Something rubbed Meliton the wrong way about what the girl had said to fireball-boy, though the young god was far from being on anybody's side, he was unable to control himself. Narrowing his eyes at the girl's retreating form, crossing his arms over his chest and spoke up loud enough, "No one has the right to rob anyone of their right to make mistakes. You shouldn't presume to know more than him, when you yourself are a fellow student...this is mistake, and you'll grow out from it." Pausing, he turned away in a sheepish manner when he realised he spoke out of line to someone older than himself.Eventually, Meliton turned back to the female with a reddened face, inclining his head politely as he ran a hand through his hair, "I...apologise...you were only giving a fellow classmate friendly advice. And...if anyone should be speaking to you about foolish stupidity," Turning to look up over at their instructor Apollo, and actually pointed at the sun god, "I apologise this time to you Mr Apollo...but if I heard that the Greek Gods weren't the most well behaved during their rule. I'm sure much is exaggerated over time by humans, but surely there is some truth in this?"

Mei's smile turned a bit sad, "You must simply ask yourself, how long can we make mistakes untill we begin to hurt others. Some have already crossed that threshold. Not everyone should be held to the same standards, you are right about that. It is hard for me to accept such seditious acts, it is against the ways of my home lands. Where you are wrong is in my knowledge, I did not make such a claim to know more, if any thing I know less about this world than all of you about this world. Which is why we should leave for life skills, there is much work to be done on my part and I would like to get started."

Katherin was tired of the fighting. She didn't like the way fighting made her feel. She stomped her foot on the floor. A thin layer of ice covered the floor of the room. The temperature dropped. Snowflakes drifted slowly from the ceiling. "Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs and opinions. Just because they are different then yours doesn't make them wrong. I have lived in many places and have been exposed to many cultures. We will have to work together eventually. You had better learn to set those differences aside."

Adam watched, satisfied at the outcome, A display of everyone's reaction to tension and aggression, as well as a show of how those around him would react when it came to displays of power. Though when the ice reached him he let out a soft clicking noise and the large spider like contraption chittered back, spraying three chemicals on to the floor, Hissing and spitting they kicked out enough heat to melt the ice a few meters around him. "This was very interesting. A fire god who believes that he is best because all he can do is destroy. A light goddess who is the embodiment of righteousness and will speak out against others. A goddess of sweets who has a sharp side. And a Ice and snow Goddess who detests arguments. How amusing." He stood and clicked again, walking after Apollo, the spider still spraying the chemical mixture afore him, melting the ice, though after a moment he paused and adjusted his headphones and the snow started to fall around him, rather than on him.

"Come along children. We don't want to keep the Fates waiting." Apollo called from the doorway. "They aren't know for their patience." He lead them down the hall to another classroom. This one seat up like an auditorium. There were rows and rows of seats.

"G-G-Goddess of Sweets?!" Meliton was about to apologise to the older female student again, but the male student's assumption and commentary caught his ear. The sweetness god had a look of confused horror, due to this not being the entirely first for this sort of thing, but confused as to why such a mistake was made when most gods and goddesses have known right so far. The machine god would only have been correct if the male to female ratio in human culinary arts wasn't 7:3! Practically flailing around in 'augh, no~!', "I'm a guy! MALE!"

"Huh, Sorry about that." Adam smiled and a hand up apologetically "still getting used to being round others and even this whole social aspect thing." He laughed a little and turned the energized field off now they were out of the snow, clicking again to the spider so it clambered back up on to his shoulder. "Milton was it?" He checked politely, holding a seat out in the auditorium for the other god to sit down on.

James followed the others into the auditorium, feeling happy to linger at the back of the group. The others had barely seemed to have noticed him, although he had to admit that part of that was likely down to the brief argument between robot boy and the fire guy - Adam and... Kael, wasn't it? - having distracted the group before he could make his own introduction.

Kael's attitude was the sort of thing he had expected to encounter when coming to the school; he was, after all, well acquainted with tales of the infamous exploits of those with evil alignment, but that did not stop it being disheartening. Such relish in destruction for destruction's own sake, purposeless, and only to further to non-cause of destruction and chaos. Did he not see that the use of one's strength for firm purpose - to pursue betterment and empower others to do the same - was a path more worthy power?

He thought about how the girl, Mei, had also opposed the sentiment so firmly, and found himself agreeing wholeheartedly. Perhaps they had more in common than might first appear. He had never visited the spirit realm, nor had he heard tell of it's inhabitants from any source other than the occasional confused anecdote from Xe'fre, but perhaps the Light of which she was a guardian reflected the same Light that lead the righteous into battle - the light which he himself both followed and imbued?

A lifetime of enforced anonymity had trained James in the art of remaining unseen and unnoticed, but, considering he was finally among his true peers, he was doing a little too well for his own liking. He should be getting to know the beings that he might one day reign alongside. The thought still seemed surreal, but then so had most things since he had left his home on Earth. Walking over to Mei, he introduced himself. "Hello, I'm James Ordeith," he said, holding out a hand, the light coming in through the window bringing his tattooed palm into sharp focus. He cast a glance at Kael. "Some of these... people certainly seem to have a taste for the overdramatic... and the needlessly destructive, wouldn't you say?"

Mei was a bit shocked, she hadn't noticed James before. She shook his hand, with a small amount of satisfaction that she knew what to do now. "It is an honor to meet you James Ordeith." She followed his glance to Kael and sighed a bit, "Perhaps, but I think it can also be attributed to how young and inexperienced we are. We can only know others true nature when they have grown into it. Then again, some things don't change and I have a feeling that might be one of of them."

