So, what I'm looking for here is a few people to join me on a twisted journey into Wonderland... It's going to be a guessing game at what is real with us trying to decide as we go, kinda a Sucker Punch meets Alice deal. This version of the story is going to be a mash up of several books, comics, and games I've played based on a twisted Wonderland. So, if something sounds familiar... it probably is.
Anyway, the story is that Alice Liddell had a child and her line was carried on to Taylor Croft, my character. When my character hit puberty she, like all of Alice's decedents before her, started having delusions. She starts hearing animals, bugs, and even plants talking to her. She tries to shut them out, but with no luck she ends up admitted to a psych ward through a series of events I'll explain later. However, after meeting several others who seem to be having the same delusions she becomes certain that she and the women in her family before her weren't crazy after all and that instead they are cursed. So, the group is trying to find a way to break their curse. More info on that is to come in the play...
I included The Truth About Alice, so you guys can see the kinda dark roads I'm willing to take in this play and so you can see the background (most of which was taken from American McGee's Alice) that got us here. I intend for this to stay PG-13 and therefore in RPG's parameters despite the darker aspects. High-end casual players who are able to post once a day and at least two or three six sentence paragraphs are preferred. Don't be scared off by the amount of story, it covers two game summaries. I won't ever expect that much out of you, lol.
Once upon a time there was a girl named Alice who was very curious. Though she had an older sister, the years between them were many and so Alice often played on her own. To fill the void of playmates she began to dream and fantasize all day and all night about rabbits with waistcoats and pocketwatches, vanishing cats with luminous grins, and talking flowers. She would imagine her Wonderland any chance she could and was a very lively and playful girl even if she was a bit shy and introverted. One night, as she played in Wonderland, her house was set ablaze. The official report stated that her cat, Dinah, had knocked over a lamp in the library. In her room, Alice was daydreaming about Minotaurs sneaking into her home and had just dozed of listening to her sister's mumbling through the bedroom wall when Dinah leaped onto her chest and woke her to find her room filled with smoke.
Still clinging to her stuffed rabbit, Alice ran from her room only to find the blaze in the hall cutting her off from her parents whom she could hear screaming for her to get out on the other side of the blaze. Alice went to Lizzie's room, intent on waking her sister but the door was locked and the handle burned her hands. She screamed for Lizzie but her sister never answered. With the heat burning her skin and the smoke stinging her eyes and making her cough Alice retreated back to her room to find Dinah digging at her latched window. Opening her only means to escape, she followed Dinah out the window, down the lattice, and into the yard. She was standing outside her home, burned and covered in soot, still clinging to her rabbit when the authorities showed up. It was hard to say how long she'd stood there listening to her parent's scream, unable to help, until the screams had finally stopped. Police tried to speak to her but all she did was ramble about Minotaurs, talking cats, and a rabbit being cross at her parents for being late for tea.
Alice was taken to Rutledge Asylum by the authorities when, after days of rambling nonsense between crying and sleeping she succumbed to a violent fit of rage and tried to slit her wrists. This gave her Nanny, who had taken her in, no choice but to call for help. Then, she suddenly quit responding altogether and seemed to drop into catatonia. Over her time in Rutledge the Doctors and Nurses tried a variety of potions and treatments, none of which were effective. Then, feeling sorry for the girl, one of the nurses washed and stitched her old rabbit back together. After the rabbit was thoroughly repaired and white from washing once more, the nurse returned the rabbit to the girl in hopes it would ease her troubled mind. Instead, Alice seemed to suddenly wake from her catatonia even if it was only to start speaking fevered gibberish to the rabbit. She began to draw fantastic and morbid images of Wonderland and have moments of wakeful alertness during which she could be randomly violent and had to be restrained just in case. When she wasn't violent, Alice could be extremely charming if a bit cryptic and still altogether mad. She began telling stories about Wonderland and how she planned to defeat the Red Queen for twisting and destroying her world. All the psychiatrists could guess was that the Red Queen was another possible way for Alice to see herself and that she still blamed herself for her family's death... A type of survivor's remorse and that Wonderland was a way to escape the reality of her trauma.
