ok I have improved upon the history, and explained his proficiency while at the same time limiting it. I increased the cooldown for his moves as well. I changed his appearance and his swords appearance in its shikai and bankai state. His zanpakuto's spirit is now a female, and I think he should be ok now but if I need to fix anything tell me.

'Since her captain and Lieutenant were never around Sinai was beginning to question her decision joining this squad. its reputation was impressive and skill wise she would have fell well. Sure she didnt expect to always see and speak to her constantly but shouldnt they at least be around? what really blew her mind was that not one of them were gone but both of them. Sure some of the other squads had no captains and functioned but that was their issue. functioning wasnt the problem. Sinai left the barrack to alleviate her frustration.'

Nicias, Rio went back not too long ago, she spoke to a guard, to Keisa and then went to get Nohime to train with. If Sinai wanted something, you could of said in the OOC or PMed me saying 'Sinai wants to talk to the Lieutenant or Captain' so then I could free up either my character and we could chat or let Kurisa know and he could do the same. Mind telling me what Sinai actual wants? If she wanted to just see them then Rio was there sooo no need for your character to get all frustrated and basically have her say that they were never around xD All have you know I'm in the process of a Rio side story that involves Kaizo and if she was in the barracks then her future at the Seireitei would be at risk xD Soooooo

Don't take it too seriously Abi. It's just how she is. She doesn't even know Rio is constantly with kaizo. Or that she took keisa and nohime. She was asleep in a tree when Rio came for them..and I was offline. But since she's been there the only time sinai saw Rio was when she tested her. Sinai's last few posts have her basically doing nothing because she keeps missing Rio and kaizo. Her frustration is more about boredom and having nothing to do.

She is frustrated. I'm not. Her character development is currently revolving around how she deals with things not going how she expected. And I really don't want too keep writing training posts cuz I never submit them for points.

Thats the plan...after she goes to hit something. But I will let you know that as a character she is an experiment to see how much a characters history matters.
