Chinatsu Hon
Konoha, Team 6

The next day, Chinatsu stood outside of the Hon Compound where the targets were with her bios and arrow in hand, needing to do something. Slowly, she readied her bow and nocked an arrow, aiming casually at the center of the target. Taking a deep breath, she let the arrow go and watched as it flew through the air. A smile on her lips as she watched hit the center of the target, accurte. She was always accurate, she could calculate her opponent movements into her aim and she could still hit them, easily. She was a Kunoichi now, sent from the Hon Estate and now lived in the leaf village as she did not feel like having to walk back and forth. Being a kunoichi meant that she would have to kill people, she would have to aim at vital points and not hold back. Just thinking about it now, she was not sure if she would be able to cope with the after math of killing someone. What if the enemy was not the enemy? What if it was just a mistake? Could she accept the death of someone as a mistake?

She readied her bow again and nocked another arrow, aiming again but this time with more focus. After a three second, she let the arrow go and nocked another arrow, aiming and letting it go. Thud! Thud! The two arrows hit the target, the first dead center and the second was right next to it. An inch, that was the space between the two arrows. What if that was the error or misjudgment in killing someone? What if the mistake was that small but impacted everything quite much?

She couldn't make that mistake, she would not let one die just for the village. There could be no mistake, it had to be accurate and correct, it would make a difference. Chinatsu readied her bow, nocked her arrow and aimed. Pausing only a moment before, just a moment, did that moment make a difference? She let the arrow fly, watching as it hit dead center of the target and nodded. There, no mistake, no error, no miscalculation. It was the way it should be, accurate and percise.

Sakamoto Senju

This felt like a fairly long day. After being released by Hisoka, Sakamoto decided that because Meisa appeared to be caught up with plenty with things that he will go and ensure their daughter was safe. He reached his house, checked the mail real quick and grabbed a couple of letters, one addressed to the 'owner of the house' and the other addressed directly to him. He went inside and placed the letter addressed to him in his pocket while tossing the other one on a counter next to the entrance. He then quickly went to the bedroom and found the babysitter, who Meisa had decided was 'just barely passable', sitting on the bed and watching Mayumi rest. She gave Sakamoto a nod before leaving the room, and a few moments later he heard the entrance door opening and closing.

Quietly moving to the crib, Sakamoto took Mayumi out and sat on the bed with her in his arms. He still couldn't believe how lucky he was to have friends like Hisoka and Zakito, ones who care so much for the village and would do almost anything to ensure its safety, and an amazing wife like Meisa. He carefully placed Mayumi on the bed before taking out the letter from his pocket and opening it. He begun reading it, wondering at first who would send him a letter.

As he read the letter, his face slowly got paler. His free hand went inside a pocket within his clothes and quickly enough he took out a crystal flower, one which was made by Yumi several years ago, when he only met her. Another few seconds later and then the piece of paper was torn up into many pieces.

Sakamoto couldn't believe it. How could Yumi die? It seemed slightly impossible. He knew that he haven't heard from her in a while, but he didn't think that was the reason. That she died. He just figured that as an ANBU she had been more busy than usual. Taking slow deep breathes now, he turned to look at Mayumi. He did not wish to let his daughter see him upset, so he carefully took her and stood up. A minute later she was back in her crib, still sleeping soundly, and he was out of the room.

Shaking his head a bit and holding the crystal flower in his hand, Sakamoto came to realise that he will never see any other creations like these. This was the only remaining piece he had left of her. He went and sat on the couch in the living room, placing it on the small coffee table and just looking at it. He wasn't sure how much time he was staring at it, but all he knew is that after a while Mayumi begun crying, so he quickly got up and went to take care of her, leaving the small crystal flower on the coffee table,

But for him, the true crystal flower will always be in his heart.

Kamiria Haruhino

Right punch, left punch, right kick, left kick. It was nothing more than a basic exercise, but it was one Kamiria had been performing many times over in recent days. Maybe she would never be the greatest taijutsu master ever, but she sure wanted to give herself a better chance in a fight than that of a sickly, frail girl. Her new diet hadn't been a huge change, since she wasn't a big eater even before she went to meet with Waki, but she was definitely eating in a much more regimented fashion. Certainly no casual snacks, not even a once-off bite of anything unhealthy, and plenty of water, especially after a good workout. Sometimes she wondered if she wasn't taking to all this with more zeal than had been intended. But if that was true, it couldn't be anything but a good thing. She wouldn't become much better by taking the safe route.

