My apologies for being so late with my post. I've been busy elsewhere. I'll be posting another little event soon enough.

How should I incorporate Evelyn into becoming the tech for the rangers? Should she appear with Peter or should she find out later on?

Well, I do believe I teleported her with everyone else, so...yeah, let's go with the former. ...Don't worry about how to incorporate her becoming Ms. Billy. I'll find a way to take care of that, and take care of her becoming the "6th Ranger" later on. ^^

I don't see how, they have different names don't they?

Not to mention one's a regular power ranger, the other's a Psycho Ranger. Big difference there, but that would also I mean I would have to somehow form 8 more Psycho Rangers for everyone else. ...Which will be a little difficult, but luckily, I may not have to worry about that for a little while yet.

Hm, I'll probably be out of commission until things start happening in the normal world/the school again.

I wouldn't say that unless you want him to keep his magic a secret for a little bit. Otherwise, I can see him fighting off a few Putties that'll be sent over as the first invasion force.

It occured to me that the backstory I gave for Raekar/Panzer made little sense, so I changed it to be a little more mysterious, so that not even Zordon knows what happened to her. I also gave her an alternate human form, with any luck, her Feline-sapien form won't be appearing for quite some time.
