Emmie smiles and starts thinking herself about her family.

She started staring again into space as she started to shake and she started to cry.

Jessica popped up "Jenifer are you alright sweetie" she cooed walking over on her hands and knees

She was staring into space as a memory went into her head.

Cars zooming in different directions on the road. Jennifer and her older brother Damion inside a sports car racing and dodging. Jennifer was having fun while laughing. Damion grinning in a fun way as they zoomed through passed cars. All of a sudden, a sharp turn came into view and another regular accidentally bumped into it as the siblings' car went against the side of the sharp turn and launched sideways on the road. It flipped over as it tumbled flipping down the road and came to a stop against a wall. It was upside down with fire coming from the engine part. Jennifer woke up with cuts and bloody marks on her face. "Damion? Damien please! Wake up!" she shouted to him but he never moved. All she saw was the blinking and the sound of sirens. "Damion, helps here" she said to him. The fire fighters managed to get her out but as soon as they did, the car exploded. "DAMION!!!!" she screamed.

Back to Reality...

Jennifer had tears falling from her face as her lips trembled.

Kami sat on the couch, thinking. Her mind wandered. She thought about birds and shuttered.

As soon as he finished the water, Kyo went back to his room to get the notebook, tucking it under his arm as he placed a few pencils in his pocket. Walking downstairs again, he looked around, curious as to when their new parents would be back. They knew that there would be new arrivals today, right? So they would probably be back soon, right? He decided that he should ask Emmie if they left a note regarding their return or something.

Emmie looks towards Jennifer and Hugs her. "Think about the new family you have. That reminds me! Mother and Father are almost back!" She says running inside almost knocking Kyo over. "Sorry!" she says stopping and balancing him.

Completely unsuspecting of Emmie's sudden appearance, the boy's eyes widened and he nearly toppled over before he was caught. He gave a small sigh of relief, nodding a thank you to her. Pulling out the notebook, he quickly wrote down a question.
Do you know when they'll be back?
He hesitated to write the word 'parents,' still unsure of how he was supposed to address them somehow. Instead, he hoped that she would understand what he meant.

"In a minute!" She says continuing on her run to the door. She opens it just as they pull up. "Mother, Father!" She says automatically. "There are lots of new people!" She shouts running to them.

"Okay Emmie!" The mum replies before entering the household. (I am going to make an NPC sheet for them both. Everyone will be able to use them.)

helix saw them walk into the house from his little perch on top of the roof and hurried to get back inside but instead he slipped off the roof to the backyard but landed on a cushion of air completely discrediting the fall then quickly ran inside wanting to greet the parents.

Jessica stood up and waved "Hey guys.. thought the kids needed supervision so i stopped by" she smiled kinda bmmed because she really wanted to stay and chat with the parents. BUT she had to leave and practice with her band

Yutaka walked out if her house and walked next door. Both Yutaka and her home looked the exact same as they always had been. Yutaka walked inside the house and set her basket of the table. Inside the basket were drinks galore. Some alchoholic ones for the adults and non alchoholic for the kids.

Kami walked over to the table when she heard the soft clunk of the basket being set down. And there was only one person who brought baskets over frequently, Yutaka.
"Yutaka! What did you bring this time?" Kami asked her.

"I brought drinks like usual, Kami," Yutaka said. She luved Kami's name. It was Japanese for god. It suited a girl with wings.

Kyo quickly walked to the door when he heard the parents arrive. Giving a small smile, he turned the page in his notebook and wrote out a new message for them.
Welcome back.

The mum smiles at everyone welcoming her "I see the arrivals have come!"

Jess quietly leaves and half runs over to her house and sees everyone is already in her basement "All right lets do this people" she says and the beat begins loudly the neighbors could probably hear it and then she gets on the mic and starts to sing a love song. The song is called "My heart will go on" by celine dion, she sways her hips to the rythm and sings [i]"Every night youin my dreams, i see you i feel you, that is how i know you go on"

Writing again in the notebook, Kyo showed another note after a minute. Should I help with dinner tonight?

Emmie hears the music and smiles. She decided to go and get the shopping now the parents were home she grabs her bag and heads out the door like she normally does.

As soon as he got the okay from Mrs. Herry, Kyo began coming up with some ideas for dinner. Something warm sounded good to him, maybe soup or fish or something like that. Seeing that Emmie was already heading out, he followed, intending to help pick out some ingredients.

Eventually catching up to Emmie, Kyo took a moment to write another note to show her.
