Personality: Valeria is usually a fairly friendly and caring kind of person who she tries to get along with everyone she meets, she is the kind of person she will stand up for her friends. She has a hatred for the Capitol and the Peacekeepers due to how they treat the poorer Districts, growing up with some Peacekeepers punishing her or her family for something that was an accident.

District 10? Excellent. I rarely see anything about them. Also, I'm fine with them being identical twins. If anything, that'll have them instantly realize they're probably related, haha.

Gender: Female
Personality: Upon first impression, Lana appears like many of her career upbringing and background. This includes being fiercely competitive, ambitious, and loyal to the Capitol. However, Lana is not without her soft side which she is not afraid to express when circumstances allow for it. This tends to make her a rather outgoing/friendly and well liked person, at least within her own district.

District: 2
Weapon of Choice: Can technically use most, but her main specialty is small bladed weapons. Most notably knives.
Survival Skills: This is easily one of Lana's disadvantages(like it is most careers), but she does have knowledge of some basic survival skills as taught in the training academies. Hunting is naturally bound to be little challenge for her also due to her competence with all sorts of weaponry.
Token: A stone carved cat created by a close friend of hers who died in the games just the year previous.

I think its a District rarely ever used in RPs lol. :) Finished editing my CS for the most part, what should they look like any preferences?

Not really, except for the fact I imagine my girl as dark haired. Also, I just realized something. If they're twins wouldn't they both have to be the same age? Either that or they're just regular sisters who happen to look a lot alike.

Oops went and edited that part now their the same age, so both would have dark hair i'm fine with that.

Alright. Did you have anything else in mind appearance wise? I feel that as long as we have at least a couple identical traits we'll be fine. Like I'd imagine my character has a more athletic physique due to the fact she trained for the games while yours probably doesn't even get much to eat, being from a poor district.

Hmm I was thinking their eye color would be blue? And my character's skin would most likely be tanned due to being out in the fields of 10. Other wise I think we are good.

Yep. works for me. Is there anything we should collaborate on for the bios? Like why are these two separated? We'll need to come up with a pretty extraordinary excuse since travel between districts is generally forbidden except for during the Victory Tour and even that is only for the victor and their prep team.

I was thinking that since their mother was pregnant with the two of them before their games started, her and their father were reaped into the games and their father ends up dying. Since most victors pretty much become unstable she wouldn't be able to raise them and gives them up or adoption. As for them being separated to two different districts I cant really think of anything at the moment.

Well I did think that maybe their parents were rebels and one tried to flee District 2(which as we know is loyal to the Capitol) to District 13? Maybe that parent ends up captured after somehow making it only as far as District 10? Of course the Capitol would have either killed that parent or made them into an Avox, but I suppose maybe they kept the child alive with somebody else since every child to them is potential tribute material. I figure this theory works since I remember in one of the books there were a few District 8 citizens who tried to flee their district.

As for my character, I figure this would be more effective if the other parent who remained in District 2 was also killed or made an Avox due to the Capitol believing they helped their partner escape. That in effect then makes both children having been adopted by other people as babies, thus knowing nothing about their past or their real parents.

I figure the reasoning for this is that the rebellious family would be safer separated.