After ten years in Rutledge, Alice seemed to suddenly return to reality with no help but her own. She began speaking clearly and of sane matters, she began eating and walking outside, and even seemed to be slowly coming to terms with her guilt. She suddenly asked the nurse to remove the rabbit and refused to speak of the toy and no longer drew at all. Slowly she seemed to come to terms with her guilt. Her psychiatrist, Doctor Winston, kept the rabbit despite... thinking that perhaps in time she'd want it back. As her progress increased Alice was finally released from the Asylum and was proclaimed cured, though Doctor Winston was reluctant to claim credit for her recovery. In an effort to help her survive in the outside world Alice's former Nurse set her up in a Home for troubled children run by Angus Bumby. Bumby began a new form of treatment when Alice's dreams of Wonderland began to return after someone unknown sent her a picture of her family when Alice had thought everything had burned in the fire. The new treatment was hypnotherapy... something he did for all the children in the home to help them forget their troubled pasts. However, the more she tried to forget the worse her nightmares became until she suffered another break with reality.
In the end Alice discovered Bumby's real reason for wanting her to forget when everything came back to her. Bumby had been an undergrad in the Academy where her father taught Psychiatry, he seemed to take quite the interest in Lizzie, Alice's older sister. Lizzie, however, had no such fancies for him and actually expressed discomfort in being around him. After a time, Lizzie confided in Alice that Bumby had caught her in a bathroom in the Academy and had tried to make forceful advances which Lizzie had equally forcefully declined with threats of alerting the authorities. Angered by her rejection, Bumby had snuck into the Liddell house in the middle of the night. A only half awake Alice had mistaken him for one of her fanciful creatures and had went back to daydreaming, not knowing that the sounds from Lizzie's room was Bumby. Having done what he came to do he killed Lizzie and locked her bedroom door, taking her key as a sort of twisted memento. Then, he'd taken an oil lamp and had thrown it into the library, intending to kill everyone in the home to cover up his crime... Having awoken to the truth Alice confronted Bumby at the train station where he was planning to depart on a business trip. It was there that he smugly reminded her that no one would believe a crazy young girl over a well respected member of the community. Alice pushed him off the platform and into an oncoming train, then her worlds (Reality and Wonderland) seemed to merge into one. A few years down the road, Alice met a man who loved her despite her odd mood swings which laudanum seemed to ease. They got married, though right after having her daughter Alice's husband brought home a stuffed white rabbit for the baby's crib. Alice was said to have had another break with reality that same night and jumped out her bedroom window and broke her neck.
Playable Characters (aside from Originals which will be accepted after all the Canon positions are filled):
Name: Theo White
Alias: Rabbit
Age: 17
Personality: Skittish, very restless, well mannered, extremely clean, and believes that everything has it's place. Very much dislikes anything interrupting his schedule and keeps a strict routine to his day. One of his phobias is a fear of breaking routine... he feels that if he does something horrible may happen.
Appearance:
Background:
Believe it or not but at one time Theo was a completely normal child... His parents were very strict, but that was about the only semi-negative thing in his life. He was home schooled, had piano lessons, helped his father around the office, and was even studying to be an accountant at age thirteen. However, the ONE time he missed a piano lesson his parents (who had been on a business trip elsewhere) ended up in a plain crash and died. After this his behavior began going down hill. He would have panic attacks when he even THOUGHT he was going to be late, he turned into a germophobe, began having night terrors, and was unable to sleep due to the constant ticking of the clock reminding him that life doesn't last forever and that death was on his heels. For this reason he lives extremely safely, often flat out refusing to take risks and he NEVER breaks routine. After his uncle took him in and he had a violent outburst over his cousin being late to dinner, it was decided that perhaps he would be better off in a place where people would understand his problems...
Diagnosis: Extreme OCD, insomnia, and several phobias.
Name: Taylor Croft
Alias: Alice
Age: Seventeen
Personality: Is nervous around large groups and gets easily agitated and she has occasional emotional outburts making her prone to depression or fits of violence. It's hard for her to form attachments with others but those she does become attached to she is extremely protective of. She doesn't really care about societies rules, she goes by her own set of morals which can sometimes make no sense. She tends to drown herself in music and art of any kind and avoid social situations altogether.