She had been taking a rest for a while when she felt a familiar sensation. When you spend a long time around a single person, and have a knack for sensing things in general, it's not impossible to know when they're approaching your location. Niji was arriving, and Kamiria would put money on the other person not far from her being their Sensei, Kazuma. It was time to get to business. She was already coming outside when the pair of them showed up on her doorstep. "Niji, Sensei...." She began. Then she knelt on the ground before them. "I must apologise. The last time I was with you, I was nothing but a burden on the team and contributed nothing productive. If you would both forgive me, I vow to do my best not to be a waste of your time."

Asami Sanosuke,
Michi!

The sparrow flew with ease through the people and started to lift himself up, flapping harder with his wings. But as he started to ascend in the air, the sparrow felt something. Not really a pleasant feeling. Just high enough for Reyna to be spotted, Michi was struck by the paralyzing shock. Trying to fight against it, the small bird wouldn't prevail against Reyna's attack. Still trembling, the bird managed to land down. Tjirping something, it tried to move again, but found himself incapable of doing so.

Realizing that he had been caught, the bird would wait for Reyna to pluck the packed antidote from his back. Hopefully he had bought Lady Asami enough time to get the information she wanted out of Reyna's friend. Cause the sparrow didn't want to anger or disappoint his master and summoner. Tjirping again, as the shock was quite painful, the bird stopped to move, folding his wings back. Luckily he had managed to land somewhere to the right end of the street, where people weren't walking, thus little chance that somebody would step on top of him.

Shinichi Kyousuke - "We’re All Together"

”Not at all Niji…I just thought I’d give you an accuse to be in the lead” the jounin called out in a response to his students taunt. The race towards Kamiria’s house was rather uneventful, a few flips here, a few random spins there, it was rather simple. Even with a simple race like that Shinichi was able to take in the sight of Kumo from up close once more. It had bounced back fairly well indeed, it was almost as if it was never attacked. Niji managed to reach the destination just a split second before him but he would never tell her that or else he’d never live it down. Looks like it’s a tie Niji. Don’t worry, I’m sure one day I’ll be too old to race and when that day comes I might let you win.” he spoke with a grin.

As if waiting on the duo Kamiria walked out just as they finished their race. ”Hey Kamiria” he spoke but was welcomed with Kamiria apologizing and saying that she’d do better. ”There is no need to apologize Kamiria, you helped out just as much as any one of us, we couldn’t ask for more.” he gave her a reassuring smile. ”Now come on and get up. I figured that since we’re all on the same team again we could go and get a quick mission, just like old times.”

It had been a long time since the trio was together and doing missions, it would definitely be a welcomed feeling. A paycheck was never that important to Shinichi but he wouldn’t lie, he did have his eyes set on a new pair of boots, nothing to different from his current ones, just something not falling apart and leather instead of the cheaper cloth they were made of. ”I’m sure Niji would like to try out her new toy. Speaking of which, have you shown her your new toy Niji?” Shinichi wasn’t too sure how long Niji had had her new weapon and how often she showed it around.

((Yay…it didn’t take 2 weeks to post for once…I’d say that that is an improvement. I know we’re kinda rushing into a mission but I figure that since we never got to go through one before timeskip, now would be a good time, plus it’d hopefully get me more motivated to post more than once a week))

Katsumi Fūryoku - ANBU Member, Kumogakure
The First Mission, Arrival at the Snow Country

After the hostile was restrained, Katsumi stood in front of him with her eyes narrowed and her arms crossed as she examined him. From her view, it was obvious he wasn't trained, which meant that this was a solo act with no order behind it. From how he was dressed, it looked like he had no further protection other than the loose clothes he had on, from that she could conclude that his attempt to steal the gift was rash and not prior planned.

"Please let me go, I swear that I wasn't going to harm anyone," he pleaded with her, although he found compromise in her eyes. His shoulders slumped in defeat, his eyes on the ground and he shook his head. "Do what you want to me, but I beg you to leave my family be, they have done nothing," he said, looking up to meet her eyes. She could see the defeat in his eyes, the hopelessness in them and she decided to not kill him at that moment.

