Namely,
those who voiced interest already are free to continue making their character sheet. Those who ask to make one post this post will not be consider or placed on a waitlist if one of you should choose to opt out. Secondly, I'm going to revise the rules a bit. Same ones are still there. Just adding stuff for clarity as the story moves on and such.
Thirdly, I would like to post a starter next Monday.
Please have CSes finished prior to this coming Monday.---
