Jay breathed a sigh of relief yet felt like throwing up. He was only doing what he was doing so he wouldn't die- no Jay. Don't overthink she thought to herself and sprinted to the cornucopia "come on, the scream probably will attract tributes, his group mostly." She said and collected weapons and an extra backpack, stuffing the backpack She had previously into the first one along with the weapons.

Move, Maele told herself, frozen to the spot, staring at the tribute she'd just killed. She was going to be sick. No - she had had to do it. They all could have been killed.
It didn't make her feel any better.
Jay told them to move, and Maele wrenched her eyes from the dead boy, joining the girl grabbing everything in sight. She slung another backpack over her shoulder, and started looking for another weapon; there was no way she'd be touching that axe again. Lying amongst a pile of swords, she found a spear. At least that might mean that she could make her next kill from afar. Goddamn, she was already thinking in terms of the "next kill". Stop it!
To distract herself, she asked: "Do we have much water? Should we make that a priority?"

"No, there will be rain. The forest is an obvious sign that there is enough natural water to grow a healthy, good size, forest. Therefore, it can allow three people to survive" Jay explains and collects all She can carry then motions for Maele and Matt to follow her as she sprints out back towards the forest.

'well thats a pretty good place to live i guess' matt said as he followed jay into the forest then told maele 'don't worry about the people you kill they'll all have to die eventually' matt sees a tiny shelter made out of leafs and sticks matt gestures the others to stay as matt looks inside of the tent theres a dead kid with his throat torn out,matt drags the kids body out of the tent then throws it into a tiny hole,'well we got a place to stay but chances are they're other people somewhere' matt said to maele and jay

[i cannot believe i am doing this,all just to survive and go home
i am a horrible person,what will i do when theres only a few people left] matt thought as he looked at jay and maele

"If they come back, no hesitation. We can't afford hesitation. One strike from a carrer and we are dead." Jay says and takes her daggers from her bag "I'm going to scope out the place" she said and left the shelter and went into the forest.

matt sat down and decided leave camp to catch dinner 'maele go and make a campfire' matt ordered maele then said 'i am going to go catch dinner' then left

[timeskip a few minutes]

matt was walking in the forest/desert and heard a growling from a bush [oh crap] and out came a pack of wolves! not ordinary wolves either these ones looked really different

the wolves walked towards matt in a V formation and the wolf in the lead of the information obviously the leader howled and all the wolves ran straight towards matt,matt turned around and ran off [great first tributes now wolves!] a wolf jumped at matt but matt slashed at its throat causing blood to splatter all over matt,the wolf fell the ground and died,matt kept on running as he noticed the rest of the wolves weren't very far away from him

Happy to have a job she could definitely do (and which would hopefully not lead to more killing), Maele set about making a fire near the shelter, starting by building a mound of leaves and sticks, and then using two more to get a spark going. Just as it was starting to catch, however, she heard a howl, very definitely coming from the direction Matt had gone in.

"Oh god, I hope that's just the one." She said, picking a branch from the fire, then blowing on it to keep the flame high. With her free hand, she grabbed her spear, and then raced in the direction she had heard the howl.

Blossom had survived the blood bath and was now perched up on tree with her bow and arrows looking to Matt and the wolves, she would not let him die so easily so she took out two arrows and aimed a arrow at the wolf who was closest to matt and shot it and the within two seconds she had placed another arrow into another wolf "Friends" She shouted as she took out another wolf. But her wound was worse than expected as she looked at it and she pulled out the arrow but screamed in pain as she pulled it out,she pulled up her shirt to look at it and it was a small but deep cut.

'uhhh yeah sure' said as he cut a wolfs head off and then looked around noticing that all the wolfs have been killed 'well i guess we are in a alliance'

As Maele ran through the forest, the flame she was carrying flickered out, and she cast the charred stick aside. "Hope the spear's enough," she said to herself. But when she arrived in the clearing, she found Matt surrounded by dead wolves, and above him sat Blossom, the girl from 12, in a tree. Was that a good thing? Was this new girl on their side?
Maele's questions were answered when she noticed the arrows sticking out of one of the dead wolves, and saw the bow in Blossom's hand. So the girl had been helping. Another ally, then. She felt a mixture of relief and regret. It was nice to have another person on their side; but what would happen if the four of them became the last tributes alive? Only one of them was getting out of this.

Jay ran further into the forest, chasing a deer. She suddenly got yanked by her suit to the ground and she felt a blow to her stomach touch down "umf" she let out a strangled sound and struggled to grab her dagger but the person pounced on her, straddling her chest and started punching her face 'he must be unarmed' she thought and smirked as much as she could while getting punched. Her hand finally mad it to her daggers and she pulled one free. The guy grabbed it from her and stabbed her in the hand. She let out a high pitch scream but played through the horrendous pain, using her other hand to grab another dagger and push it through the guy's chest. He fell and she pushed him off her the climbed up, looking at her hand in agony. She sprinted back, her hand bleeding crazily. She tried to find another deer so she wouldn't come back empty handed but failed and settled for three squirrles, one for each. She made it back to the tent and slid in then passing out from pain.

matt said to maele 'we got another member her name is blossom' matt said to maele 'and blossom this is maele shes in my alliance too and some other girl,well grab a wolf because thats dinner for today' matt said as he walked over to a wolf and began to pull it back to camp

Blossom jumped down from the tree and as she landed she rolled to take away some of the impact that was going to hurt her and then stood up to look at Matt and Maele "Hello Maele", she held out her hand as if to get a handshake and with the other hand she sheathed her bow with the string over her body and the other part on her back and the arrows in their sheathe "Not a thank you?" as she looked to Matt.

'oh well uh thanks i guess' matt said as he started pulling a dead wolf back to the camp and gestured the group to follow 'hurry up its almost night!' matt said as he looked up to the sky

"Uhm, You can carry that, I am more of a guard Infact I will keep watch over the camp from a tree to protect the incapable people Ok matt" She ran to the camp and she seen a tree, she began to clamber up it and she sat on a branch and drew her bow and arrow and aimed it near matt so she could she if any one was preparing to attack, she herself was not going to attack him, she kinda liked him, but she seen movement near matt from a bush and fired an arrow into the bush to kill the person, she heard a scream and a person fell out of the bush landing on their head

Maele warily watched Blossom sheath her weapon, and then took the other girl's hand. "Nice shooting," She said, gesturing at the wolves around them. "I for one am glad you're on our side."

Matt told them they should get back to camp, so Maele helped him carry the wolf, and she saw Blossom run ahead. Getting back to camp, they saw that the fire was dying down; so she let him finish bringing the wolf the last few meters and rushed back to the pit to raise flames once again.

"You guys should be more careful, Infact how many others are left apart from us" She asked Maele as she kept a look out for any more of the others

"I don't know," Maele replied, throwing some more dry leaves onto the fire. "At least three are gone." They'd killed that many already. "Plus however many died at the Bloodbath. I suppose we won't know for sure until it gets a bit darker, and they show us today's dead in the sky. I didn't keep track of the cannons, too busy running." She fought back a shudder just thinking about the first rush on the cornucopia; the screaming, the death.

night falls as the group make it back to the camp a song comes on and in the sky a holograph appears and a bunch of cannons are fired

1,2,3.......25 people died at this night the hologram shows the faces of the dead and then near the end it shown jays face matt looked into the tent to find jays dead body,matt noticed she was stabbed in the hand [she bled out] matt pulled her corpse out of the tent and said 'guys.jays dead'
