There wont be a test like that for that title. The only reason it is possible with Shiro is because he is my own character and so yeah it is possible to make such a long process...not so long xD If I did this with someone elses char it would truly take forever...and would be honestly so difficult to pull off and the idea in itself would lose it's spark if I ended up doing it for a lot of people thus rendering it a long and unbearable situation. I mean there would likely be a test for that position but it'd be quite a bit different xD

But yeah as Abi said bout it not being a Kido yeah...trying to have that sort of thing a Kido? impossible...Kido is powerful, not that powerful xD I'm just saying ^.^ just to make it clear there would never be a toned down kido version of this cause it just wouldn't work...there is a lot to that room that I haven't touched upon xD
