The most I'd be willing to allow would be the hero saving a hostage situation, unless otherwise said by Monster. The heroes can't already be known for saving the world from devastation.

I also want to say that if you do want your character to be well known by the government for example, you may very well post that. Just make sure, as I said, he hasn't saved people from a nuclear bomb or similar.

I have one issue with your CS;
The power 'Love' states that if nobody around her feels any kind of love for her, then she will turn into a weak human. However, in the weaknesses, you state that someone can stop her by killing all of the people she loves. In the 'Role in the Media and Public Eye' section it is stated that the public show her love and admiration.
On one side, you say that killing all of the people she loves will make her weak.
On the other side, killing the people around her with some sort of love for her will make her weak.

You will have to choose between the two, both conflict and will not do together.

The one issue I have with the CS is the 15 tons she can lift. If you were to bring that down to 6 tons, your character would be accepted. The 100 tons she can lift in dire situations can stay, as long as you do not use it too many times.

Hi there, I would like to say that I was enthralled with the overall idea you had for your characters powers, however there does seem to be quite a few issues that will need to be resolved.

I fixed my cs

NAME : Cassandra Moonchild

GENDER : Female

AGE : 22 in appearance true age is difficult to determine

APPERENCE :

BODY TYPE : Athletic

PERSONALITY : Cassie can be a bit Moody switching without reason or cause as far as those around her are aware.
She is at times clueless to the modern world and can become fascinated by the strangest of things. (Electric windows, radios, toilets and other things she's never seen before.

SKILLS : Potion making, cooking, read arcane languages and unarmed combat (Similar to Krav maga)

WEAKNESS : Cassie is touched by dark forces and they have left her marked by random bursts of lust for other women who she'll attempt to seduce.
She is vengeful when she is wronged or feels wronged and her reactions can be either a simple prank or a curse
She is working on controlling her flaws but so far is failing.

BIO : Cassandra was stolen as a baby by a Demon Cult to stand as a sacrifice to appease an Infernal Prince. She was prepared and then infused with the power of their Dark Priest an Priestess and laid upon the bloody Alter when the Sisters of Avalon came to prevent the sinister rite before it could unleash evil on the earth.

The sisters rescued Cassandra and would have returned her to her rightful parents except that during the battle the Priestess had been killed at as she tried to use Cassandra's life force to protect her own. This act meant that Cassandra yet only an infant had the power and knowledge of a Dark Sorceress who rivaled the Sisters of Avalon.

They knew leaving her on earth would make Cassandra a Target for those that would use her innocence and power for ill.
They took her to their Dimension where she was allowed to grow and learn under the supervision of Wizards and Sorceress who guided her to the path of the light.

There she lived in a timeless realm till it was found that the Darkness inside of Cassandra made her a liability to those she loved. Though they had achieved in Cassie perfect balance she wasn't meant to live among those creatures of light.

It was decided that Cassie was to become the Newest protector of the realm Mortal as had the former Merlin..

It is now her duty to prevent those dark forces from gaining a foot hold on earth while aiding her heros in any manner she may.

ORIGIN OF POWERS : Cassie's Power is the result of two things
First she has been a student of magic in the mysterious realm of Avalon and taught the secrets of the arcane.
The second is that she contains the lifeforce of the Dark Priestess who was offering Cassie to a demon prince when she was killed by an assault by three witches of Avalon an attempted to attach her soul to the baby's but failed.

DISCRIPTION OF POWERS : Sorceress Magic
(Her spells range from the mundane ability to summon light to calling down elemental storms.
The former is a simple manifestation of her arcane ability requiring a gesture and the latter requires enormous concentration and bargaining with the elements and takes time to effect)

WEAKNESS OF POWERS : Cassie's ability requires greater and greater levels of concentration and time dependent on the power of the spell

ROLE IN THE MEDIA AN PUBLIC EYE : N/A (Cassie is shy about large crowds or becoming the center of attention.)

Mine is different enough so its cool with me.

The roleplay should start as soon as all the CS's are handled, which I expect to be soon. It's a bit late for me here, but I'll be reviewing tonight.

@Grim327: I'm fine with you basing your character off of Colossus, as long as it's not a carbon copy. Originality is key. It appears Charlie is fine with any possible similarities, seeing as they are quite different in the long run.
