Strictly speaking lightening a weapon reduces its stability, it has less weight to work against the weapons kick.

XCELL Visor Mk.I: One of the newfangled device, overlaying on the user's vision a HUD, with custom renameable markers, new ability to take HD pictures and videos, sillhouette ID matching for convenience when tagging with the markers, MP3 player, customizable tint color on the go, and several choices of frame colors, and last but not least, a fashionable bag to keep it in when not in use. Also comes with a brand new motion detector integrated.

You could just call it a salvaged Google Glass :p

I think it's time Peter finally became a man even though he's already 27 and 9 years over due ...

Weapon Mod Upgrade: Bigger is Better
Additional Weapon Mod: Night Vision
Weapon Mod Removal: Silencer
Weapon Mod Replacement: Heat Sink: A Washington Bunker original design, this attachment virtually reduces overheating chances to near zero while maintaining optimum performance at accelerated firing ratios. The possibility of barrel bending, warping, and distortion become non-existent as does the requirement for interchanging muzzle barrels.

Weapon Removal: Assault Rifle
Weapon Replacement: Light Machine Gun

Combat Training Upgrade: Full American Unload
Additional Combat Training: A Soldier's Wrath
Manifest Destiny: Power Suit

James' Upgrades

Weapon Mod: Target-Tracker Scope
Custom Weapon Mod: Computer Integrated 40mm grenade launcher attachment - A grenade launcher that is integrated with the Target-Tracker Scope. The Scope provides target information such as distance, trajectory, and etc. to the launcher and the shooter. This then enables the grenade to be timed and allow it to explode at a certain desired point of its flight. Pretty much, it's a computer assisted grenade launcher.

Combat Training Upgrade: HE Training
Additional Combat Training: Damned Fine Aim
Manifest Destiny: Mechanized Adaptions

I present Eira's new mech!

Upgrades?

  • Two left shoulder slots.

  • Detachable medium armour. Basically, if something tries to pull her mech or tear it apart or whatever, it has a layer of armour on each section that can be detached. (It need not be detached all at once.) Once all of the armour has been removed, either by her or by the enemy, Justice becomes a Light Mech.

  • Automated Systems. Adds some sensors and allows Eira to give the mech harder-to-maintain commands that it will continue to do even if she leaves the scene. EDIT: In conjunction with gloves, allows her to give similar basic commands while near mech. Not full capabilities of course, just "start shooting" or "strobe lights" or such, no running, and aiming flimsy.

As for companion, I've yet to decide on a name, but here's my idea for function.

Something in a shape similar to that of an armadillo, with a mixture of the function of a couple species. That is, armoured exterior, rolls in a ball, but when staying in one place, lays very much flat on the ground with all its protective gear on top. It can crawl forward without losing protection, but is very slow. When flat, not easily noticeable, and grips whatever is beneath it. Most vulnerable while switching positions. It has two functions.

  • It has a camera and sound sensors, for which Eira has a small portable screen and headphones. (She can set up the screen in her mech too.)

  • It can self-destruct with a very powerful explosion.

Predatory Instinct
--Hidden in Plain Sight (Rank 2): A twofold mutation, this allows the ghost to retract and/or hide their features, generally with clothing. So long as clothing can fit, they can hide their true nature from regular humans until the time comes that they grow too powerful to hide their nature. The second half, which remains with them forever, is a greater chance to escape the sight of enemies engaging the Ghost, allowing them to engage from stealth, then retreat back into stealth once more. Enemies will have the tendency to fail to notice them, or fail to pursue in the correct direction. Some believe this to be subtle psychic emanations, others that the Ghost simply gained a lot of luck with this mutation. None can be certain. (Ability to hide true nature until a certain threshold is crossed, greater chance of escaping attention and going back into hiding, better at detecting the psychic emanations of other mutants.)

Razor Wings is approved.