"Search him for weapons," Katsumi ordered, as soon as she stopped talking the ANBU began to search him. Patting him down and checking his pockets for any hidden weapons, there was none. Before anyone could react, Katsumi struck the man and watched as he fell to the ground, his wife screamed. He wasn't dead, she knew where she hit him, it was hard enough to knock him out cold but not to kill him. She then turned to the family, pulling something out of her pocket, it looked like a packet of sorts. "Take it, now" she ordered the mother and the small child. The mother didn't seem to trust it, but she did as told anyways, pouring half it contents into her mouth and swallowing. Then handed it to her child, who did the same as her hands shook.

Within a few second of them having the contents in their system, it began to take affect. They looked exhausted, ready for sleep and soon they were making their way on shaky legs over to a tree, sitting down before their eyes closed. The sleep powder would keep them asleep for 24 hours, by then Katsumi and the team of ANBU would be in the Snow Country.

Walking over to the man, she picked him up and set him next to his family. With that done, she ordered everyone to go back to their previously assigned positions and to get moving. A few minutes later, they were far enough away from the family when she looked back over her shoulder, she could no longer see them behind her. Fuyu, her owl summon, flew ahead to scout out the surroundings and report back. It wasn't long, before Fuyu sounded the all clear and they continued on like that for another five hours.

Soon the docks were in view, they would take more than one boat. Stopping she gave the order to halt and turned to the team. "Alright, the boats are big enough to carry at least a group of a six but with the gift being it's size, the number drops. I want a single team to board a boat with the gift, two boats a team aboard each one on the left and right of the boat with the gift. The last boat will be with the last team, the diplomat and myself. Do not get too far ahead and keep up," Katsumi ordered them, meeting their eyes individually.

Once that was said, they boarded the assigned boats and continued on towards the snow country that was now in view of them. About an hour later, they were at land and were beginning to get off the boats, both the diplomat and the gift secure. Forming back into the original positions that were assigned at the beginning of their travels, they finished the last few minutes of the journey to the Snow Country.

Now, they had arrived. Katsumi walked with the ANBU team and the diplomat to the Daiymo's office and area of residency. "Now it is on you, diplomat," Katsumi ordered.

Chizuko Irozaki - Kumogakure ANBU - Entering the Land of Fire (Part 1)

The sun set and the moon rose upon the Land of Fire, and while the people and animals slept, Chizuko Irozaki glared upon a map she simply couldn't figure out. After sticking close to the main roads when passing through the Land of Frost and Hotsprings, she found herself suddenly going in circles. She perched in a tree high above the ground as she tried to catch some moonlight so she could better see the map. She assumed she had been heading in the right direction until she began to notice the same patch of flowers that grew next to a thin creek. Not only once or twice did she pass it, but five times. After the fourth time she assumed she was caught in genjutsu but that wasn't the case, and so the fifth time around, she came to terms with the fact that she was lost.

First solo away mission and i'm already screwing up. Dammit. she scolded herself.

From the corner of her eye she saw movement and in an instant concealed herself from view in the large leaves of the tree. Looking down below her, she spotted a man who came from the bushes and walked on his cane towards the creek. He was skinny and pale... as if he were going to drop dead at any moment. Sighing in relief as the man appeared to be of little threat, Chizuko knelt and watched him as she waited for him to leave. He sat down upon the ground with a grumble and stuck his feet into the water and Chizuko frowned when with another grumble, he laid back down onto the grass. The old man stayed there just as still and silent as she was for at least an hour until the voice of a woman began to make him stir.

"Satoru! Oh, where are you dear?"

"Obaa-chan i'll go look for him!" said the voice of a little boy afterwards.

"Okay dear. Tell your grandpa that dinner is ready. And... oh, be careful not to hurt yourself."

The woman's voice faded and the light tapping of a child's footsteps was heard getting closer and closer.

"Ojii-chan! Its time for dinner!" the voice of the boy repeated in a singsong tone.

Finally the old man began to stir and he sat up just as a small white haired boy burst through the bushes and came at him running full speed. Though, midway the little guy tripped and fell upon the old mans chest. With a shout of pain, the old man sat up and after a moment, the two started laughing. Chizuko couldnt help but smile as the little boy helped his grandfather to his feet.

"Its time for dinner! Come on, come on, come on!" the boy squealed happily as he dashed back in the direction that he came.

