This is a 1 x 1 RP between PopeAlessandros and calmay, if you're not us, don't post. Also, M/M, don't like, don't read!



Base Concept:

The prince has always gotten anything he's ever wanted, and as such, has become beyond spoiled. In one last attempt to turn the young master into someone deserved of his eventual post, the palace mage endows the boy with a magical pet. However the boy treats it like any other gift in his life and disregards it, not knowing the significance behind it. The repercussions for his actions are harsh and now the prince, along with his now quite disloyal pet, have to find their way out of the hell they have been dropped into. It will take quite a turn around for the youth to win the beast's trust and survive the ordeal.

I'd say there is magic, but it's limited to mages, sorcerers, warlocks and the like. The place they are sent would be like the place in Pandora Hearts kinda, and if you don't get the reference it's like a place of unreasonable difficulties and cruel facts. This place would make a little more sense than the one in PH, no floating coffee tables and the like, but it would be populated with beings able to use magic and manipulate reality. The world the prince is from however would be without magic save for aforementioned people and of course magical beasts.

Alright that works with me. So when it comes to magic the number of users in the princes world are limited, so he would be quite useless in the world of magic.

Yush. He would be relying on the pet to survive, but of course that's after he gets the pet to give a crap :P

So this new world that are sent to, it's very magical, So the place would not look very normal to the prince as people can change the reality around them. He should be able to tel what pants are what, but they would all look strange to him.

Pants? I see the place looking kinda like a south american jungle when they land, with other parts of the world being different temperate zones. There would be "Normal" stuff around, but you're right, a lot of the stuff would look odd since the beings here get bored quickly. This is all my opinion, what ideas would you like to input?

I meant plants, computer did not register the l, I did not think I needed to press so harder on it. I can see the stronger people changing the weaker for their own amusement. So while the most of the people there started off as humans, but have now gain unique features. I need to go for now. I will be back on later.

Okay, I'll be here. I was thinking that there would be no humans in this realm since humans are non magical. The races could appear human, but would not be. Also. . . . .I don't like the idea of being able to change the sentient creatures in the realm. I can see them being able to change animals and beasts, but not the thinking races. . . .

I'm fine with the races that are there not being humans there. So no sentient creature can be magically changed, I accept that.

Oki day. Since the magical world is ever changing, I think we can build it as we go along. The world they start it, they're gonna at least spend a wee there, so perhaps we can talk about whet kind of setting you'd like there? I myself like classic European, Romania, or Japanese types of castles and ruling systems. How about you?

We can added things as we go along. I like classical European and Japanese types myself. I would love to go with a Japanese castle and ruling system. He would be living at a castle similar to the Kyoto if we were to go with Japanese.

Hah, I like the one in Kyoto on the lake edge :P How about a forest nearby where the mage lives? He prefers it out there rather than in the palace, and would give him a place to work with the "Spirits". Oh, and for actual posting purposes I think I should do the first post so I can scribble in the mage summoning my character and bringing me to the palace.

That would work, I do not see the mage living in the castle or near it. The forest seems like a good fit. It probably would be better if you started. All the prince ould really have to do in the beginning is go through the motions of his day until your character and the mage arrived.

Indeed. Now. . .I think setting is decent, unless you have something to add, so just a couple notes on plot. . . .I think at least a week should go by before they get kicked tot he other realm, and I'l like to request that my character doesn't get too roughed up. I'd expect to be booted out of the way a few times, but no trying to drop me from the roof or anything :P

A week sounds like enough time for the prince to mistreat your character enough so that there would be mistrust. I will keep the really hard rough treatment to a minimum. So I was thinking that they end up being sent over after your character reaches him limit what he can take from the prince.

Okay, that works. Don't hold back too much, my guy has to be pretty mad for the transfer to occur. . . . .*Random thought* Perhaps this could be a last straw situation where your guy does something like, hit my guy with something heavy, or throw him into something that would cause an actual injury so that when they get over to the other side, my guy isn't in top form, but still better than nothing :P Let me know what you think, and if there are no more major matters, I think we can move on to character sheets. I'd like to drop a copy of my empty template here so you can see what I like to know about the main characters in an RP, but you are free to use your own outline. If it doesn't have the info I need, I will end up asking a lot more questions and be a little slower to post though :P It's not too cumbersome, I promise :P

Don't worry, I will not hold back too much, I will just make sure that it does not cause too much damage. That sounds like a great idea, that way he need to help your character get better if he wants to survive. I would love to see your character sheet. Mine does not have much, so I can whatever you will like to see on the template.
