Yeah we're still in the early stages of the RP and haven't hit the mid-point yet at all in terms of plot progression.

Well the super-max guys are in the midst of escaping so Krein could be rushing in along with all the other heroes. It should take a post before he gets there though.

Oh hey, techies are in Dota 2 now, yay!

Also Facerig pro is only like 55 bucks, thats not bad. Means that, minus octodad and florian, you can use it to make money off web shows and the like. Not bad imo.

See, I'd love to actually try and make this into a comic, but I'm suffering from something called Horrible Comic Adaption Syndrome. Pretty much means that I'm horrible at making comics. Drawing in general, really...

My talents are... limited. I can draw an occasional head and such, but things like perspective and action poses kind of elude me. I mean I'm able to do those too, but it generally takes me a loong time to finish 'em up. Takes me three hours just sketching a three dimensional room etc. Kinda insane how slow I am, really. I also tend to lose a lot of gesture in my finished drawings.

Still, if you ever get around to this comic idea, I'm willing to help out. Sounds like a fun project.

I am going to put Wire in with Marconi: Howard works for the outfit, and given the rarity of meta's on their side, it would make sense if he was called to defend his bosses bosses boss. Wire chose to go with him because he figured that he could convince his bosses bosses boss to give hire him as a bodyguard. He already had somewhat of a reputation among the outfit: they were his main clients.

Thats what I'm going with, and I will have a post up shortly :D

Look back of most webcomic series and you can see how they started as opposed to where they are now and what they've learned :) I, for one, look forward to seeing whatever you create :D

QT, Thank you for that nice segue you've been a great player so far.

If I ever did try and work this into a web-comic it'd probably be a prequel to the actual RP because the current story couldn't be translated since it's not even finished yet. It would probably start at the Awakening and follow the story of the major NPCs both hero and villain as the world changed in the five years before the thread starts. Damn if we could do that it'd be a pretty epic primer for all of the newbies :P

Indeed it would. I was actually thinking that making the actual RP into a web comic would be tricky, too. Like if you were going to make it, you'd need to cut a lot of characters off, shift things around etc. Streamline stuff, yes?

For funsies I'm trying to come up with a logo for the RP. It ain't working out too well since I'm not one for this type of design, but it's fun nonetheless.

EDIT: Dingo, you're very sweet for being so very polite. I was meant to mention this first, but somehow I forgot. Just know that you made me smile all happy-like.

I wouldn't cut out any of the characters, if I made a webcomic I would keep every character since it would offer more variety and flavor to the comic. I like big teams of superheroes

Well I wouldn't make the actual thread into a webcomic for multiple reasons. There are lots of characters and they can depart or leave the story at any time creating narrative confusion. The plot is not set as it is contingent on the players so that'd be another difficulty. And the time the rp is set in along with the characters involved would leave a lot of readers confused because the intial events haven't been thoroughly explained in the IC and a fair bit of the characters have unconventional origins that would be difficult to relate to readers.

A prequel webcomic featuring the actual origins of the major heroes and villains that explains how the world changed would be the best direction to go to in my opinion. And yes I do like big teams of heroes.

Lookie, Ooh a Logo. I'd like to see what you come up with. Any ideas anyone?

Silver, I'll review the sheet as soon as possible.

Well with an rp as big as ours it makes since. Several nation rps I have been a part of do it as well