"I'm coming, i'm coming." the old man said as he slowly started to amble away. After taking a few steps he stopped and turned. "You there. In the tree. How long were you planning to watch me like that? A hello would have been nice."

Chizuko's eyes widened as she crouched down and hid further. There was no way he could have heard me... I was completely silent." she thought as her heart quickened its pace. "Come on out so i dont have to hurt cha. This is private property you know." he grumbled as he stood there waiting. Chizuko thought for a moment, weighing her options and sighed when she decided she had to get down and apoligize anyway. Moving from her spot in the tree, she jumped down and landed on her feet in front of him only a few meters away. With a closer look at the mans face, she could see that he appeared to be completely blind. This brought more questions to her mind as to how in the world he noticed her if he was blind as a bat. Before she could say anything, he turned and began walking the other way. Chizuko simply stood there and after a few steps, he paused.

"Arent you coming?"

"Where?" she asked after a moments hesitation.

"To dinner of course!" he said turning to face her.

"Oh... I cannot-"

"It is an invitation. You young ones these days are always turning down my invitations. No respect for your elders i tell ya. Now lets get going, I'm not giving you any choice in the matter." he grumbled as he started walking away again. She was surprised as this was happening so suddenly and simply followed after the old man. It was not long before they reached a modest house in the middle of the forest and the little boy from before could be seen waiting by the door. When he looked up and saw Chizuko standing behind the man, he squealed.

"Ojii-chan! Behind you! A monster!!!" the boy said as he dashed towards Chizuko with a brave look on his face like he was ready for a rough battle. she had raised her hands to protect herself from the little guy, but just as he got within a foot of her, the old man stretched out his cane and the boy went smashing into it head first. He fell back onto his butt and looked up at the two of them pitifully with a red mark on his head.

"Kohaku this is no monster. She's our guest." he said before turning to look at her over his shoulder. "Take off that crazy mask or you'll be gettin some of this too, ya hear?" he said waving his cane before limping away. Again, Chizuko was stunned as to how he even knew she was wearing one. Lowering her head in defeat, she removed her mask and attached it to her belt for safe keeping. A glance down at the boy let her see for a moment that he was staring at her with wide eyes. She reached down and picked him up by the collar to with he squirmed and started throwing fists. "Unhand me you beast!" he squealed. Becoming slightly annoyed, Chizuko simply carried the boy by collar towards the house up to where the old man was holding the door open for them. Stepping inside and tossing the little boy aside like a rag, she glanced around the place as the most wonderful smell in the world filled her nose and brought tears to her eyes. A loud growl came from her stomach and the old man laughed. "Get ready to feast young one. My wife makes a killer curry." he bragged as he led the way to the kitchen.

"Sora, we have company today. Hope you made a lot."

"C...curry!?" Chizuko said happily as the elderly woman turned and started to bring a large bowl of curry to the table that was set with three plates of rice.

"Oh, I love it when we have guests. I've got it dear, sit and i'll fetch you a plate," she moved out of Chizuko's way when she had reached out to help with the bowl that looked rather heavy. Awkwardly, she sat down across from the little boy who was glaring at her. "Obaa-chan we cant serve this lady! She looks like a man!"

H-hey! At least I dont look like a dog." she retorted childishly.

"Kohaku hush up and eat. You too young lady, no bickering at the dinner table." the woman said as she served the boy some food. Him and Chizuko both mumbled a 'yes ma'am' and then glared at each other from across the table. Once everyone had their plated filled, the three shouted in unison 'Itadakimasu' before digging in. "Itadakimasu." Chizuko mumbled quietly before she too began to stuff her face. She swooned at the taste of the curry, as it was probably the best thing she had ever tasted. While the family talked about their gardens and Chizuko ate seconds and thirds, the winds outside began to howl and get stronger. It was around that time when Chizuko had gotten her fill of food and was wanting to ask for directions to Konoha, but was hesitant to interrupt the conversation between the three. After a few minutes, the older woman looked to Chizuko and spoke.

"Where is it your coming from, dear?"

"I come from the Hidden Cloud village. I need to get to the Hidden Leaf, but it seems i have missed my way." she said simply.

