopold (former feudal lord, deceased)
Queen Regina (current feudal lord)
Angelica (loved her before his deal with Rumpelstiltskin)
Rumpelstiltskin (made a bargain with him)
Rinaldo (cousin and fellow knight)

Brief Bio:
Roland is knight coming from a noble family, one that has a served the kingdom honorably for many generations. The ways of chivalry and combat came naturally to Roland, he accomplished acts of heroism even as a child. When he became an adult, he became one of the kingdom’s most trusted paladins, always known for putting his chivalric duties before personal concerns. One day, a princess from a far off land named Angelica visited in order to find a husband, and held a tournament to find the most noble warrior. The tournament was disrupted by the giant Ferraguto, who kidnapped Angelica, leading Roland and other knights to chase after her. The heroes eventually catch up to Ferraguto, and Roland slays him, freeing Angelica, who is grateful. However, Angelica does not love Roland, and runs away from him at the earliest opportunity. Roland searches for her, but receives word that the kingdom is under attack, and that they need his help urgently.

He realized that he should return home, but his grief sapped his willpower, and Roland found himself unable to make the journey. By chance, Roland happened to meet a man who could solve his problem, one commonly known as Rumpelstiltskin. He offered Roland a bargain, which would take away Roland’s grief, make sure that he would always serve the ruler of the realm, and uphold the code of chivalry. Roland accepted, not knowing the consequences of the deal, and felt his emotions slowly calm themselves. He traveled back to the kingdom, and fought off the invaders coldly and callously, finding himself no longer bothered by the bloodshed.

Roland never quite felt the same after making that bargain. Not only did he no longer want to be with Angelica any more, but he found his fondness for family and old friends was slipping away. He realized that Rumpelstiltskin’s curse had not just removed his fondness for Angelica, but that it had destroyed all of his ability to form emotional bonds and to feel compassion. It had replaced those desires with an unflinching adherence to the chivalric code, unguided by emotional concerns. The requirement for serving the lord of the realm means that he now obeys the command of queen Regina, a woman that the old Roland would have never followed. His code prevents him from doing some of the dirtiest work, like harming innocents, but he has no qualms about ruthlessly enforcing the law.

Tanderbolt this is very, very well done and I approve 1000000%! (except your image link is broken) I'm excited to see your Storybrooke part of him, what do you think about making him the Sheriff of the small town? A sheriff that Regina has under her thumb to control and corrupt?

Also, Pathfinder...no worries. We are a kind of fast-moving group, I just don't want you to feel like we are leaving you behind lol

Also I have Day 1 and Day 2 character summaries posted on the very first IC post, that might help catch you up on whats happening unless you're talking strictly about what has happened since we came to Storybrooke. I haven't quite been able to catch up that far yet lol

Sherriff sounds like a great idea. The image works for me, if it's still broken for you I'll try rehosting somewhere else. Working on the storybrooke profile now.

2. jake wouldnt be 'new' to storybrooke...his 'memories' would have him believing hes been in storybrooke his whole life

Here's the storybrooke profile, let me know if anything needs to be changed.

Name: Robert Leland

Appearance:

Age: 35

Status and Job: Sheriff

Skills:
-Good Marksman
-Does not give up easily once he has decided to do something
-Physically fit, especially when it comes to endurance

Talents:
When he's not on the job or drinking, he likes to exercise, read french literature, or work on his model train set.

Strengths:
Very persistent and extremely loyal, good at following rules. Hard to persuade or charm. Can think quickly, and is not afraid to make tough choices.

Weaknesses:
Hates deviating from the letter of the law, and gets very upset when other people do. Poor understanding of other people and little empathy, no close relationships. Suffers from PTSD, which leads to bouts of depression and anxiety, often drinks excessively to manage this. Hates to ask for help, this is has not helped him manage his personal issues.

Relationships:
Regina Mills - Mayor of Storybrooke, and his employer.

Brief Bio:
Robert's a war veteran, he joined the army after 9/11 and nasty breakup. His multiple tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan have left him with a few nagging injuries and a bad case of PTSD. He had trouble adjusting to civilian life, his cold demeanor, lack of skills, and alcoholism meant that he never could never hold down a job for long. He moved between towns for a while, looking for work and frequently living out of his car. One day, he came to Storybrooke, and found work as a sherriff's deputy. Robert followed the rules well, and displayed a high degree of loyalty, even though he was never friendliest officer. When the old sherriff retired, Robert was promoted in his place.
