So, I'm still toying around with balancing a char with majin buu levels of regen, but not necessarily the body manipulation beyond reforming and maybe a bit of inner body manipulation. I'm thinking slow with no speed boosts, and high regen, but low 'avalable hp' might work and leave room for an offensive power, do you think? Or would there need to be more drawbacks, and if so, what would they be?

Maybe, but only when he has a reason to scrutinise him.. His senses aren't superhuman: he can just put the world on pause to take in as much detail as humanly possible. Humanly possible :)

I hate lying, I said I was gonna post it a few days ago. And I got distracted by literally everything else.

Especially that emergency with the water and nearly flooding the apartment.

Anyway.