"So what, your one of those travelling ninjas?" the man asked with a scoff. "Eh? Um... i would not call it that exactly. she replied. "Whatever. Let me see... you got a map on ya?" Though she was going to point out the fact that he was blind and wouldn't be able to see, instead she just sighed and pulled out her map and unfolded it before handing it to him. A long moment passed before he frowned. "Well, we live about here." he said, pointing on a spot on the map. She leaned over to take a look but was skeptical that it was even right. "About a mile west of here is a road that should lead you straight there. Yer not too far out of your way, you just need to head backwards." Chizuko gave him a look that was very questioning. "Are you certain that is the way?" she asked.

"Of course im sure! I been living 'round these parts all my life!" he hollered and tossed the map back at her. She folded it and stood up. "Thank you for your hospitality, but i must leave at once." She took a few steps away from the table and retrieved her mask to put it on.

"Thank you for coming today dear." the woman said. "Next time you visit, bring the whole family."

Her last statement caused Chizuko to blink and hesitate. "Whole family? I dont understand."

"Well, pretty young girl like you must have some kind of family."

"Um... that is... you see, I dont really have a family. I live on my own for now." she said, looking down at her mask. She traced the lines of it with her nail and stayed quiet.

"Oh I see. Still waiting for the right man to come around? Word of advice, woman to woman, sometimes you have to go and get what you want instead of waiting for it. Thats how i met my husband, the old coot."

"Heyy." he mumbled.

"He was blind by the time i met him, so its not like he was going to see me." she pointed out,

This conversation was starting to make Chizuko uncomfortable, and she wanted to leave before she said anything embarassing. "I really have to go now..."

"All i'm saying is that its okay to assert yourself. You have someone you like, am I right?" the woman cut her off.

"Yes, I suppose i do... And thank you. I'll keep that in mind." she said, sighing. Why were they even suddenly talking about this? What was with old people and suddenly changing subjects?

"So, bring him next time you hear?"

"He is very busy.... but if I get the chance to steal him away I will bring him."

"Promise?" the older woman prodded.

With a long moment of hesitation Chizuko said "I'll try my best." before placing her mask back on and disappearing. The older woman looked at her husband who shook his head then smiled. "She will be back. No doubt about that."
It was not long before Chizuko found the path that the old man had told her about and was surprised that she had missed such an obvious route to take. With a sigh and a stretch, she began walking casually down the road, not sensing the presence of anyone nearby. The only downside of having as full belly was the fact that she didn't have the energy to run anymore. In fact, she would have taken this time to sleep in a tree had she not been sent on a mission directly from Chase.... or Takeru? She didn't really know what to call him now. Sighing heavily as she walked, she thought back to their conversation before he had sent her away.... when she had seen it was Chase who was Raikage now, she had felt multiple emotions at that time. The strongest impulse she had felt was to run to him and give him a hug, but she couldn't do that. Finding out who he really was didn't change anything... did it? Chizuko went to his office looking for answers, and in return she got them and more questions to fret about.

Ah... why am i suddenly thinking about silly things?

Whenever Chizuko thought back to the old woman, she questioned why she had told her that she had no family and why when the woman asked about bringing a guy next time, the first person she thought about had been-

"Chase!?" she said in a panicked voice as she heard the sound of footsteps suddenly very close to her. In a second, she spun and threw a kunai in the direction of the sound and frowned when she heard a familiar voice.

"No not Chase, Koha- ah! Geez crazy lady are you trying to kill me!? Watch where you throw those things."

Blinking as she saw the kunai landed at the feet of the little white haired boy from before, she crossed her arms. "You better watch who you're following Kohaku.... and what are you doing here?"

"Obaa- chan wanted me to give you this lunch for your trip." he said walking over and handing her a bag. Chizuko looked inside and saw it was a small bento lunch packed with a note that read: Some food to keep your energy and your spirits up. ~Sora and Family

"This is very kind of you. Thank you." she said before turning around and continuing her walk along the path.

"Hey, wait! Can i walk with you for a bit?" Kohaku asked her.

"Uh... no. I'm on a very important mission right now and-"

"Who's Chase?" he asked suddenly.

"I... that... no one."

"What do you mean no one? I heard you say that name. Is it the guy you like?"

Behind her mask, Chizuko felt her face getting hot. "No. Our relationship is strictly professional."

"Ooooh so he is somebody?" he said in a weird tone as he did a weird wiggle of his eyebrows.