Random Mutation
State of Veritas: After surviving a near death experience, Kiku's mutations took a strange turn in twisting her nervous system, and more specifically, pain receptors. It quickly became apparent that Kiku gained the capacity to disable her pain receptors and continue on without fear of feeling pain, though she has no control over this effect: It can occur even when she is uninjured and out of harm's way. Strangely, she can also see 'ghosts'. Some are real people having had real conversations recently in that spot. Some are just hallucinations. Nobody is certain how this is even possible. (Hallucinations, random failures of the pain receptors.)

EDIT

This is all I could do today. I slept in late, dealing with some depression at the moment. I'll be back over the weekend though to kick ass, I'm sure.

Kiku's main sheet updated and Daniel post up. Rob, if you want me to edit anything, just say: I've taken a few liberties namely with a small church structure and assuming minor actions would be taken against Daniel for trashing his mech in what would likely be reported as a 'reckless move.'

So that means getting increased recoil for ease of handling? I'd get on that then.

New –

Too Innocent To Kill: Subtle changes in bodily posture and displayed emotions from the eyes, as well as low wave psychic energy emitted in all directions, gives this character the most distinctive impression of innocence that shouldn’t be killed. It won’t stop enemies from using non-lethal force or wounding your character, or firing back if your character commits to hostile action, but it does mean that intelligent enemies will otherwise avoid lethal attacks on this character. (Survival, Diplomacy bonuses.)

Upgrade –

Psychic Meld

Random Mutation–

?

Custom –

Neural Circuitry:
The mind is a machine, with circuits and data drives. You just have to learn to use it. This is a two part mutation. [Effects, always carrying a faint electrical charge that causes feedback from machines.]
--[Ranged] Haywire: Through brute force, Georgia has figured out how to use the basic neural connections to override the technology in an area and cause it to act haywire in random ways. Has little effect upon more simple technologies, IE) Radios may experience little more than feedback and background chatter.
--[Touch] Hi-Jack: Upon contact, Georgia can delicately establish a connection with the circuitry of the technology in question and gain deeper access, overriding and assuming control of it

Bonus –

In Forma, Quod Puritas: Having a closer connection to the mutants in the fog than any human could ever hope to have, these individuals have started to realize their true potential in the face of the oncoming force. They can now acutely hear and understand what the mutants in the shadow zone say to each other verbally or telepathically, and are immune to the horrible side effect of coming into direct contact with them: They cannot be either absorbed or burned. Situations which would petrify a normal person, such as the glare of a shadow wolf, have no effect on this mutant.

Wounds sustained are now rapidly healed, though this exhausts the mutant. For perspective: They can heal broken bones in minutes. This doesn't however render them immune to pain, which can still send them into shock, nor to blood loss, which can end their lives. Though notable their blood has taken on a somewhat lighter hue than that of a regular human, a more pinkish colour than red.

Achievements –

--Toyland: Georgia has grown up her whole life building gizmos and putting them to good use. (She now keeps a small package of random material with which she can make nearly anything.)
--SPARKLY PLUG, WOOSH!: Faster, faster, faster, faster, faster, faster! (Georgia sprints faster and has a small defense boost while sprinting in the first few seconds of any dash.)

Welcome Herzinth! I notice you're from Legend of Renalta 2: Reborn. Can't get enough of Brovo's fruitful GMing, looking for something new, or a mix of both? ;)

Brovo, what are the perks with upgrading the Bigger-is-Better caliber modification and Full American Unload Training. Can Peter use 12.7x108 mm rounds or AP/HE .50 caliber rounds? Also, what sort of surprises could we expect from stacking the upgraded Bigger-is-Better mod and enhanced Full American unload training with Suppression Fire and Concentrating Fire?

His fruity GMing, definitely.

Also, I'm not sure you can upgrade/double up on a weapon mod. I think it's just a new mod and a custom mod.

@Everyone:

Three mission choices will be posted up tomorrow after I finally have the chance to sleep for more than three hours. Woohoo! (Also when I have the chance to finally shave so I can stop looking like a deranged hobo.)

I'll also go through the OOC at that point and approve everything with the three new missions.