Katherin debated whether stay or follow the teacher. She wanted to stay in case the others started fighting again. But she knew that of she didnt follow Apollo that she would get lost. She didnt want to attract attention to herself that way. They would eventually discover her disability but she wanted to put it off as long as she could. So she followed the teacher.

Walking in the back of the group, Kael thought upon what the other gods have said. He was close enough to the righteous girl and some other individual to hear what they were saying and he overheard their comments about himself. He knew that he favored destruction, for it was so much easier to do that than to create something. With creating even creating a simple tool out of metal, it takes hours and concentration to do while destroying takes but a few moments. However, they were both fulfilling, at least, that is what he had been taught.

When younger, his mother would always take him out to the world, where they would enter into a group of her followers, people wanting to destroy and also those who wanted only some warmth. In both cases, the group was killed. The ones wanting to destroy, her mother gave nothing but a swift look upon their actions and caused a bit of the fire to light them on fire. But, the group who wanted warmth, she watched. She did not smile, like she ever did, but she watched as the fire spread and consumed the forest and their lives.

His father, on the other hand, would never go to his followers, but stayed inside his workshop, working on some project. He once entered the room, and his father put him to work on making a plow. It took them several days to do, but it was satisfactory when they were done.

He continued to walk with the group, but he was silent the entire way, and seemed to be lost in space.

Conjuring a sti ck of candy out of thin air, the sweet god stuck it into his mouth and took the offered seat...offering something of his own, a hand out to shake with the other god's, "Close, but it's Meliton, young God of Sweetness. And you're...Adam, the Machine God, right?"

"Meliton Right." He said and shook the hand, sitting down. "I prefer god of Technology, as its not just machines but also things like computers and well, anything after steam engines pretty much" he said and looked down the rows. "I got sent here because I spent so much time in the wire that I lost how to be a god. I became more...." He waved his hands in a ethereal manner. "spirit one could say, still enough people used technology to keep me a god." he smiled "So I know its cheeky to ask, I think, but how'd you come to be?" He asked, assuming that most gods here had been spawned from the development of a new situation rather than the spawn of older gods. he clicked at his mechanical spider, and it clambered on to the table, folding outwards to settle down, two large solar panels extending to re-charge it.

"Welcome to life skills. We are going to learn some of the skills required to become gods and goddesses." Laschesis told the group. "You will notice that any and all technology that you had with you is gone. We need to know that you understand the purpose of you weapons. Tell use why you have chosen the weapon you will weld as a god."

Adam sighed. "Now why would you do a thing like that." He muttered and set about re-creating the spider like device, "God of technology, minus technology...stupid bloody..." He checked his headphones, they were still in place, probably because they were attached to him, and thus proofed by his aura. "Weapon, you pick the correct object to apply the correct force at the correct spot to use the least energy possible to get what you want, Be it a knife between the fifth and sixth ribs of a foe or a plasma cannon shot to the weak armour on the underside of a tank."

"You are correct that just about any objected when applied correctly can bea weapon. But do you really want to become the god without a weapon.?" Laschesis asked him. "Many gods are know for the weapon they weld. You must choose your weapon wisely."

"I am The god of Technology and Machines, My weapon is Knowledge, and Information. I chose what is needed for the situation." He said, looking up with a almost disdainful glance. "be it a sword." He set the half finished spider down and called up a phase saber, a strange looking blade with a flickering red edge, almost as if it was using some sort of feild projection. "Or a ranged weapon" In his other hand appeared a very strange looking pistol, made of white plastics with a gentle green mist rolling off it.

Following the group, he entered Life Skills, when he noticed a bit of weight gone from his sides. His short swords were gone! He started to pat himself down, attempting to find them. Then, Kael listened to what the teacher said, about how they must choose their weapons carefully. Seeing this as a chance to explain, he raised his voice. "I created mine. I mined the ore and designed it myself. Are you wanting me to make it again?"

He was also curious as to why the school cared about the weapons they chose. Was it because it deemed the gods' powers? Or was it just simply they had to choose? So many questions!

"For a god who has accesses to so much knowledge you use very little of it. Just because you can make and use any weapon you can imagine does not make you stronger or smarter the a god that chooses one weapon. You need to understand the purpose of your weapon."

"Could you use a storm of voices, all screaming in your ears? Could you even understand what any of them are trying to say?" He asked and held his headphones up, the weapons disappearing with a flash of blue light. "Try it, I dare you. Mind you, If you fail, Your sanity will be forfeit." He knew no other god, possibly save the headmaster could even hope to have acess to the SIN and survive more than 5 seconds. it was pure noise, The noise of every bit of human thought since 2050 until the end of humanity in the far distant future. and since the future was infinite there was an infinite amount of voices, and a infinite amount of noise. At worst, the listeners head would explode from the amount of noise, at best they'd get a nosebleed and have a immense headache for the next hour. "Nor does not choosing make me weaker. My symbol is in the wire, it is on the screen. Information, Technology, Machinery." He shook his head. "All are a possible temple to me. All it needs is someone to turn it on, and use it." he settled down and went back to finishing work on re-creating the spider. his headphones went back round his neck.

"And what if man stops using technology?" The fate asked. "What if you come across a situation where your technology isn't beneficial? There are many beings that would not be affected by your technology. Your technology can give you many things young Raze but it can not give you everything. You much know how and when to use a weapon before We will allow you to have a weapon."
