" more people making noise in a area the more infected come I would team as you say but I would stay in my place." She said before yawning and curling into a ball pulling up the blanket and yawning again in the room.
" I have food and fruit juice my base is just as good as yours. I also have a generator and a freezing mechanism. But ill stop by tomorrow." She yawned again " but I'm going to bed tonight. Night " she said before falling into a cat nap her ears open for all the noises.
Delilah turned to the girl when she mumbled something about blood at tracking the infected."no." Delilah fraud flatly. She stared at the girl for a moment wondering why she didn't know much about the infected. After all they were humans, well sort of.
Delilah glanced at Aaron when he mentioned the ladder, and told her to go upstairs. She growled to herself. She didn't mind helping fellow survivors out, but she didn't like how this people had made world war 3 out of her house into world war three. She looked to the side and headed down into the cellar. She grabbed a box and raced up to the roof. She pulled the ladder up and sat the box down by the edge of the roof. Then she pulled out a metal light that her dad had been perfecting before his disappearance. She flipped the switch and through it off the edge.
The group of infected did a simultaneous screech as a bright light engulfed the area. Within seconds the infected scattered.
Jeffery was quite bored outside since the infected left, so he bring out his more sarcastic side. He put on the saddest face and used a pitiful voice, "oh please let me in, oh please do," but his expression changed instantly back to annoyed and his voice returned to normal, "I can take care of my own damn self, but I've gotten lonely the past two weeks with no human interaction."
"Oh please let me in." Delilah heard a voice from the other side of the building. She walked over and glanced down at the stranger. He looked sad for a moment but then his face switched to annoyed. "I can take care of my own damn self, but I've gotten lonely the past two weeks with no human interaction." She knew that feeling. She looked at him for a moment longer before calling out to the stranger and pointing towards the ladder. Hopefully this wasnt a mistake, but hey she did have three more people in the basement,
Aaron watched the ambulance drive off, amazed there were any working vehicles anymore. He stepped over to the duffel bag that the man had dropped off. He opened it and saw all the guns. He gently lifted the submachine gun out of the bag and examined it. He liked how very small and easy to manage it was compared to the shotgun, but he also assumed it must be much weaker. He dug a little deeper into the bag and found the ammunition for the gun. He stopped as he spotted the grenades. He carefully pulled one out and stared at it. These were too loud. They would only be useful if they were feeling very desperate.
Aaron returned the grenade and mp5k back into the bag, and pushed it out of the way. He turned to the man and paused. Should he return the gun? This all seemed to be a misunderstanding, but he wasn't sure if he trusted this guy yet.
He turned his attention back to the window. The infected always grew in number as the night dragged on; they'd have to block off the window before they returned. He looked around the room and asked to no one in particular, "Is there anything we can push in front of the window?"
Charles drove the car back past the pet store and parked the ambulance near the entrance to the store. with the mask and glasses on he climbed the ambulance and looked through the window, gun up. he walked through toward the bag and grabbed a mag of pistole ammo, giving the man a light nod, he walked to the window and fire a few shots into the crowd. he turned to him "well if we are going to make noise and dye. we may as-well do it in-style hey?" the moonlight and ambulance lights bouncing off his glasses and the M1 pin.
Alexis woke up and walked to the hatch opening it. Holding up her goggles she shook her head. " I thought you were gonna show me around your base tomorrow not die, but if you will I have a lot of things to loot. " She said to the radio that was on her lawn chair. She had no connection with any of them and they weren't worth her life.
Alexis had a few infected near her base wandering the streets below. A few had gathered around a corpse that smelled a few days old. It could give her a good distraction to go but she wouldn't go. Maybe tomorrow to find survivors but not tonight she wouldn't make it home in time.

Destiny Watched the man dig in his bag, catching a glimpse of something small and oddly shaped. She had never seen grenades before and had no idea what they looked like. When the ,an asked for so,etching to push in front of the window she pointed timidly to a metal self. "c..Can we use that?" she softly asked. She didn't like being closed in with humans but she likes the idea of the infected even less.
(IOC sorry for the short post guys. On my tablet in a hotel.)
"great idea" with both hands he pulled the shelf down in front of the window, he pulled a grenade and threw it in the air catching it "cover your ears gents, this is going to be.... explosive" he popped the pin and dropped the grenade out the window bouncing along the floor of the alley way.
" for heaven's sake " Alexis shook her head now that she couldn't see she had nothing to say. Taking a swig from her jug of trout juice she headed back down stairs latching the hatch down. Going back inside she sat in her chair turning that radio on.
"Are you crazy?!" Aaron suddenly yelled as the sniper threw the grenade. "That explosion is going to-"
The ground seemingly shook as the grenade exploded. The street was briefly lit from the blast. Some of the nearby infected screamed at the light. Enraged, the infected began moving towards the source of the disturbance. The infected had not yet spotted them, but it was only a matter of time. Aaron gritted his teeth in rage. It seemed every time one of these survivors came along, the situation grew worse. He almost considered running away, but he'd feel bad if he left Delilah with these psychos. Then again, he'd probably die before it was morning anyway. He reached into his pocket and tossed the gun back to the man from earlier.
"Have it back. Probably won't make a difference anyway," Aaron grumbled.
"pessimist" he cocked the gun back, picked up the bag of guns and climbed back down the ladder and got back into his ambulance "come if you wish, dont if you wont. im off to go run some errands around town. good luck with the infected problem"
Harlan grabbed his gun off the ground. He checked the ammo and cocked back the slide making sure all his bullets were still there. Satisfied he kept the gun in his right and picked up his bag. He was going to leave now even though it was night time and the infected were wild all he had to do was get up on a rooftop and end back to his own. He wasn't going to stay around and help the people that had held him at gunpoint for tying to help someone , especially now that he had an escape route.and a momentary lapse of infected. He made his way outside after the strange ambulance driver. "Hey man can you spare any of those guns?" he decided to go for it and ask the guy. His glock was reliable but he was making a dangerous trip back to his rooftop and more firepower would always be helpful.
" Hello anyone still on the line or your still being stupid. " She said into the radio again at least if nothing responded tonight she could catch a easy break for the supplies.
the crackling static came on about being alive,l he picked up the radio "yep im alive and well, thogh your right. these kids wont make it to the morning" he took a mp5 and tossed it out the window to the guy. with that he started the engin.
Harlan caught the gun and nodded. "Thanks." He shut off the safety of the gun, made sure his bag was secure on his back, and called back. "Later I'd say its been fun, but id be lying." and with that he started walking down the street looking carefully out for any infected and way onto a rooftop.