Appearance:
Background:
Taylor spent the first half of her life with her mother, a drunk and a druggy too busy trying to drown out the voices in her head to pay attention to her daughter. Her mother's habits meant there was always someone sketchy going in and out of the house and Taylor learned to stay out of sight for her own sake. After her mother's overdose, Taylor was sent to live with her father and her half brother. For the first time in her life, Taylor knew what family felt like... what home felt like. Her only problems were the kids at school.
After years of learning to make herself invisible it was simply a habit despite how pretty she might have been. She avoided being around anyone she didn't know well, which was anyone aside from her brother, and tended to completely ignore the teachers and any authority figure in favor of her drawing or music. Add to all of this her random emotional outbursts and her nervous agitation around large groups and you have the makings of a true introvert. Her awkward behavior made her the target of the popular kid's pranks and it only further pushed her into her shell.
After her brother had a car accident Taylor's behavior and mental stability took a severe nose dive. Losing one of the only two people she was close with eventually led to a nervous break down. Her father found her chasing a butterfly around the yard in the middle of a rainstorm, with gardening sheers. She was shouting that it wasn't her fault and yelling 'off with your head' when he'd tried to stop her. In the end she'd accidentally sliced his hands with the sheers and lost it completely, if she hadn't already, at the sight of blood. She'd frozen up, wide eyed, whispering that he was painting their roses red. Taylor's father, terrified that she would hurt herself the next time, finally gave way and decided to send her to the hospital before she could. Once there they put her on xanex, lithium, and ambien and it seemed to stabalize her moods and calm the delusions it didn't get rid of them completely.
Diagnosis: Suffers from mild Sociopathic tendencies and stress induced delusions seeming to stem from a Schitzoaffective Disorder.
Name: Aria Toole
Alias: Cat
Age: 16
Personality: Mysterious, wise, helpful and at other times infuriatingly annoying, optimistic, intelligent, mischievous, clever, cheerful and enjoys cheering others up, always smiling, social, enjoys singing random poems and songs in the middle of conversations, confusing even to herself, philosophical/thoughtful, rather likes to play puppet master as well, steering others towards disaster or hope
Appearance:
Background: Aria grew up in a home with 6 other siblings, various boys and girls. She was the second to last, and always eager to get noticed, without getting in trouble for acting out at the same time. Her parents barely noticed her however, rather busy taking care of everyone, but her teachers certainly noticed the little pale girl with unnerving blue eyes and a grin always on her face. She liked to hide in corners, just smiling to herself and talking to imaginary friends. But it didn’t mean she was anti-social. In fact she was the most social girl in school. It didn’t mean she made friends easily though. She often spoke in confusing sentences, with words too big for a girl her age, leading the other kids to call her a freak and avoid her if they could outrun her. When someone was upset though, she was the first to hug and comfort them.
Her teachers suggested she take an intelligence test to determine what grade she actually belonged in, and she ended up drawing a cat out of the multiple choice bubbles. They let her take it again, and she actually tried. She got to skip 4 grades. Then when she ended up in 5th grade at the age of 7, she got put right back in 1st because of her ‘social maturity’. She would burst out in the middle of lectures random poems or song lyrics, and then simply ask a teacher a riddle when they would get on to her or ask her why she did that.
Once in high school, Aria caught the interest of the psychology teacher. Though he only taught seniors and Aria was still a freshman, he asked to tutor her in psychology after school. He ended up falling in love with her, and she manipulated him into killing his wife in order to be with her, basically just to see what he would do. They ran away together after he did so, but got caught. When Aria was investigated, she simply claimed there were multiple paths one could choose in life. Obviously her lover had chosen one with consequences. Being 15 years old, she was still a minor and couldn’t really be charged with anything, though her teacher was put away for a long time.
When Aria returned to school, she was called a killer and whore, though she just laughed manically at those who said those things. The other students had always avoided her, despite thinking she was rather nice if kind of freaky, but now many hated her. Of course, when she was confronted one day outside during lunch, things turned a little ugly. A senior boy called her out and said she was a freak. Aria simply giggled and said all the best people in the world are freaks. He tried to hit her, but she was quick as a whip, and pulled his shirt up and over his head as she jumped over the top of him. As he fell to the ground, shirt over his face, she leapt onto his back and started carving things into him like ‘meow’, ‘freak’, ‘whore’, ‘this way’, ‘that way’. A couple of teachers pulled her off him, bits of his flesh hanging from her nails as she grinned, eyes wide as they took her away and admitted her to the psych ward of the hospital.