"Will you just get lost?' Chizuko said, pushing the boy away from her. He stumbled for a bit then laughed and jogged to catch up with her as she started fast walking.

"Aww, come on. How about this. You tell me about him and then i'll leave you alone."

"No." she said firmly.

"Come oooon! Grandma said i cant go home without something."

"No."

"Pleeeeeeeeease!?"

"....... You promise to leave me alone after?'

Kohaku nodded and when she sighed he yelled "Yes!" as if he knew that was the sound of her giving in. Once again she took off her mask and put it away before fixing her hair and turning her head to face the little guy. "Pay attention... i'm only going to tell this story once. You also have to promise me that you and your family wont tell anyone else. Can you do that for me?'

"You got it crazy lady!"

"My name is Chizuko." she mumbled and crossed her arms.

"Whatever, just start telling!"

"Okay...." With a smile she looked up at the sky and thought back to when she was a little girl. "Ever since we were little, Chase and I were pretty close... we both tried our hardest to be really great shinobi and somehow, he always ended up being better than me. I guess that is the quality in him that i have grown to admire the most...."

Masami Hyuuga
Konohagakure Genin, Team 9

Activating her Byakugan despite knowing that it would be futile at finding the papers, it might help her in revealing the traps. Their chances increased a lot as they started to work together. Looking arround for any traps she might find just as Mia released her Shadow Clones to scout the area before her ninken would. Masami tried to focus on them, and just as they started to disappear, she spotted the traps and a possible opening. Mia´s clones triggered only one of the launchers, two still remained in place - together with some tags, most likely explosive ones. It was dangerous, but she thoght that it is within her abilities to pull it off. And while scolding herself for ignoring teamwork, she decided not to waste an opportunity. Her hand shot up like a lightning bolt, pointing towards the spot.

" Mia! Shikaroku! There!"

Dashing off in the direction, she ran as fast as she could. But at the same time, she cautiously checked the area arround the tag. Getting close to her objective, she leaped, triggering the kunai launchers. Pouring chakra into her palms, she thought about an alternate use of her defensive technique. Now that her hands were coated in her chakra, she thought she can deflect the kunai at the explosive tags, neutralizing them and safelly getting the tag. Masami did so, but the results were not as she desired them - while she deflected the kunai from their original trajectory that would pierce her hands, she suffered scratches on both of them. To top it off, the explosive tags started to activate. Cursing a bit, Masami landed near the tag and retrieved it - without no time to check it out, she ran up on the trunk of the tree she stood upon and used it as a springboard to get away from the explosion - that still managed to throw her ballance off. Landing into a forward tumble, she did several of them instead, stopping just at the feet of her teammates. She looked up at them, breathing heavily, but smiling. Extending her hand, she gave them the tag she just retrieved.

" Guys ... please ... never let me do something this reckless again ... thank you. Take a look at it. What ... what do you think?"

Sayuri Cho
Konohagakure Genin, Team Six

What does it mean to be a shinobi? What does it mean to be a kunoichi

This question was racing in Sayuri´s mind since they finished their mission and Hiroshi-Sensei gave them the task to think about these words. Her first thought was that the difference was in the gender, but she scratched that quickly. She was laying on her back, staring at the cloudless sky above their house. She read a book about shinobi, and she found out something interesting - the word shinobi meant endure. Surely, they had to endure hard and sometimes grueling training regimes in order to become shinobi. As far as she noticed, the training had two results - not only did her physical abilities changed since she started her training, but according to her surroundings, her mindset changed as well. She thought about asking her aunt, but she was surely busy and Sayuri did not want to bother her with something so trivial - no, she wanted to figure out this one by herself.

Shinobi means endure, and shinobi have to endure too. She thought back to the Forest of Death - they had to endure being surrounded by hostile territory, under hostile conditions, in a place where eerything wanted to eat them. And then, there was the spider-ka-bob. No, they had to endure something else there - that unpleasant, creeping feeling she felt without actually realizing it. And they somewhat endured and triumphed - a victory that allowed her to become an official kunoichi. Is it about enduring hardships? Maybe, she thought. Endure the reality that they had to kill, in order to protect the village and it´s interests, their friends, family and loved ones. Disliking the thought but unable to find a better answer, she laid the question to rest for a while. With a smile on her lips, she knew what to do. Standing up and streching a bit, she looked towards the village.

" I know what to do! I will ask Chinatsu about it!"

