I can say I've made one good looking female with a character creator. Demon's Souls. Took 3 hours, but I did it. Just to wear a helmet the rest of the game.

I absolutely have to keep working on a character until it’s just the way I want it, that is, when I’m trying to recreate someone. I may not be particularly good at it, but I get there eventually. I’ll only use a mask if I think it looks cool, otherwise I’ll want the face showing.
