In hindsight I should probably have saved those calculations from before somewhere. And the forest area open north of Aglil is not landlocked.

Voice of the Throne
Due to the importance of this office, some question that the Voice of the Throne is easily the most influential seat in all of Elyden. The Voices task include the administrating of laws and over seeing major diplomatic overtures to other realms (something more or less unheard of). However, his main task is that of policing the many bickering High Houses of the realm through internal diplomacy. If the Realm were a machine, the Voice is in charge of keeping it well oiled and in one working piece. The power of this office is sufficient enough that those chosen for it are the most carefully selected, more so than even the Master of Coins. A single word misspoken, after all, could easily result in civil war, or a House falling into out right rebellion. The reverse is also true however, and many are the famed Voices who have managed to maintain peace for the greater good. Any lord who is subject to a visit from the Voice of the Throne does well in being cautious if not outright fearful. As the Voice may call to court any lord he wishes who he feels has acted in such a manner as to endanger the realms stability, even if that man or women sits on the gilded throne. Though few Voices have the gall to question the rulership of a Paragon, not without very good reason at least. Of all the seats on the High Council, the Voice of the Throne is most abroad, often travelling from House to House during times of turmoil in the Realm.

Edit: Btw, that island has some of the harshest weather on Elyden, which likely produces some of the toughest people in turn, much like Scandinavia (during he Mid winter) or the Shara desert(during the Long summer).

Just a few things.

First, Darkbreaker, you said it was made by Arne Jaegar, I assume that means it is not a Kammeth forged makitherin steel sword?

It also seems ppl keep mixing up racial traits with culture, which might be due to how it was written in the description, racial traits are more like passive special abilities for each race.

Anyway, aside from the sword, I don't see any glaring issues.

So it seems we are waiting on, Nex, Milk and Ethan atm. :K

I didn't specify if it was made by Arne, as I know that all of those relics are Makitherin. I assumed, however, that the deliverence of each Makitherin weapon varied from hero to hero?

I will add more information about how he uncovered or found the sword. I hope it is okay that I chose two relics, seeing as one is more of a supporting, non-offensive weapon, while the second doesn't have any superb offensive powers that some other houses seem to have.

Ah! I will edit the racial traits then, and carry over the info I have there into the culture.

What is the magnitude of these passive special abilities, if I may ask? Is it just a born expertise in a certain field, a talent that the race has mastered greater than most other houses?

As for the racials, best compersion would be the races of men from TES. Or a closer example would be the tilrinics/Royallanders innate quickness and a high pain resistance.