Diagnosis: Psychopath, Bipolar, ADHD
Name: Cordelia Walker
Alias: Dormouse
Age: Thirteen
Personality: Quiet, Passive, Submissive, Skittish, Easily Bossed around, Often yawning or sleeping, often anxious and nervous, Shy. Doesn't like suddenly being gradded unless it's by Hatter or March Hare. Horrible fear of cats and loud noises. Despite this she is sweet and sensible, when she is calmed down. She has become a bit of a hoarder, especially of things that seem to be of little value.
Appearance:
Background: Cordelia was quite clearly the runt of her family. She was the youngest of seven older brothers and sisters. And while being the baby of the family seems like an easy walk through life, Cordelia found it to be quite the opposite. She was often pushed around and bullied by her siblings, something that her busy parents never caught onto. They would torment her small and timid demeanor and try to scare her with loud noises, even going as far to throw the family cat at her from time to time.
To make matters worse Cordelia was born with extreme narcolepsy, meaning she was often tired or fell asleep at seemingly random moments of the day. She could also be heard humming or quietly singing to herself, Twinkle Twinkle Little Bat. Her parents, thinking their strange and quiet child might be a danger to their other children, quickly sent her away.
Diagnoses: Narcolepsy and possible Autism.
Name: Zachariah Finch
Alias: March Hare
Age: 17
Personality: Afflicted with a rather unfortunate menagerie of mental disorders, Zach is an incredibly skittish young man. Whereas he used to be quiet and mild-mannered, his condition has drastically changed his behaviour. The first thing most people see when meeting Zach is his spirit. He's always been an energetic one, ever since his 'near-death experience', almost to a fault. The guy is extremely impulsive, both in the things he does and the things he says. As far as he's concerned, life is just too short to sit around let shit just happen - it's all about the now, and how you handle the people and things that surround you. If he likes something, chances are he'll let you know it, and if he doesn't, well, he's never been shy about voicing his opinion in that matter as well. Try as he might, he's never really had the best poker face in the world, and it tends to give him away more than not.
Zach has never met a boundary he wouldn't cross, and he'll often exhaust himself to gain someone's undivided attention. All in all, he is an extremely passionate, and emotional person. When he truly takes interest in something, he puts all of himself into it, and momentarily forgets about almost everything else. He’s very often obsessive about the things he does, the things he thinks about, and the people he chooses to follow.
Background: As the son of an art director and an antiques collector, Zach was fortunate enough to have led unusually charmed life full of blessings. While that was never a bad thing, it did bestow upon him a slightly skewed perspective of the world. Since his parents was quite well-off, they often hosted fancy dinner and lunch parties for their friends. Even at a young age, Zach found helping to set up cutlery in the correct order therapeutic. His pride and joy though, was a tea set. It wasn’t any ordinary tea set, but an ornate, many-cupped affair whose elements each fit into the formfitted cubbies of a velvet-lined mahogany box. When his mother showed it to him for the first time, Zach had been more than happy to learn to handle them with care, painstakingly laying out the cups in their saucers with china spoons. It was a strange interest for a young boy to have, but his parents had always encouraged uniqueness and he never really got bullied about it. Needless to say, the meaning of struggle was unfamiliar to him.
The lenses of his rose-tinted sunglasses were shattered a little after his 14th birthday. Zach began to experience intense stomach pains, but thought nothing much of it. Soon, he found it painful to even eat, and as a result, lost 35 pounds over a four month period. His parents knew something was incredibly wrong, and with much pleading, finally convinced Zach to see a doctor. Multiple blood tests and biopsies over the course of two months time came back with results showing that he had contracted Acute Myeloid Leukemia. It was terrifying, not only for him, but for the rest of her family as well. There were so many things he had planned to do after graduating that became impossible. Not only that, but the crippling fear of death was overwhelming. Luckily, a combination of chemotherapy medications worked well enough to put him in remission for his leukemia, and the only thing lost was his hair.
Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of his problems. While his physical health had improved greatly, Zach's mental health was at a decline. Coming as close to death as he had is never easy, and it caused him stress for many months. At his doctor’s request, he began attending cancer support groups, but Zach found they weren’t helping in the slightest. He couldn’t help but think back to the time where he believed he wouldn’t make it past his diagnosis, and the realisation of just how quickly he could've been gone set in.
If there was one thing he took away from his support groups, it would be the phrase carpe diem, or sieze the day. It became a mantra to him as he applied it to practically every aspect of his life, and often times used it as an excuse for his erratic behavior. The truth of the matter was that he was (and still is) more scared than ever. Not of living, but of death and what comes after. The terror of being forgotten is something that has rooted itself in Zach's brain, gnawing at his psyche constantly.
Because of this, Zach is incredibly uncomfortable if he is not the center of attention. He exhausts himself trying to make his mark in the minds of those around him; often times forcing himself to make a fool of himself. This behavior was such a contrast of the person he once was that his parents immediately took notice. Support groups and one-on-one therapy were obviously not enough for him, and they wanted Zach to get the best help he could. It was a hard decision for everyone, but they decided that sending him off to a psych ward would be for the best.
Zach's latest obsession, however; formed soon after he arrived. After hearing about the countless medicinal benefits of tea from a TV commercial, he became convinced that tea was a miracle cure, and that it would prevent him from ever having a relapse. To him, tea is the lifeblood. He may not love it, but he certainly has neurotic fixation with it. Green tea, oolong tea, hibiscus tea - whichever kind it is, Zach'll drink it day and night, if only to keep any and all life-threatening illnesses at bay. Combined with his newly resurfaced infatuation with tea sets, he found himself inviting the other patients to join him in this tea-drinking.
Diagnosis: Borderline and Histrionic Personality Disorder, with growing signs of OCD.
Name: Katherine Hawthorne
Alias: Mad Hatter
Age: 13
Personality:
Katherine is... strange, to say the least. Of course, everyone is, but not everyone has such a strange obsession with hats as this girl does. It's fedoras, boaters, and homburgs every day. In fact, there hasn't been anyone who's seen Katherine without any of her head-wear on. Why, you ask? Well, that's simple- it's classy. Class is everything to the girl, and she would be embarrassed to death if she went out without adorning the solidification of classiness. Very loyal, Katherine will never betray her friends and will go against incredible odds to fight for them, which has caused- and will cause, as well- many injuries, especially to her own mental health.
Katherine is usually quite sensible and polite, but sometimes, just out of the blue, the girl can have episodes of rage in which light blue eyes darken somewhat, and the only thing on her mind is to destroy whatever angers her.
Appearance:
-Bright, pale blue eyes that turn dark when Katherine is... 'having an episode'
-Long, wavy blonde hair
-Always adorns some type of hat
-Pale skin
-Likes to wear fancy skirts and dresses
Background:
Katherine was... not supposed to be born. Her parents were very far apart on the social scale- a wealthy English merchant and his family's traditional private milliner, who lived in the glorious city of Venice. Having fallen in love, the couple had decided to move to England, but there was just one little problem- the man was already married. They didn't love each other, but with their parents as best friends, they just weren't allowed to get a divorce. The merchant was forced to lie to his mother, informing her that he was going on a long business trip back to London, his hometown, and needed the milliner for a client who had asked to see her. Before the date of the flight, the man had already bought a small, secluded cottage for his love to live in- she was already pregnant, and could raise their child in London. During the summer and winter, he could go to visit them, and the three could be a family. The plan was fine, and a year later, Katherine was born. Everything was perfect for 6 years... 6 years of warmth, happiness, and sunshine. Well, alright, maybe it wasn't that great, but there was always that air of happiness around Katherine and her family.
