Rin would be too scared to leave and probably wouldn't try to befriend people due to her shy nature with others even including the red clansmen

Sage would go to Italy. get away from all this drama and never come back.

How will your characters react when they bump into a member from another Clan?

Here's how I imagine this going.
Rin was walking down the street next to her king and/or second in command when someone bumped into her. She looked up and saw a member of another clan looking down at her. She just stared at him with her good and bad eye wide before blinking and stepping behind her king or second in command to allow them to take care of it.

Shusuke would act differently with each.

Blue: "Hey guys." *Tries being nice and stuff at first, but knows a fight is about to happen* "Right. Let's do this." *Fights*

Green: "I'm gonna fuckin burn you to ash." *Proceeds to try and destroy*

Gold: "Got any tea? Or good juice? I think Rin would enjoy it." *Waits patiently* "No?" *Waits* "Fine >_>" *leaves*

Aside from that... Meh... Nobody knows the silver King.

since sage isnt allowed to talk to any of them (yet) he will just look at them...blink....and walk away briskly. Then turn a disappear o-O

Well, Mikami would remain civil if at all possible. Although the degree of control that would take depends on the person and the situation. Like, lower ranking members of red or green he'd be civil but not pleasant. Now, if he were to run into a high ranking member of either clan it would take a whole hell of a lot of control. He wouldn't fight unless yet started it or were doing something criminal, because Mikami prides himself on knowing exactly how many laws he is braking at any given time. Gold he gets along with just fine.

Tadashi would flirt with them if they were attractive and of age. He doesn't harbor much resentment towards other clans.

Cho will extremely tense with Reds. Those are the ones that she gets the most edgy with. She'll probably be the one to instigate a fight, even if they weren't hostile. To her, every move is an aggressive one.

Cho will be tense with Greens, too, but not like she's gonna be with the Reds.

She's somewhat calm around the Golds.

Well for the most part nobody Knows the greens are doing anything bad because of the whole framing the Reds thing XD

I have returned.
And I see there is a questionnaire being held.

Saito's favorite food is meat-based stuff.

His favorite color is, ironically, blue.

His preferred genre of music is rock.

His spirit animal is a fox.

His favorite season is summer and winter.

His ideal romantic partner is someone with a big booty who he can take care of and expect the same in return when needed.

Saito can watch anime, but only ones that include a bit of action. He finds romance and sappy things a bit annoying. He loves ones with tragedy and lots of death. Example would be Attack on Titan.

His best friend is Shu, but Cho is his childhood friend who is, in technicality, more closer and personal with him.

Saito makes a frequent joke about wanting to go to Africa, but he truly wants to go to America because 'of the hot chicks.'

Saito dislikes whatever clan that looks down on them. As of now, he would probably spit on a Blue clansman because he feels that he and the Red Clan end up doing the Blue Clan's work on the streets for them. He would ask, "Gold Clan?" because he completely forgot about their existence, as they are irrelevant to him. As for the Green Clan...

Cho doesn't know they're framing the Red Clan. She'll still be terse with them. XD

Mikami is a little weary of them because he can kind of tell they're up to something. He just isn't sure what yet.

And well...Tadashi is in green.
