Provided you have a living body to perform a blood sacrifice with. While Lohkt seems a bit over powered, his major power and his Blessing require the disciple to constantly kill to maintain them. And if enemy disciple can get you into an area where he's the only other person around, it's hard to keep his War Form active. Not to mention an extremely powerful Marked could turn most disciple's spells and abilities off with a touch.

in order for Marked to use their powers is it through touch or telepathic waves or? like in-order to use Evocation does Alice have to be touching earth to utilize it?

For Nullification, you must make physical contact with the spell or ability you wish to nullify. You must place you hand directly onto the object or concentration of energy in question. For abilities like Optus's Stasis blessing and Lohkt's War Form blessing, you must place your hand onto the caster's skin.

For Evocation, you simply need the required amount of energy stored within yourself, you don't need physical contact with a substance source, you can create your own rock or fire, etc out of thin-air. However, having direct access to existing versions of the substance you wish to evocate will help. You can draw on the fire of a lit candle rather than use excess energy to create your own fire, but you'll still need to pour your own energy into the fire you draw from the candle, unless you intentionally want a tiny flame.

Detection is the easy one, you simply sense when disciples or other Marked are near by. And as you become more powerful, you'll be able to tell directions, distances, and in extreme cases, you'll be able to know just by looking at them.

The trade off for being able to do what you want with your power is the Curse of the Abandoned. Basically, all the gods are mad at you and want their disciples to take their wrath out on you. Some gods like Amlia might not wish harm or death upon you, but her disicple might be colder to you than to others, while disicples of gods like Urr or Lohkt might deliberately go out of their way to kill you. Giving you this negative treatment is considered a small part of every disciple's agenda.
If anyone else wants/needs a deeper explanation of their powers, don't hesitate to ask.

So how would a Marked combat my Dimensional Warp? assuming they can?

Dimensional Warp doesn't change reality in anyway, it only distorts it. You can't rip holes in the fabric of space-time or anything like that. You aren't able to create things out of nothingness, or destroy anything into nothingness, nor can you reverse or travel in time, your ability to traverse space instantly is also dependent upon your knowledge and how much Lux favors you.

You are able to pinch space in order to cross gaps in it without actually travelling that distance, you can alter the pace of time. You can even bend and redirect vectors of forces and energy, such as curving the trajectory of a bullet or bending light around objects to make them look different/invisible and in extreme cases, you can warp actual objects, but you can't start or stop those forces or energies.

The Marked's application of Nullification is pretty situational here, it depends on what you're trying to do with your Warp. If you're trying to jump through space, the Marked can grab you by the arm and pull you out of the pinch (if she's fast enough). If you're trying to redirect forces or energies, she can touch those forces and energies to restore those forces to normal or even destroy them, since your ability creates a supernatural influence over them. If you try to swat a bullet that was fired at you and direct it at her, she can halt the bullet since the force pushing it is now supernatural, but if it was fired at her initially, she would have to block it by evoking hard stone or something.

For the most part, I'll come in to judge whenever there's a conflict of powers, since I can see how situational a lot of them can be. Most of the time it will depend on who's more powerful based on history of earning favor/power. But there are situations where certain powers need to be applied in certain ways to win against other powers. If anything seems too overpowered I'll try to balance it while we play.

o.O wow, I didn't know even half of what my character could do.

Surely if I re-direct a bullet then it's still traveling under it's original force? just in a different direction? If I re-directed a bullet at a Marked and they can nullify my influence would the bullet turn back to it's original trajectory? as I never actually altered the force of the bullet, just it's direction.

So just to shortlist it I can now...

Slow time
Quicken time
Teleport
Bend light
Bend forces
And possibly actually warp objects? which I don't fully understand.

Neither you nor the Marked can destroy the bullet itself, but since your Dimensional Warp causes the force applied to the bullet to become supernatural, the Marked can now stop it completely, or cause it to head in the direction it was initially fired in, not back at you though, if the bullet was traveling due-south, and then you curve it to south-west, the Marked can "uncurve" it back to due-south.

Yes
Yes
Yes
Yes, and other energies like heat, etc.
Yes, retroactively letting you alter the path of the object the force is being applied to.
A sort-of telekinesis, you can lift, move, manipulate objects with your mind. The restrictions are what you could do with your hands, without the strength needed. You can't transmute things but you can bend or crush them, throw them, etc.

Remember that this is your Blessing we're talking about. It's your most powerful ability but also your hardest to earn and use. You will need to express insane amounts of devotion to Lux and his cause before it's granted to you, just like every other disciple, and you will need a profound master of your powers to do some of the extravagant things you're thinking of.

Oh that's alright then. If we got those kind of abilities straight off it would be a bit much. In terms of the RP though is it basically a battle royale between all the Disciples? with small quests for each of us or is there a bit over arcing plot? is there scope for Disciples to work together?

As long as you aren't breaking the taboo of your god, you can work with or against other players however you see fit. Lux is a special case, being True Neutral. He demands that you abstain from aiding or hindering other disciples unless it help you in your personal quest.

So the Marked, since they arnt begging for a gods approval and power, are working purely off their own energy/stamina and strength? can we gain energy from others?

Not particularly. While the others can gain power by completing their god's will, you simply have to train yourself and just get better at using those abilities.

Just a short question about my God.
How exactly do the natural spirits work? I guessed the would be control of plant life, but Amlia has also a ability of that kind. Is it the same only with offensive capabilities, like thorns, or how does it work?
Of course my character can also speak with the spirits, ask them what they can see etc.?

Name: Leon Grey

Sex: Male

Age: 24

Appearance:

Personality: Leon has always been a self-centered person. This is not to say he is selfish; he is willing to help others, so long as he profits in the end. Since he is always looking to maximize his profit at a low a cost possible, Leon is extremely goal-oriented. He plans out everything he needs to win in the long run, takes the risks into account and then acts on it with robotic precision.

Leon is also very smart, and uses his cunning to convince or trick others into performing some task for him. He is quite manipulative, so this is an easy skill to exercise for him even without the assistance of his new-found powers. Because he tends to treat everyone as a stepping stone to the next objective, Leon has very few of what one might call a "friend".

Bio: Leon was born and raised in the Big Apple, and lived a fairly privileged life as the son of two wealthy parents. His father was quite stern about his studies, pushing Leon to perform at the top of his class. However, despite doing just that he was never able to impress his father. Leon graduated from Harvard Law School, earning a master's degree as a defense lawyer for large firms and corporations frequently sued by the general public for all manner of silly excuses. Soon afterward he developed a reputation for being a prodigy, winning case after case. He lives comfortably in a high-end apartment complex, owning an entire floor to himself. Even though he has access to many of life's luxuries, the one thing he always felt he was missing was true power.

Path: Lohkt, The Will to Power

Not done yet, but here's what I've got so far.
