Isaiah urged Midas to move fatser to catch the falling light. His faithful horse truly lived up to his praise and they were their within minutes. Already a small crowd had formed and he recognized one as the wizard from earlier. Once he was closer though he instantly recognized queen Irenia. He practically fell off of Midas as he scrambled over to her. "My queen!" He looked up at the man as he poured something into her mouth from a flask. "Is she alright? What happened?"

Irena swallows the water and hears His Voice and raises her arm up shakily "I...Isiah?" her voice was horse and her eye fluttered open, she licks her lips unaware that blood was still there all over her and the road her body was bare and she blushed as she looked up to see his face and the wizards and two others "Your so handsome Isiah..." her voice trails off and she lets her eyes shut

Flair immediately pulled her hood over her head and face "Shes uh fine just bloody" She said quick and looked away from the soldier her breathing was heavy and her heart pounded. she dared not to look at the soldier other wise he might arrest her.

A horrified shriek pierced the air. A woman ran from one of the side streets into the street the queen had landed. Her eyes went wide at the sight of so many strange people standing around the bloody, naked queen. Seeing Isaiah, she ran to him and started animatedly babbling about a horrible omen.
"His skin was flayed from his body on all his limbs, leaving the red bloodied muscles bared to the air. His intestines seemed to have been ripped out. Only the torso had remained unskinned, but that too held a gruesome sight. The words of what seemed to be a

Isaiah looked at the queen and sighed. "I'm sorry I couldn't protect you my queen.." He looked at Dragomir and blushed. "The queen is simply delirious. She doesn't know what she's saying." Before he could do anything he was approached by the women clearly upset over something. "Miss, slow down. What are you talking about?"

Isaiah unhooked the cape of his uniform but stopped as another man draped his cloak over Irenia. "Thank you." He whistled for Midas who trotted over. He held his hand out to help Irenia onto the horse. "Let's get you back to the castle milady." He looked to Dragomir and the others there. "Thank you all."

Isaiah's eyes widened taken back by the queens comment. "You're clearly exhausted milady, you need rest." They were now past the castle gates and stopping at the stables so he could reign in Midas. He hopped off his horse and helped the queen down. "The princess will be happy to see you safe." He was still debating wether he should tell the princess what Dragomir told him.

The queen smiled "OK Lets go" she said as she walked away from him up to the castle she felt dizzy and couldn't control her words it was like she was thinking things and then they spilled out of her mouth

Galen studied the corpse. There was no doubt, this was the work of a darkling. They had arrived. He had to get to the queen quickly, or their presence might affect her control over her hidden powers. Walking towards the castle, he noticed that there was a greatly increased presence of patrols. Walking up to the castle gates, he was blocked by the two guards at the door who crossed their weapons in front of him.
"None are allowed past this point. The queen is resting and is not to be disturbed."
"Oh? That's unlike Irene... She's always so lively... Would you please let her know her old friend Galen has come to visit and needs to discuss an urgent matter with her? I would not have come were it not of the utmost importance."
And indeed, it was an act of desperation that had driven him to seek her aid. He only prayed that she would respond quickly... before he had to force his way into the courtyard to get her attention.

Since the queen hadnt gotten far she heard the commotion and looked back to see Galaen he was a good friend of hers, she walked over to the guards "Let him pass" she nearly growled and the moved aside quickly. the robe they gave her didnt leave much to the imagination but it covered her body quite well "Galaen, whats wrong?" she asked as he was beside her now walking with her to the castle.