Ryoku Samidare
The Amekage

Nodding at the readiness of the others, Ryoku turned to face the beast. Indeed, his massive dragon did only slow down the Four Tails for a while, and it got visibly angried than it was before. Way more angrier. The roars and attacks were not the only things that made that clear. The entire area was surrounded by so much killing intent, Ryoku felt pressed into the earth by it. His breathing getting a bit heavier, he reached to his belst - he placed all four of his water containing seals on the ground and formed a quick succession of seals, while trying to boost the present Ame shinobi." My fellow Shinobi! Remember when we fight for the freedom of our beloved village! We prevailed by standing firm, by standing together! I now ask you the same - stand with me, this time not agaisnt oppression, but annihilation! Feel the same strength that you felt back then! Stand behind the Amekage!"

Not waiting for the results of his speech, he slammed his hands on the seals, two at a time. An enormous amount of water was released in the vicinity, to compensate for the water being evaporated by the Four Tails. The beast would surely be slowed down by the amount of water, but that was only temporarily as well." Eiji! I will try and restrict its´s movements! As soon as I succeed, I want you do slow it down with any technique you can! If I fail, hold the line for a while!" He then turned towards Hoshi." Lady Hoshi ... I am counting on you now." After forming a quick series of seals, Ryoku started to roar as he was gathering his chakra for a huge scale Water Arms technique, in order to try and slow down the beast. His hair was starting to stand up and he was surrounde by a visible aura of chakra.

Raising his hands above his head, two huge hands emerged from the water. Ryoku felt strained by the amount of chakra he poured into the technique, but the fate of his village was at hand. He clasped his hands and the water hands did the exact same motion. He looked at the Yonbi and roared at it as his throat allowed them." My village is my family! I will do anything to protect my family! You hear me?! Anything!" The two hands made contact with the beast, but it was yet to see if his move would succeed. He felt his legs shaking a bit, his breath becoming faster and more rugged.

" Eiji! NOW!"

Niji Yakei

Niji simply watched as Kamiria bowed and apologized before them, saying how she had been useless. Niji wouldn't disagree, but she wouldn't say she was either, everyone had their times of uselessness and Kamiria was no different. She was going to better herself from her feeling of weakness and failure, it was a good thing that she wanted to do this, she'd be even more useful now, considering her sensor abilities.

So once Shinichi had finished trying to reassure her, suggesting they do a mission to get back into things, Niji gave Kamiria a light smirk. "You're forgiven for thinking yourself useless, but I'm impressed, taking on more responsibility like a combat role will do you some good without a doubt." She disregarded Shinichi's mention of her new sword, she'd visited Kamiria plenty of times whilst the girl was unwell so she'd shown her the blade before, instead she offered Kamiria a hand so she would stand and then give her a hug. "I've already shown her the sword."

"A mission sounds good to me, what do you think?" She'd release Kamiria after that, waiting to hear the girl's opinion on it.

Reyna Azuma
Kumo Genin - Team 13

Stepping into the throng of people, Reyna quickly made her way to the fallen bird. The crowd was still slightly stunned from the result of her lightning current and Reyna took advantage of it to make her way through unimpeded. Finally reaching the sparrow, Reyna plucked him from the ground. Without another second of hesitation she took the pouch with the antidotes in it from the sparrow's back and then gently set the bird down on a cart where he would be out of the way of any people. Though Michi had poisoned her teammates, Reyna harboured no hatred for the bird. After all, it was only following orders.

Turning, Reyna put on a burst of speed, leaping over the heads of the people in the crowd in her effort to get back to her teammates. At first she saw no sign of either of them. Running forwards, Reyna's eyes darted back and forth, hoping to see her friends, her team... There! Up ahead she thought she could make out a figure that looked like Deidara, lying on the ground. Oh no... She thought, putting on an extra burst of speed and praying that she wasn't too late. Skidding to a halt in front of her unconscious teammate, Reyna retrieved one of the needles from the pouch. Quickly locating a safe place to plunge the needle in, Reyna injected the antidote into Deidara's blood, willing it to work quickly. Retrieving the needle, Reyna placed one hand against Deidara's body and sent some of her lightning aura into him. She used the lightning to stimulate the healing process, hoping that it would aid the antidote in working as fast as it could. "Please Deidara-san... Please wake up..."