It was the year of Katherine's 7th birthday when it finally happened. It was almost winter; when the merchant was supposed to visit them. But that year... it was when his family found out about his infidelity. It was bound to happen - they had been expecting it, but everything had been so great that they just couldn't bring themselves to talk about it. And so, that year was when it all fell apart. That winter... nobody came. There was only the mother and daughter, standing hopefully, waiting, at the door every dawn, for the merchant to come. But the season passed... and there was still no one. Katherine was confused. Where was daddy? Where was her father? And why was mommy acting so strange? But the questions went unanswered for the young girl, and the year flew past. Summer, winter, summer, winter... Two years passed, and the merchant did not come back. Two years later- two years later was when the milliner finally snapped. One summer morning, when Katherine walked downstairs to have breakfast with her mother... there was no mother. Just two words- a final message from her dead mother, severing their tie; Goodbye, Katherine.
That year was when Katherine Hawthorne committed a murder. There was no real reason behind it other than the fact that... the girl was angry. She was enraged at the world, for finally cracking apart the solid rock that was their family. But she was only 9 years old, and was sent to a psych ward, along with the collection of fancy hats her mother had made, buried, in her last few years, under all of the merchant's possessions he had left behind at their small cottage in London.

The first time Kent's father held him, you would think he would be felled with joy will that didn't happen. Kent's father dropped him on purpose on the pavement outside the hospital, hoping to kill the one day old baby Kent. It didn't work some how Kent made it alive. His father went to jail for 7 years. His mother took care of him as best as she could, until his father came back. His mother was an alcoholic so she didn't care that Kent's father abused him, as long as he bought her liquor home she was happy.
Everyday until Kent turned 19 his father would beat on him, Kent would go to the gym and work out and get pumped up. He was getting ready for the day he could beat up his father the way he did him. He practiced on the kids in school becoming a bully, he didn't care if everyone hated him, as long as no one could beat him in a fight he would stay a bully. He would eventually graduate from school, being known as the biggest asshole to ever live. That day was the day everything change for him, and his life.
His father coming home from another day at the firehouse, was angry as usual for no good reason. He went up to Kent's room to give him his daily beat down, but Kent was ready this time. His father got some good hits in, but Kent got him back. They were going blow for blow, but Kent hit his father so hard in the face that his neck snapped. At first Kent was shocked but then he started to jump around scream "Ding dong the bastard's dead ding dong he lost his head!" Shortly after the cops arrived they arrested Kent for murder. He got off with a charge of Insanity he was sent to the hospital to be check on and diagnosis. Everyday he would fight the doctors, and the nurses. He had to be sedated all the time. Instead of the sedatives helping Kent they made him worse. He would wake up in a terror after seeing what he saw in his dreams. He would see himself, but not really him but a dragon like beast. He (or the dragon) would terrorize all the people. He saw himself murdering dozens of people, eating people, destroying everything around him.
Kent doesn't know what is going on but he is bound to find out, and he will stop himself from turning into the beast in his nightmares.
Diagnosis:
Sociopath (Doesn't have remorse for any harm he does to someone), Anger Issues, Extreme Fits Of Rage, Paranoia.
Name: Matthew and Kieran Waters
Alias:
Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee
Age:
Both 17
Personality:
Matthew: Kind, calm and organised. Matthew is almost the opposite of his brother if it weren't for the same thought processes and telepathy. In stressed situations he is usually making the best out of it and uses his intelligence to calm his brother and others around him. He is usually sarcastic and rude, however the two brothers use one another to create confusion and make the listener void their comments.
Kieran: Mischievous, loud and energetic. Although Matthew and Kieran are the same intellectually Kieran can come off slightly less 'with it' as they say. He makes it clear to everyone around him that he is mischievous which takes the crowds eyes off Matthew although he is just as bad. Kieran is like the little brother of the two despite the fact that he was born first.
Both boys use their wits, differences in personality but similarities in looks to mislead people and 'control' them.
Appearance:
On the left - Matthew
On the right - Kieran
Background:
Matthew and Kieran minds were connected since they were born and the two were able to connect no other brothers, sisters or twins could. They only spoke to one another through their thoughts and when spoken too their answers came from each twin, either at the same time or different parts of the sentences. Their busy parents never had a chance to fully notice this and thought it was just a phase. At the age of 7, Their parents both died in a car crash and they were looked after by their mad Auntie - Meg.
