You are one hundred precent correct. As Silver mentioned, I had to rewrite everything, and I did play ME with full paragon. All those races you mentioned would most certainly be around. However, to prevent an overload of Council seats, I'm going to keep only the main races on the Council. Nothing against the others I assure you.

To address this. Though centuries have passed, technology isn't as good as Shepard's time. Given that each race had to essentially rebuild almost everything, I'd say an AI like EDI may not quite exist yet. The Geth are the one exception. I think with the ending I played through, they were destroyed along with the destruction of the crucible and Reapers. However, I'm still ironing out just how much present tech matches the old tech. If anyone wants to bounce ideas about, I'm more than open to that.

If you so decide to make a custom race, I won't stop you. However, I do ask you clear it by me first. I absolutely adore creativity with all my players, but ... you know, we need to keep it within reason.

As for armor, I ask that you again clear this with me. I have a technology hider check thing being made for the OOC that is meant to give everyone an idea where technology currently stands.

Nope, in battle they basically are a tank :3 they explain after you get their help in battle in the Citadel.

Silver fox is correct. In combat the Elcor compensate for their slow reactions by acting as weapons platforms. They mount guns similar in size to those on alliance vehicles on their shoulders which are controlled by advanced VI control systems.

They are often referred to as "Living tanks" by their allies.

They are like the Mako, or Firewalker, but on four legs. lol

And on what race we would choice, I'm thinking either an Asari, or a Salarian.

It's okay, it's sorta easy to miss since I think it's at the end of the game and if you don't go talk to everyone in each city (like I did) before battle) xD

And either is a good choice :3 we don't have anyone yet who wants to be a alien (minus Geth)

well then, I'd pick a Geth, I could say that it just happened to escape the blast radius of the crucible, or was reverse engineered =3
