I'm somewhat interested, but I'm just wondering what kind of tone are you aiming for here? I'm just a little worried since a lot of superhero RPs tend to go the 90s antihero route, which I've never been particularly fond of. ^^; I mean it doesn't sound like it's going to go that way, but I guess I'm just a little paranoid, ahah. XDAlso, you mention technology, but I was wondering if magical/supernatural based heroes would be okay? Not that I have one in mind (I'm actually tempted to go for a fully-tech based hero but we'll see), just wanted to see how kitchen sink-y the setting is going to be I guess.
Magical/Supernatural based powers are accepted, yes. Trust me when I say that the mood will stray far from any 90's cliche. I want this roleplay to be modern, and fun for all involved. However, I do have a story-line plotted out that will have the heroes need to have some kind of development, even if that does relay a little to any type of stereotypes. When it comes to development, sometimes that is inevitable. I do hope that that does not deter you, because we do have a lot to offer. The plot has been set, but because of the "player made" rp, I also accept any plots that players have in mind, as long as they are substantial, and have something to provide the actual roleplay. I think this can provide a little more interest to the rp, seeing how easy it is to lose interest if the mood shifts, this may help.
Technology will be further explained in the OOC itself, which is still under basic construction. Though it will develop to it's intended potential after the first mission is completed. I can say, that technology in this world is definitely more welcomed than the alternative (Character Powers)
But...It is also unreliable in certain situations. It's up to the player.