Meg was a simple minded woman, kind but morally confused. She believe that there was nothing better in this world that money and worked 3pm-4am 7 days a week as a prostitute around the block. The brothers never went to school, only given a library card and bus tickets they made their way to the library each day to read and learn. By the time the twins had turned 13 they could speak in 3 different languages, complete exams with A* grades and draw like picasso. Not forgetting that they had taught themselves how to cook, clean and look after themselves. Their Oblivious to their busy Auntie had no idea of what they had learnt as she only saw them a couple of hours a day, two hours before her 'work'.
By the age of 16 Matthew and Kieran were very wise, however twisted in the minds, each night they would wake up and discuss their 'dream' as it is happening around the two. The only explanation they had on this was a theory 'an out of body experience'. They assumed that their bodies were sleeping while they were awake, however their discussion with meg only led her to believe the water brothers were on drugs. The common dreams they had were mushrooms sprouting from beneath them and a blonde girl running past the two at a quick pace, the two unathletic skinny brothers were never fast enough to catch up with her.
However in one midnight conversation the brothers had not a dream but a nightmare, they began seeing illogical pictures, humans with necks turned all the way around. Their dreams started happening in reality. The house dog formed shape into a human and its barks started becoming words and sentences. The birds flew close to their window and grew a human mouth and told them to run. And they did, into Auntie Meg of course, who was coming back from work early. She was in her dressing gown and slippers but in their eyes she had an elephant trunk and blood running down her face. She calmed the two boys down and tried reasoning with them, but sure on what they had seen they would not reply and just smile. She stepped away, put her hands on her hips and shouted "You've both gone mad! Bonkers!"
The two boys looked at each other and smiled a big evil crooked smile.
"We're all mad here."
Diagnosis:
The boys suffer from a delusional disorder and shared psychotic disorder.
Name: Elena Absolem
Alias: The Caterpillar(In this case The Butterfly)
Age: 17
Personality:
Elena wasn't always as she is seen today, she grew up with two younger siblings that she would have died for. After they passed in a tragic accident she became distant, isolating herself from those around her. She has always been wise beyond her years, and if you catch a glimpse of the old her you could see the caring protective nature that she has over those she loves. You could see the humor and mysterious smile that hides behind her eyes if you looked close enough.
Appearance:
Light blue hair, fading into a darker blue at the tips. A little bit more pale than the picture but pretty much spot on in every other aspect.
Background:
Elena used to be friendly, bubbly, sarcastic, caring, and the one that gave every bit of advice within her friend group. She spent most of her time taking care of her little brother and sister, teaching them right from wrong, packing their lunches, and leading them down the correct path. Her parents were absent, either at work or some book club meeting that meant more to them then their own children. Being the adult for so long was one of the reasons Elena was wise for her years. When she was 15 her parents and siblings died in a car accident. After that she moved in with her parents and fell into a deep depression, one that was only elevated by her delving into the world of drugs.
She began hanging out with a different crowd, falling into a haze of hallucinogenic drugs and herbal reliefs. The depression was soon alleviated by replaced by something much worse in a matter of months, addiction. It took awhile for her grandparents to notice, they were old and didn't really pay attention to her life other than if she made curfew and kept her grades up. One day Elena tried something a bit too strong, and a bit too lethal and ended up overdosing. It was then that her grandparents found out after they came to meet her in the hospital after getting being revived by paramedics. It was then that they decided to send her away.
Diagnoses: Depression with suicidal tendencies due to PTSD and Addiction. Is admitted as a suicide risk.
Red Queen - NPC Manifestation of their pasts.

He likes to see how far he can push someone until they break. He gets into fights and so far he has won them all, well except against his father before (The Bio will tell you the rest of that story) "accident". Kent likes to be in charge and he let's everyone know it. If you try to stand up to him he'll knock you back down to size. Sometimes he can't be trusted you never know what he'll do next, it's pretty scary to be around Kent, when he's in one of his moods (Another thing you will learn about in his bio).

He blames Kent for everything that's wrong. If he wasn't born his father could've became the number one Heavy Weight Champion in MMA.
At first Kent was shocked but then he started to jump around scream "Ding dong the bastard's dead ding dong he lost his head!" His mother hearing him, she went up stairs to find her husband dead, and her son singing. His mother still half drunk and shocked called the cops.
Shortly after the cops arrived they arrested Kent for murder.
